Did my power steering pump for a reasonably good price. But within days the a seal gave out. But I brought it back in and they took care of it quickly. I highly recommend this shop. Good people with good prices and they do so good work!!

I’ve visited here on 4 separate occasions due to purchasing an America’s Best Car Care Plan. On my first visit I called and scheduled an appointment for an oil change at noon. I showed up and they had no record of my appointment. Verified I called the right number and everything. They got my car in but I waited 2.5 hours. Got home and noticed I had a significant puddle of oil under my vehicle the next day. Brought it back in and they said they replaced the drain plug and it should be fine. Again, leaked oil everywhere. Brought it to where I usually go and they said it was actually overflowing with oil so they removed about a quart and a half. Decided to give them another go after they apologized and let them change the oil and do a mini detail. It was a minor inconvenience but the detailer failed to replace some items I had in my vehicle so I had to return to get them after driving home. Then I scheduled a pre purchase inspection for a vehicle a family member. Once the lady who works the front realized I was using my America’s Best Plan she began treating me rude. I will not be bringing my vehicle back here. Stay away!

Logan is a great mechanic, he knows his stuff and doesnt try to up sell you and honestly gives you his opinon and walks you thru why he thinks that. The receptionist however is rude , unprofessional and horrible at her job. She literally hung up on me when trying to explain what was going on. That 2 days before I had replaced the serpentine belt and now having loud sounds coming what seemed to be where it was coming and maybe it needed to be tighten. She responded with well what do you want me to do about it and I responded with fix the problem ? She proceed to tell me to find another mechanic and hung up . When calling back no response,untill the owner answered and we had a simple no drama discussion about what was going on with the vehicle and schedule me in.

Theyre beyond words the best auto shop I have ever been too. They dont bs you and rip you off like Midas. Depending on the work theyve worked with us letting us borrow another vehicle, payment plans, delayed payments, even told us no charge when it would have been $100+ work. Theyve gone above and beyond to find a fix/lower cost for some work where parts cost $400+ just to order. I would drive 4 hrs out of my way just to bring my vehicle here. The staff is very friendly and they dont lie to you. If they dont know something they will tell you and then ask you if its ok for them to look into the issue before doing a job. They will even bring you into the garage at times and show you the issue.

Absolutely the nicest people you could ever hope to have take care of your car.

Excellent my wife locked the keys in the house and we couldnt go pick up the car, we called them and they drove 30mins with my keys so we could get in l call that excellent service

Dana and the folks at Centralia Auto Center are the mechanics Ive been looking for my whole life. They are honest, clear communicators, fairly priced, and do things in a timely manner. They never make me feel bad for not understanding what is wrong with my car or for having done some of the work myself. They are respectful and I am so glad I finally found a solid mechanic!

Very helpful and gives an explanation on everything before the work even starts.

I can’t say enough good things about these guys. David in sales is awesome, no pressure sales is something that is hard to come by. And big shout out to the shop for working tirelessly on the car and coming up with a solution that was very difficult to pin point! I know where I’ll be going from here on out and sending everyone I know!!

Took my truck for a oil change. Had an oil leak within a few days of it being done. Took it back to them, they looked at it, told me it was a rear main seal, and it would be 15 hundred to fix. Took it to another shop for a 2nd opinion, he shop called me right back, told me it wasnt the seal, it was the oil filter that they just changed. Talked to the owner, he was not willing to fix the issue with the shop that had to fix thier work. Will never deal with this shop again.

I had an issue with my car which required a part being ordered from the manufacturing company. They kept my car until the part came in and offered me a loaner so I could get to work the next day. Very satisfied with my experience. If youre having car trouble go here. They will treat you right!

I highly recommend these guys! I came in from out of town and they were able to replace my windshield in a fast, efficient, and low cost manner. Everything just seemed to work out with insurance, the people, and the car. Everyone I spoke to was very kind, respectful, and honest. They were really easy to work with and took very good care of me. Thank you.

Read the great reviews and decided to give them a shot. Unfortunately, pretty unimpressed so far. Workers are nice, but management is disappointing. Slow to complete work and dont seem to care too much about walk-in customers. Focus of the shop is fixing cars they sell at their car lot - Chehalis Auto Center.Manager had time to talk to me about his personal life but asked me to leave when I inquired about progress on my vehicle since they were too busy.Wont be back.

I was really impressed when you stepped up to the plate and replaced the windshield, even though I acknowledged it was out the door. We got a detail job done here for my large SUV and I was very pleased with the fantastic work done! The inside and outside was extremely clean for a very reasonable price. Even the engine bay was cleaned. It passed inspection to ship on a boat and they are sticklers about the cleanliness of the vehicles they ship.

Super nice lady runs the shop. Knows her stuff!! They couldnt actually help me but I would take my cars there just because her attitude was so Great!!

These guys Rock!Today, they didnt know me from Adam; but let me borrow a jump starter because my personal trucks battery had died. After jumping my truck & returning the jump starter, I went to renew my tabs at a vehicle licensing shop but when I jumped in my truck..(drum roll please) my battery was dead again. I called and Jeremy the service manager said he would send over a guy with the starter to get me back on the road!

Edit: i was very frustrated in the begining, I will leave what I said to show how they changed my opinion. The car COMES WITH THE WARRANTY FROM CHEHALIS AUTO their sister sales department, and so any problems in a year gets fixed no hassles. Also, WOW they handled this repair quickly, efficiently, and helped manage the conversation with the warranty company. I will say so far I can see they handled this huge repair very well, as long as my new engine and everything is installed safely and properly, I will leave it at 5 stars. They gave the car a bath, and the two companies did their job, so not much to complain about. I would recommend working with this company, buying cars from them, getting repairs from them ect. Thank you guys for being respectful, even when I was angry and frustrated about my vehicle, you still did your best that I can see and deserve recognition for not taking it out on me, that I left a review in the heat of the moment. Professional and talented.Previous review: It is hit or miss with respect/customer service, and honesty. I ended up having a 12 month warranty with my car loan. Which is what saved my Honda Accord 08 purchased from thier sales department Chehalis Auto Center Jan. 2020 It needs a new motor, Im so glad this happened within the 12 month warranty. They worked with the warranty department, so the warranty pays them, and I will be responsible for tax on the work and fluids. I am waiting for the motor to get sent in, and put in. Will keep updates going. As long as my car is put into proper shape, it should have no problems after a new motor is put in correctly, and then the car will be worth what I paid.

Came in with no appointment and they resolved my issues and got me on the road lickety split.Dana was so efficient and pleasant.These guys also have a lot in Chehalis and my buddy got a car there. They have nice cars, check em out.

Repair a thermostat housing, but DONT replace the temp sensor, a $20 part, as recommended by ford. fails 243 miles later. O YA not your fault. Motor is TOAST and you take no responsibility. Have A BAD DAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! MY truck is DONE< THANKS to YOUR , INABILITY TO DO YOUR JOB..
