First off Thank you! This place is the absolute best. After going down the street to the other place and being ignored till almost closing time,we left and came to point s 10 minutes before they closed. They met us at the truck, unlike the other place. Had me 2 new wheels and tires in only about 5 minutes. I was amazed! Customer service here is extraordinary! Saved my only vacation in over 2 years. Ill be closing the account Ive had for 20 yrs. At the other place and will never go anywhere else but point s tires. Thank you for treating us like you appreciated our business. OMG! On my way to Bend for my niece’s graduation, had a flat, put the spare on, 20 miles down the road had another flat!!! I called Point S and was fortunate enough that they had the tires that I needed in stock. Drove my car slowly to the store and as I was pulling in the parking lot the man I had talked to was walking towards me. I told him who I was, he directed me in and no lie had me back on the road in less than 20 minutes!!!

Don’t go here! Bought tires at another Point S, then moved here and they won’t service the tires! They have the correct weight rating that my truck requires but still refused! Haha what a joke! Said it’s a store policy! Only their store! I thought buying tires from a company with many locations I can take that tire to any of them but I guess not! Had to go to another local store that took care of me! Drive away and do it quickly! The original store, which is out of state, said they’d pay the bill I had taking it to the other store! This store wouldn’t and they refused to help me AT ALL!

These guys are the most honest I have ever come across. I’m the “call dad and keep them honest” type when it comes to car stuff but with these guys I don’t have to. There have been countless times I’ve come in for little services and they won’t take my money. I went in today for new tires and they refunded me (I paid over the phone in advance) because the tread was almost new on my old tires. They always get things done ahead of schedule. I could go on and on. If you’re not giving them your business you’re doing something wrong.

Ive always come here and had a great experience but today, I was humbled. We have a family emergency that is taking us out of town this evening and my truck is way past needing an oil change. Scared me to drive all the way to where Im going without having the truck in tip top. I called and Dylan answered, I explained the situation and he says Ill get you in! I come in and he is eating lunch and instead of finishing his break, he grabs my keys with a smile and starts on my truck. No attitude, simply being a kind human helping out another. Amazing service. Brought 4 30 inch mud tires in and had them swapped on my new rig and balanced in less than 30 minutes. Super fast. Super friendly. Paid $132 out the door and les schwab wanted $175. Recommended to everyone. Wont be going anywhere else.

The most exceptional service around, Ive been here for almost every oil change, or tire rotation Ive ever had because the people are friendly and the prices are more than reasonable. If my car ever has any issues I bring it in, and get told the problem before being asked if Id like it taken care of and am let known how much the estimated cost will be. I got my tires changed out in preparation for winter last year, and when one began leaking they took care of the problem no questions asked! I wont go anywhere else for oil changes, tire rotations, or anything else for that matter. 5*

Im confident in their ability to find any issues my car has and I know they wont upsell me on parts or service I dont need.Theyre usually able to get me in for regular service within 15 minutes. Their service is always timely and efficient.Ive been using them exclusively for my tires for 4 years and will continue to do so.

Best place to get your tire work done! Got there 5 minutes before closing and they were friendly and helpful even though they were getting ready to go home. When they got done, I’m ready to pay and there’re like, “no, don’t worry about it, have a good night.” I was impressed and highly recommend!

My go to place for tires and tire related stuff. They always kick Les Schwabs butt. I never have to wait hours to get my car looked at/worked on. They never try to sell me stuff I dont need. Super friendly and knowledgeable. I recommend them to all my friends and family.

First off Ill start by saying the older gentleman who answered the phone was quite nice. I dropped my Tahoe off and received a call about 20 to 30 minutes later about how they couldnt do my alignment, because I needed both lower ball joints. They had an estimate ready for me when I got there. I walked in, brought up that it couldnt be done to the older man who was sitting at the front desk, he seemed to not know exactly. However a lady behind a different counter immediately spoke up about how it couldnt be done because it needed the lower ball joints, there was a mechanic standing next to her that agreed. So I grabbed my estimate which was $724. Mentioned to my boyfriend (whos a mechanic) about it and he took a look himself and said the ball joints seemed fine. I then made an appt at Lees lineup to see if they were gonna tell me the same thing. I dropped my Tahoe off and picked it up later-alignment done. They never mentioned anything about the ball joints. Ive taken my vehicle there before for a lineup and they wouldnt touch it, because I needed new tie rods. I trust Lees 100%. So if I were anyone, I would get a second opinion before choosing Point S. My bill at Lees was only $78, compared to the $724 Point S wanted.

My rental car had a slow leak in one tire. It went low for the second time the day before we were supposed to head back to the airport. The Hertz in Oly did not have any cars but OK Tire patched the tire in 30in. Thanks, guys!

I bought a set of tires here happy with the service. I like supporting local business. My nephew was visiting from out of state he had a problem with his trunk lock. I suggested this place he had stopped at a Honda dealer in another state they said the lock was broke. But Point S tech was able to repair it and not replace the part for half the cost. When your on a budget thats important. This place merits 5 Stars.

Took my car there and while it looks a bit shady on the outside, the people were very kind, knowledgeable and treated the car how it should be treated! This is my new place to go for tires! The wheels on my car are over $1,400/ea and they were very gentle in the process and not a single bit of damage! No BS here! Very honest!

My dad has been going here long before it was point s tire and auto service. I have been going here for 20+ years myself, but never again!!!!!When the mechanic tells you it will take 2 to 2 and a half hours you trust and believe them. But when you go and pick up your car they charge you for 4.7 hours!!!!! and dont tell you or call and let you know that is total bs. I would not have had the work done or I would have waited until I could afford it, but I went by what they said. I will never go back and they just lost a customer for life!!!! Also none of my friends or family will ever go there again either. Way to tell someone one thing and then charge them twice as much!!!!!! Zero stars is what they deserve.

The worked really hard to get me in and out as soon as possible even though they were very busy & the price came in lower than their estimate for my tires.

Needed a battery and tire replacement. Les took great care of me. Didnt just install parts because I assumed I needed them. He tested the battery and checked all my tires. Turned out all I needed was a patch and I had a leak that he had his team take a look at last minute. The staff here is all friendly and not like a lot of mechanic shops, everyone is doing something or helping out not just loitering around. My son enjoyed the free popcorn as well. Service was quick and prompt. Definately my go to location for vehicular service.

These guys have been great! Went in for alignment; happy to show me what was wrong with a tie rod and told me it needs replaced. No charge for being on the rack. Ill replace this part and return for an alignment!

Im putting 1 star only because I have to put a star. I have never in my life had such horrible service in all my life. They scratched all my rims when putting on new tires. They were only willing to replace the 2 that were brand new and said that because the other 2 were already partially damaged they were not going to replace them. Even though they further damaged them and we asked them to replace the worst damaged one and refuse. They also refused to give our rims back. The co-owner Travis when told are rims were damaged by them asked what do you want me to do about it? Omfg I will never go back and I will tell everyone I know to spread the word this is a horrible company to do business with!!!

The only place in a few nearby counties that will swap tires on split rims. 5 stars from me
