Went here recently with my mom to check it out due to the good reviews I saw on google, but soon found out why it had bad ones on yelp. I took my mom here as a Mother’s Day gift and we only got pedicures due to it being about 6, so we made appointments for two full sets two days later. The pedicures were a bit pricey, but the service was very good. They told us that the owner was the best at doing nails so we would see her when we came back. We both came back two days later and found out that the owner was gonna do both of our nails, I’m used to having two people doing our nails at the same time but it was no big deal. I went first and told her I wanted a short coffin style. I noticed that she was rushing and not paying that much attention to the shape. After I was done, it was my mom’s turn. I was looking at my nails and felt a bit disappointed since it wasn’t really even and not what I wanted in general. The owner must’ve seen how I was examining my nails because she asked me if there was something wrong,so I told her that it didn’t really have the shape of coffin. She called over one of her workers but then added a chuckle at the end. The other worker somewhat helped with my nails, but it didn’t really make a difference. It also looks like they put way too much gel nail polish on as well.

Ive been to every nail salon in aurora..I think.. and I love this place. Dana and sSonny are just the sweetest people.

I love Choice Nails and am very loyal to this location. They always do a fantastic job and I like a nail place that remembers me when I come back! The owner is super friendly. Only downside is that they are consistently understaffed and can sometimes take awhile - so I don’t recommend coming here when you are in a hurry or trying to get a service with a friend at the same time. But certainly worth coming to relax alone - call and make an appointment first now.

I love the ladies here, its been my new pedicure spot after trying alot of diffrent places. Its a relaxing atmosphere and great service.

I went in to get a rebase and the base price at any salons is 15 dollars so I was expecting it to be close to that. They charged me 25.00 for a rebase. The lady doing my nails kept stoping so she could move her hands around as she talked to the other employees there for more of a dramatic affect. She did not even paint my nails all the way and she kept cutting me with the nail file. I was in the nail salon for an hour and 20 minutes not including the the for my nails to dry and after two days of my new nails they are all cracked. Never going there again and wont recommend.

They did such an amazing job! I came in for a full set and she made them look beautiful and it was super fast. Not only are my nails beautiful but I got a hand and shoulder massage!! I will only go here and highly highly recommend them to everyone!!

Pedicures are fabulous!

This was my first visit & I will NOT be going back! The owner is very polite via phone & in person, knows customers names (appears to be from her church & christian rock radio was streaming the entire time) & the salon is clean. There are the positives. The woman who started out doing my nails did not finish them as her lack of skills & attitude prohibited her & the owner completed. They tried to tell me my dip manicure was a shellac, tried to convince me to get gel instead of dip because their customers like them better. The soak to get the dip off was short with very little acetone & the majority was taken off by VIOLENTLY filling my nails (I told her multiple times it was hurting). When she went to start the dip, there was still remnants on my nails. When she kept pulling the different products of the dip kit & reading the labels in addition to her previously mentioning dip to the other tech & she starts doing a dipping motion while talking, I have every right to ask if you have experience doing that procedure before you start on me! My pedicure took about 15 minutes after the soak which consisted of trim, barely scraping, sponge scrub & paint. No graters of any kind & no paraffin wax whatsoever. I asked the owner if they offer different pedicures when the same gal was doing a more involved pedicure. I was told yes & informed her the gal never asked & therefore shorted her on up charge & me on services. They do not offer a dip with toe polish, so they ATTEMPTED to match. I have lavender nails & maroon toes (going to a new salon for color change). Long story short, this is NOT a salon I will give a second chance to as they gave me no indications it would improve. I told the owner when I paid $75 for literally shorter nails & bad color that the tech prohibited her from making more from services & she lost a $40 tip (I always tip well because I appreciate my salon time). So many salons to select from within walking distance of this one & Ill gladly check them out...Just noticed that my nails are already starting to crack after not even 24 hours! Called salon to tell them I was disputing the charges & she offered to fix for NO ADDITIONAL $S for their poor service. I declined because I have absolutely no confidence that they could fix since they could not do correctly to begin with.

They were able to squeeze my mom and I in for manicures and pedicures at the last minute. The salon is very clean and well decorated. Overall the salon has a peaceful and friendly vibe. They were polite and super friendly. It was clear they care about thier customers, it seemed like everyone that came in was a regular and they knew the person by name! And my nails look AMAZING. We definitely will be back!

Very professional very friendly. But didnt inform me of additional charges. Also I had surgery on my hand and when I flinched because she was squeezing my finger she just pulled my hand back and then her finger nail dug into my scar and continued to pull my hand toward her.

