First time going there and never returning. The salon itself has nice aesthetics. However, the customer service is horrible. They are not upfront about pricing, they assume your willing to pay an extra $15 for gel, they dont give you an option of regular nail polish. I had called ahead for pricing and ended up overpaying for nails that broke within a couple of days of getting them done perhaps because they dont even do proper nail prep. I payed an extra $10 for a mediocre design. The lady cut me several times. Definately dont recommend.

I am in the parking lot sitting writting this review because while I like the work, i did not like the service. I felt rushed, like I bothered her, she barely spoke 2 words to me or answered when I tried to make conversation. Older lady on the right toward the back. When i kept hitting my nails because dryer is below and i couldnt see she was scolding me and telling me everyone else liked it. I will not return. Great work but you dont treat new customers this way. I can go spend my money to do my nails somewhere i am treated nicer and not looking like I am bothering you. I give it the stars because the work itself is good.

Absolutely love this place. Moved to CO from NY and had a hard time finding quality nail care service until I found them. Very professional, clean, accommodating and most of all very precise with their craft. I’m very very particular about nail care, eyebrows and lashes and they’ve done well by me consistently.

During my appointment it was very rushed and i got cut 4 times. None of the times were cleaned up and the manicurist proceeded to put the glue or polish on top of my wound. After my rushed manicure, there was paint on my fingers that was not cleaned off. I was charged pretty high and do not think that it was at all worth it for this experience. It would be amazing to at least get some of my money back, but my experience did not meet the value it should have.

We came here for my good friends bridal party wedding prep. They treated all of us so good! The salon is clean and nicely set up. My nails look good. The bride got custom nails - well done. Highly recommend!

They did a most wonderful pedicure on my partner and I for Mothers Day! So nice and the massaging chairs are sweet!

A nice shop and well maintained. I would have given a five but my nails popped off in less than two weeks. I had to go back to have my nails redone when 3 popped off days of being put on. Now all have come off the left hand and one on right 2 have come off. Not sure if its the technique or bad products. Not sure but after spending over 200 for my daughter and I. My nails shouldnt be popping off in less than two weeks. Smh!!

I just moved from FL and had my nail lady for >10 years. I was so happy to find this place!! LOVE the designs, cleanliness and professionalism. Lily is the only person I’ve ever had do my ingrown toenails so good! I have the worst most painful ingrown toenails! She really gets in there and is able to remove them like no one else can! The salon is newly remodeled, beautiful and clean. They have a great selection of polish. The other staff is nice and polite but Lily is my nail lady! I won’t go anywhere else.

Every time Ive gone here (5ish times) Ive had a great experience. The nail tech today even solved some of the problems caused by the tech at Image Nails. (Image Nails is in the King Soopers shopping center at Country Line & Holly. I will never go back to Image Nails again. Horrible experience.) The techs who have done my nails at Lush have all done an excellent job. An acrylic rebase with polish designs runs $50 so its in line with other local salons. The two times Ive had a French manicure (pink & white) done here its been done well. No airbrush is available - all designs are done by hand. The quality is great. I recommend this place and will continue going here.

Lush Nail Bar is amazing. This brand new salon is huge and really beautiful. It is great for going on your own or bringing a whole group of friends. While they accept walk ins ... I always call ahead and it makes my experience so seamless. I highly recommend Lush Nail Bar!

Had a pedicure done by Serena and she was amazing! I have psoriasis and I have been to nail salons that wouldn’t take me or made me feel uncomfortable because of my skin. NOT Serena! Probably the best experience I’ve had!

Love this place. Moved to the area about a year ago and I think I’ve had a service by everyone at this place, though my favorite is Erin. She takes great pride in her work and she’s even more of a perfectionist than I am! Hate when I have to go anywhere else. My advice is to schedule an appointment if you can so you know your wait time won’t be as long, the place gets busy!

I dont get manicures a lot because of the two careers that I have. I explained what I wanted and the length but she chose what she wanted. I was told not to go shorter and to just get use to them. Three nails are crooked and all of them are different lengths. Felt very rushed because she was behind. Polish was rushed. Two cuticles were cut and left open wound. I am very disappointed and wont go back. I am looking for a place to get them soaked off.

Worst manicure I have ever had. First off she only spent about 15 minutes total with me, and she stopped to look at pictures in a magazine right in the middle of the massage part. Im. It sure she could see what she was painting in the dim light and the polish is peeling off already and I only had it done yesterday! Not even sure how clean the place was, but Im pretty sure it wouldnt pass a Health Department Inspection. Would not recommend this Salon and definitely wont be going back.

Walk in for a eyebrow waxing with no appointment. Asked by 2 employees if I called before, this being my first time here I didnt know to call prior. I sit for 30 minutes and no one tells me the wait time and I just keep getting dirty looks. Phone rings lady walks in 5 minutes later and she gets a table and they start work on her immediately. While I was sitting there for 30 minutes they were 2 employees just cleaning their stations. One eyebrow waxing takes 15 minutes tops. Im very upset for wasting my time sitting there and getting angry looks. If I needed to make an appointment prior to getting service I should have been told so when I walked in and I would have happily left and call back to schedule an appointment.

I’ve been here before and my nails always come out great but i just came in with my sister, i called and made an appointment and asked if we’d be able to get our nails done at the same time and she reassured me we would, ive been waiting 40 minutes after my set time watching new people come and go before me and also watching workers sitting around in the back on their phones i had to cancel my appointment because it’s taking too long. what’s the point in making an appointment?

Asked for mani-pedis with my daughter, told them we’d wait if needed... they split us up so we could barely speak to each other.I also got a rebase which cost me an EXTRA $30 on top of “normal” rebase prices because I asked for them to be reshaped ($5) and gel ($25). No mention of these ridiculous charges before he did it.Then, after charging me more than the cost of the entire bottle of gel... Not one, but TWO nails peeled off!!!Never again.

