First thing Monday morning, no appointment, Mr.Loy checked my vehicle and got me back on the road with confidence. I had 2000 miles to reach home so I was very grateful. He accepted no money, not even to buy lunch. Blessed my journey and sent me on my way. Highly recommend.

Does sufficient work and stands behind his work. However getting someone to answer da phone is a different story entirely.

I trust, and respect this man and his workers Ive had three vehicles looked at and worked on by him or his crew and they always get the job done well. Doug himself is a straightforward no nonsense man who will let you know it your car needs help or is helpless. Hes worked with me(when able) and to my face has never complained about needed an extra day or two to get things like money or parts in order. Hes a great mechanic 10/10 will forever recommend him. Itll be a shame I cant take him and his business with me when I move.

Had my car there since January 2020, hadn’t received one phone call about my car, I called, and went up there asking about my car( now when I brought it there) my car was smoking and I wanted it fixed, ( and in driving condition) but I just got my car back 2 weeks ago ( in June) I had it towed and it wasn’t starting or turning over when my car came back. Its 100% in worse condition than when I put it in the shop. Everything is loose in the engine, and not latched in right. Also some parts have been changed out.
