So far they have found issues in 1 check that we knew were issues, but the ither places we worked with ignored, and did not let us know. Let me start out by saying that I usually do my own mechanic work and I am usually very cautious of mechanics that I am not familiar with. Its hard to find honesty and affordability with some mechanic shops now days. Well after going to PM Auto, I dont have to look any further.I have a 2004 Honda CR-V that has been giving me brake issues since I bought it. After doing extensive research, I decided to bring it in to PM Auto. After looking it over, it turns out it had some major issues that needed attention, that i was not aware of. It was a nice size list of repairs, but for the amount of work that was done, it was dealership quality work that was half the price of what it would have cost anywhere else. After the repairs, there was a part that was faulty and Paul replaced it for no additional charge at all! Paul and his wife Brandy are extremely friendly, professional, and accommodating!

Great service. Legitimately the best service Ive had in over a decade. If you have a Honda, this is your guy. I went to 6 mechanics in a year and they couldnt come up with an answer for me. This guy did every test he could do in an hour and gave me an honest answer and solution.

Review on repairs done on 2004 Dodge Ram 2500. Mr. PM was a very professional, honest and knowledgeable young man. I waited a few days of using the vehicle with repairs to ensure everything was held together, so my apologies for the late review. The gentleman uses top of the line parts to make sure you get top of the line security. He’d rather do things a little more spendy, but right and you not have to come back for the same repair. That is a respectable note. He was also very quick getting his parts and even faster at making the repairs. Highly recommended shop for anyone looking for in depth repairs. Honest about his knowledge with diesels even though the repair didn’t directly have anything to do directly with transmission or engine work. I appreciated his transparency and communication.

I have been getting my vehicle repaired with PM Auto since the beginning of this year of 2020. I am very pleased the repairs he has done to my Vehicle. The first time he conducted some repairs on my vehicle, he kept it for 2 days. I can say that it was like driving a new vehicle. The previous mechanics that had done the repairs to my vehicle on a regular basis can not hold a candle to Paul Michael. He is very thorough with his work and he will show you what the problem is. He gets your vehicle done in good time, I have never had to worry about whether or not if I will have a vehicle at the end of the day. I would like to say that I have had about a dozen repairs at PM Auto. I would drop my vehicle off in the morning and come pick it up after work. My grandfather once told me that once you find a mechanic you can trust you stick with them. That is PM auto! I needed an oil change but had also asked for an estimate on a tune up. Instead of just telling me a price and doing the work PM informed me that it wasnt nearness and saved me a bunch of money. When he was done with the oil change he went over all of the things that would need attention and how soon they should be taken care. I highly recommend this business to anyone needing service work.

They fixed what no one else could

I had a problem with filling gas tank. Gas pump would shut off quickly and often. Paul Michael found out it was being caused by charcoal evaporater filter and sticking flap inside gas tank. Because it is still drivable we are waiting on repairs. We will definitely return when the time comes for the work to be done.Gave good explanations of the problem and very friendly to us.

If you are looking for a place to take your car and you want that feeling of not being taken advantage of, this is the place! I think the part that impressed me the most was he took extra time and had me drive him around in my car so I could show him something funny my car was doing (mostly because I didnt know how to explain it ;)). But because of that, I was able to show him what I was talking about and he was able to take care of it! The other part that I appreciated is I had him do a full inspection of my car to see what needed to be done with it to bring it up to par, and not being a car person... at all, he totally could have taken advantage of me, but didnt at all! In fact, he did the complete opposite! He gave me this list of items where he thought I should have it completed soon, items that could wait 3-6 months, and others that he said he would continue to watch, but probably would be good for a while. And the items he felt needed to be done, he explained why... I may not have understood it all, but I got enough to know that he genuinely wanted to take care of me and my car. I had an excellent experience and will continue to take my vehicles here in the future! Thanks PM Auto!

My car is/was having issues and the mechanic got me in real fast the first time. He tried his hardest to diagnose what the problem was and gave a few suggestions what the problem could be. He did a fix until the diagnose code came back and then addressed the issue a second time. Both times he got me in fast. I am still having problems with my car but it is still on the road.