I will not go anywhere else. All of the technicians are fabulous.

The product they used to soak my fingertips to get off my shellac polish was so harsh that it completely dried out my fingers. I have had shellac nails done on my hands for a number of years and this has never happened before.

This review gets 1 star simply because I had to give it a star.The last time I went in for my fill and pedicure (every 3 weeks) they were running 25 mins behind. I was frustrated given I had an appointment but things happen so I let it go however I had to only do a polish change on my toes given the late start. No worries, I just planned to have my pedicure at my next appointment.Fast forward to today, I showed up on time for my 10am appointment where I was placed in a pedicure chair to soak off my gel polish. After about 10 mins their new tech came over and began scrapping off the gel. After removing the polish from my big toe she showed me the nail was ripped and said if I wanted to save the nail I would need to have acrylic put in top of the nail. I found it odd given the nail was fine prior to coming in but agreed to have the acrylic put on. She rewrapped 3 of my toes and moved me to her desk to apply the acrylic. The time is now approaching 10:30 and barely anything had been started. She asked if while the acrylic was drying could she begin on my nails, I agreed. My set had only 1 prior fill on it however she noted that 1 of the acrylic nails was unhealthy and needed to be replaced. Again, thought it was odd but Im not a nail tech so I trusted the judgement. After filling my nails, cleaning up the cuticle beds and polish it is now 11:30. I told her I needed to leave as I have a noon appt (an hour and a half has been the norm for both a fill AND pedicure). As I go up to pay I am charged a fee for removing portions of the gel polish on my toes, the 1 acrylic toenail, my fill and an additional fee for the 5 mins it took to clean up my cuticles. Why this has become an additional charge is frustrating in itself. All the while the male owner and either female owner or manager sit on their phones until a few walk ins show up instead of helping their repeat customer.I paid the ridiculous $60 and left no tip.Clearly, customer service is not high on their agenda and given there are several other salons in my vicinity, I will absolutely not be returning!

Unsatisfying! The pregnant woman did my nails and was SO RUDE!!!!! I asked several times for ideas of creative spring nails. She said its whatever you like, just pick a color. I stated that a friend referred me to the salon (which by the way I found out later I was at the wrong salon and I was supposed to be going to Lotus nails off parker road). I said, what colors do you think would be good, which fingers should I put designs on?- She replied with It is whatever you want to do and the finger is you preference. She was of NO help creatively. She was rough when grabbing my hands. She had the WORST customer service. NEVER going there again!

Very disappointed in the level of customer service. Brought my daughter in for a ‘very special treat’ first time rebase, that I was paying for. We got the very rude, young, disrespectful girl in the last booth. I wish I could remember her name. She made my daughter feel so uncomfortable, even the other sweet girl in the booth next to her could tell and tried to make small conversations. When I approached to check things out, try to break the silence this rude snotty nail tech told me, “ she could not continue b/c me talking made my daughter move!” Her work was a 5 on scale of 10 with a 0 for customer service. Thanks for making a 13 yr olds bad day even worse! I love the owners, can not believe they would employ this rude below average technician.

DO NOT GO HERE if you want professionalism, or a salon that actually VALUES their clients. Ive been spending my money at this salon, and consistently tipping 25% for a long time. Hundreds of dollars, and Ive referred many people. Ive posted compliments on social networking and photos of the manicures I loved. On a few occasions, though, I was unhappy with the work, and of course said so, just so it could be remedied. It is normal for a client to have their expectations met and it should be OK for a person to say if theyd like a few things done better. A client shouldnt be punished or scolded for expressing some concerns. Especially when they are loyal and happy enough with the work to refer people. However, when I called to schedule a pedicure, the extraordinarily unfriendly salon owner suddenly refused to book the appointment, without any previous mention of any issues. The last service I got there was a joke - the guy literally could not even cut my toenails correctly. Im dead serious about that. Much less do a pedicure, and he had no clue how to properly do my acrylic nails. The last time my daughter had an appointment there, a different guy never even bothered to show up, and left my daughter waiting for 40 min past her scheduled time. On the phone, the owner, Vicky, proceeded to give me a ten minute lecture why my concerns about the quality of the work done, were a bother to her and her entire staff. She made hugely exaggerated statements about my complaints, and flat out lied by saying Ive never once been happy with my nails. I would NOT go back again if I were the unhappy with it, nor call to schedule a pedicure.. Duh! If youre scared of clients having standards and expecting you to be good at your job, charge less, and use the low price as the excuse for subpar work. And dont expect to stay in business for a long time! That kind of attitude about customer appreciation will run ANY business into the ground eventually, no matter how high your prices are! I give them a year tops, to last in Centennial, after leaving Cherry Creek. If it were just my complaints, thats one thing. Unbeknownst to the owner, though, a few of the friends I referred have complained to me about the salon. Obviously it is not just me being difficult. Plenty of people have the same complaints I do about Lush Nail Bar. Im sure the owner will write some kind of fake, caring reply, or nasty response to this review. But let me tell you, avoid this salon at all costs if you want to go to a place where clients are appreciated for their business, and are welcomed to express any concerns they have. The entire phone call today with Vicky was utterly absurd! Furthermore, if you are going to yell at your husband horribly, I suggest you do it at home. The first time I was at your shop, you were going off on him in front of everyone. So much so that the person doing my nails tried to make light of it, because it was awkward AF. Take all that money I spent at your salon and get some marriage counseling, so that you learn how to keep your personal mess out of your workplace. Extremely unprofessional!!!

Great service, crazy prices. Manicure and pedicure $40. Pedicure was good, but manicure job was horrendous. Wouldnt go back sadly.
