Ive gotten tons of services at Glosshouz and highly recommend! The space is beautiful and I enjoy having a mimosa or glass of wine at each visit. Brooke and Selma greet you so warmly at the front desk and make sure you have everything you want or need before your appointment. Kaylee is an amazing and efficient lash artist and Bailey is a highly skilled colorist. I recommend becoming a member because the money goes directly to whatever service you want. Do yourself a favor and make this your self-care spot!

Had a great experience at Glosshouz! I was gifted the Benefit Spa Package and it was incredible. The women at the front were super helpful- I made the mistake of accidentally booking for 2 people and Lindsey was great about it. My massage with Kristie was phenomenal as well as my relaxing facial with Tonia. Brooke made the check out process super easy and seamless. This is my second Botox service. I am very satisfied. All the nurses are professional and the place is just amazing. Clean , classy and one stop shop all salon. Selma was very welcoming she explained how much is interesting to enroll to their program and I did. She made me save money and also have access to all of their services. Thank you all. Good team.

After my first experience Lonnie called and wanted to make things right. I was very impressed with their follow up. Its a beautiful spa and I hope to go again. I appreciate when businesses can accept that they made a mistake and want to make you happy. It makes me want to support them again. Thank you!!!I went here for Botox and they suggested to me double the units than I’ve ever done at any other place. I trusted her because it wasn’t first time here. But It’s 2 weeks out and it is VERY hard to see any difference, even though I paid double what I’ve ever done anywhere else. She was done in 45 seconds which also made me skeptical. I’m certain I didn’t receive what I was charged. I will definitely never go back here. 😢

I started going to Glosshouz for eyelash extensions last year. The women who work there are always super nice and welcoming, the facility is well maintained and comfortable, and my lashes looked good. However, the quality of the work (lash isolation, placement, how much glue was used) varied by the lash tech. A couple of times I got sets with really heavy extensions and lots of glue. Because of this I pulled out a lot of my extensions and natural lashes along with them, so I decided to take a break from them.I had recently started the membership to save money on fills, so I ended up with some money in my account that I needed to use. I decided to get my hair cut and colored. I wanted to do layers and balayage. I told the stylist that I wanted to go lighter (as blonde as she could get it) without any warm tones. She explained to me that since I had previously colored I hair that it might take more than one session to get it to blonde.So she does my hair and from the front it looks pretty good. The piece in front lightened pretty well to the blonde color I was going for. The rest of my hair had reddish highlights. I asked the stylist if she had used a different dye for the front piece and she said no and that it dyed a different color because it was closer to my scalp. I could understand if the roots (that had not been previously exposed to dye) turned out a different color than the ends (which have been exposed to dye). But I don’t understand why the strands in the front would dye any different than the strands in the back.I explained that I wanted the rest of my hair to be highlighted like the front pieces and was told I would have to book another balayage appointment, so I did. I thought about it more though and realized I would be paying close to $400 when combining the price of the first appointment and second, so I ended up cancelling.So now I’m kind of at a loss. I haven’t left my hair down all summer because of the funky blonde front/red back coloring. I also don’t want to pay another $170 to get it fixed.

The Glosshouz is the best for all types of services. I had Nurse Anajanette for my cheeks and lip services. She was amazing and love her attention to detail.I did my follow up appointment with Head Nurse Carolyn. Carolyn completed the follow up appointment seamlessly like she had completed the initial services.These 2 ladies receive both 5 stars for providing outstanding services and fantastic customer service. I would highly recommend the Glosshouz to any of my family members and friends. Thank you for such a beautiful face and experience❤️

This was my first visit to Glosshouz and I loved the aesthetics of the facility. Very pretty and relaxing. I did a spa package with a facial and a massage. My facial was just meh BUT my massage was amazing! I cant remember the name of the lady who did my massage but she was fantastic! I also received an text that I booked lash extensions when I had not booked that. The office staff responded quickly and took care of it. Thank you!