Not recommending! Low quality and had to ask the tech to clean the tools after using it on someone else.

They did such a good job and I recommend it they sanitized everything after you were done ✅

Made an appointment the day before and came here with my daughter. The service was excellent, place was very clean and smelled amazing. The hot rock massage that was standard with the pedicure felt awesome. I would highly recommend and would come here again. Best pedicure ever, thank you!

Seriously, wow! Been here once before for an acrylic set/polish and they did a lovely job. This time got a collagen treatment on my hands and a pedicure. It was fantastic! Their regular pedicure is by no means regular!! Four layers of moisturizing, hot stones, massage and paraffin, I was blown away!! The warm shawl on my shoulders and massage chair only added to it all!! Feel so relaxed and pampered, they really know what they are doing!! My hands feel super soft and my pampered feet were polished perfectly. :) :)

Best pedicure Ive had in the area. They use hot stones to massage your legs and feet. The exfoliating scrub smells great. Super friendly and clean environment. Definitely will be coming back here.

Been going here for years. Dana does a great job and is very diligent to make sure I am happy. If I ever do have a problem with a nail (whether it’s my fault or not), she is quick to fix it at no cost for me. The place is peaceful and inviting. I get compliments on my nails all the time, and I know it’s because Dana is a pro at what she does.:)

So glad I finally found a great nail salon! Dana and Kelly are wonderful! My first shellac manicure lasted well over 3 weeks (a lot of grow out, but the polish didn’t peel up at all! Which drives me insane), which is crazy. Highly recommend!

Love the location...so close to my parents house. I go here all the time when Im back in the US visiting. Dana is the best. (If you can call ahead of time and make an apt be sure to request her.) They have this gel color called JetSet. Get. It. Trust me...best gray color youve ever seen and youll get a ton of compliments. It can get busy on the weekends so if you have a week day free go then and theyll pamper you. Tea and massages given!

Choice Nails has a great staff! The spa pedicures have your feet feeling soft and they have the newest colors in polishes. The staff always goes above and beyond to make your experience great. Dana is an amazing person and runs her business well.

Tiffany was great. I didnt call ahead but she fit me in within 20 min. She did a great job & I will be back to see her.

Im sick of going to nail salons and everyone there being super salesy. Just tell me the truth. I called ahead and asked if they did dip. They said yes so I drove over there. When I got there I discovered the color selection for the actual dip isnt much. They asked me do you want to do our dip? Whats the difference I asked. They said its a combo of regular dip and gel and it lasts much longer than either. I gave it a shot.They dipped my nails once and painted over that with the gel color I picked. I think they do this because it allows people to have more color options and feel like they are still semi getting the dip.Well it was a lie. My nails started chipping within 5 days. I wanted dip because it typical lasts me 3 wks without chipping. I wouldnt have came here if I knew that I wasnt even really getting the dip, but of course once I was there I was like what the heck. Its not even like it was cheaper either. It cost me $40!Im giving 3 stars because they were very friendly and they did give me a small hand and back rub.

I was charged $90 for a pedicure with french tips and a manicure with french tips with shalac. There was only two people working there. One did the pedicure then her appointment arrived so the other person did the pedicure and did a horrible job. She did not use a brush to put the tips on instead she painted them on. Not all of the tips were straight. Guess I have to eat it up! First and last trip to this place.

Ridiculous i wanted my nails done they told me for 55$ they had a special going on for what i wanted and a pedicure then when it came to doing my nails all ahe was trying to do is paint them. If i wanted my nails painted i am perfectly capable of painting my own nails. Then they didnt even try to fix the problem. You know cut the price or something, no it was going to be another fifty um dont think so will never go back and will make sure no one else i know does either!!!!

Choice nails is a warm and welcoming place to get away and relax. Love the manis and pedis.

I just recently went to Choice Nails to get my nails done. This is my first time getting my nails done at this location. The salon is very clean and at first I liked the atmosphere. First of all the lady made me wait for like 20 minutes to even start my nails. I showed her a picture of how I wanted my nails done and they acted like they couldnt even try to copy the picture. They burned my with the filer, once the said, Its okay, its almost over with. Really, Im not here to be tortured. I asked them to make my nails shorter, they didnt. When I asked again they said, its okay like this. I was almost in tears because I was so mad. My fingers are still burnt, they are lucky I have not taken my complaints farther. When they painted my nails it looked so thick and ugly I was almost in tears, I had a picture of a flower I wanted and they didnt come any where near close to the flower. I will NEVER go back to this salon and I hope everyone reading my review doesnt either. Go to SUNNY NAILS on Smoky Hill and Buckley instead. They are so nice and do a great job!-Kayla