This was my first time visiting Glosshouz! The staff was welcoming and got us our complimentary drinks right when we walked in the front door. Also the aesthetics of the spa are absolutely incredible! I treated my grandmother to a mini spa day - package for two. The mini spa package that I purchase for $600 includes two 60 minutes massages, 20 minute soak in tub and pedicures. We both enjoyed our massages, (Vida did an amazing job!) But the pedicures turned out just ok. My grandmother mentioned after we left the spa that she was not very happy with how her toenails turned out. Her nails could have been filed down more, the paint job wasnt the best, and we both noticed untrimmed cuticles around the nail within 1 to 2 days. All in all, we could have had a better pedicure at a regular nail salon and paid half the price. But overall, good experience.

We drive 25 minutes to have our spa services completed here. Nails, hair, eye lashes and massages. Would highly recommend!

I have seen Nurse Carolyn at Glosshouz for over a year for Botox and she has always done amazing work. This past winter I decided I wanted to try some filler in my lips to give them a little boost while still looking natural. She was very thorough and did a beautiful job. I absolutely love the subtle yet youthful change.

I have been wanting to switch from blonde to cooper for a long time. I went to many salons before to find the perfect one but I knew none of them would give me what I wanted. I had a hair consultation with Mercedes and I knew that she was the one. During my appointment she was very kind, professional and overall easy to talk to. I came here for the first time to get eyelash extensions and I am so impressed. Everyone is so kind, welcomed me and were so friendly. Lexi did my lashes and they are so gorgeous. The best service I have ever had at a salon and will be returning for any of my beauty needs ☺️ The salon is clean, and so gorgeous! I would recommend this salon to anyone. Very professional and relaxing environment! I use to work in a 4 star hotel spa and this place was very similar! I had eyelash extensions done here and I love them! Lindsey was amazing! I’m a newbie to the botox whale. I set up a consultation with Lauren before committing. Lauren was amazing, she took time and explained the process to me and answered all of my questions. I felt comfortable the entire time and never felt like anything was pushed on me. Leigh {not sure the spelling} was the girl that checked me out and she was great as well. Glosshouz is amazing! So fab and chic. I came for a new hair color and I was so glad I trusted professionals instead of trying to do it myself again. I got to enjoy a delicious strawberry mimosa while I relaxed and got pampered. The staff are all so sweet...Rachel, Danielle, Destiny, Nicole, and Kina were very attentive and held amazing conversation throughout my visit. Samanta was very friendly and helpful, sending me home with information on other services they provide there (the list is quite extensive!) as well as taking before and after photos for me, and making sure I was happy and comfortable my entire visit. When you own a business you are subjected to the process of hiring people to work for you and sometimes those people are amazing and sometimes theyre not. Loni, the owner of this business, does truly care about your experience at Glosshouz and she wants to make sure you are happy. I just had a great experience with Selma, Brooke and with Yunas lashes. The BFF wasnt explained to me originally, but I GOT it today. Totally worth it and a fantastic way to get a great deal on services at Glosshouz. Btw, Jazie, Im sorry I didnt get to post about your lashes before you left, but thank you too! I love Glosshouz. They have such amazing customer service and the location is beautiful. For hair, Destiny is amazing! I have been going to her for years and she is the best. My hair has never looked so good! Great way to spend a day!

UPDATE: to my review below. The owner contacted me immediately and was very apologetic. The owner made it right and I am very impressed by the way my review was handled. I like to support local businesses and I will give this place another try.Do not get a dip powder manicure here. They use horrible products. While the girl who did my manicure was very nice, she did a horrible job on my manicure. I paid $68 including tip for a manicure. Within 1 hour of getting my manicure, polish started chipping away at my finger tips. Within only 2 days, polish started peeling and falling off completely. I got my manicure 3 days ago prior to heading out of town for a wedding so going back and asking them to redo it isn’t an option. Plus, the products they use are horrible so not wasting my time. The website leads you to believe they offer some kind of special experience. They do not. I was seated in a bar stool at the counter and was never offered anything to drink (for purchase or otherwise). Customer service is poor. Over priced and a waste of money. I have photos of how horrible my manicure looked within 1 hour of leaving and more photos of how it had progressively gotten worse over the last 2 days since I got my manicure 3 days ago. Will not give me the option to post a photo here on my review.

What a wonderful place!! I’m so glad I found them and will definitely be back. Not only was every person I encountered very friendly, but the place is clean and beautiful. I loved the relaxation room and will definitely be back after seeing all of the services they offer. 10/10 would recommend!

First time here and I was reading the reviews as if it would be one of a kind salon. Horrible experience, the employees are forced to learn everything instead of being a specialist on a topic. Everything is wrong. Heard the owner was rude but WOW!! She blew my mind away with the passive aggressive abuse!

I came into Glosshouz for a balayage. I’ve never had my hair done professionally before and I was super nervous about getting my hair done. I was recommended to Glosshouz by a friend, I booked with Mercedes and she was so nice from the jump! I sent pictures of what I wanted and she gave me ideas and tips. Once I came in for service she was so kind and she always kept the conversation going! She explained what she was doing and why she was doing it! Her technique was amazing and my hair came out great, I’m so in love with my hair!! I’m definitely going back, and I recommend her 100%.

Update: The manager called me, profusely apologized, and offered me a credit on my account. Although I had a not-so-great experience, I appreciate the concern and initiative takenI was booked for eyelash extensions with Kina. Within 3 hours of my appointment nearly all of the lashes had fallen out, they were completely gone by the next day. I called and was rescheduled no questions asked.. My 2nd appt was with Alexus. She went on to tell me that she has many appointments scheduled with her to fix Kinas work.... frustrating. Anyways, Alexus did a great job on my lashes. BUT.... During my appointment I told her my eyes and lungs were burning, to which she responded that means its working! I explained how I didnt feel that at my last appointment, and she explained that Kina probably did not use enough adhesive. A few hours after my appointment my eyes started to burn further, my sinuses were completely congested, and I could not breath... I wound up going to the Emergency Room with an oxygen level of 75.. It is unbelievable that this service can be performed in such a small room with absolutely no ventilation. The fact that I mentioned my discomfort and it was shrugged off is also severely bothersome. It has been 4 days since my appointment and Im still struggling to breath. Please add ventilation. I would not wish this feeling on anyone

Great experience all around. It’s great quality for the price. The classIic lash is a lot of volume and you can pick a style. I got the glamorous and it’s exactly what I wanted. If you are thinking about getting lash extensions this is the place. Very clean. Anna was very polite and offered me great skin care advice.

Ive had a few services done at Glosshouz. Putting all of my experiences together, I cannot recommend Glosshouz based off inconsistent quality.Blowout Services- My friend and I both recieved blowouts. Ive had a good amount of blowouts at a few different salons and this lines up with most of them.Lash Extensions- I recieved Lash Extensions and had to get them removed within days. The application was not good, was rushed, and very painful during and after. Everytime I blinked, it felt like my eye was being stabbed by the butt of a lash the size of Texas. Turns out the lashes were applied incorrectly and clumped together onto multiple lashes causing pulling. I did a Lash Tint following the removal with no issues.Facial- The actual facial was great. My technician was wonderful. However, I was not taken back to the treatment room until 40 minutes to an hour past my appointment time with not much communication from the office staff.Manicure- I cannot recommend Manicure services at Glosshouz. My friend and I came in for a 10:15 appointment on Saturday Dec 22nd for a Dip Gel Manicure. My nail color was great, but the application was extremely poor. My nails were thick, rounded, and looked like an acyrlic overlay was applied. It was hard to pick up things due to the thickness. My friends manicure looked great with the exception of a few thick places and poor application on the sides were it looked like the polish bunched up. She had a 7pm flight out of DIA, and sent me a photo of here nail that had already chipped. Almost half the nail chipped off less than 8 hours after application. I called the next morning to remedy my nails, and was given a complimentary shellac manicure, as well as the tip i paid returned to me. The staff were very apologetic. When I called that morning I asked if the woman who did my nails was working because I wanted to avoid a run in that could cause me some anxiety. I was assured that she was off that day. When i arrived and began to speak to the office staff, I was approached by the woman who did my nails the day previous and she began asking me about why i didnt like them, etc. A situation I really REALLY wanted to avoid. I was very uncomfortable.My friend reached out to Glosshouz to get a refund for her services and she sent them pictures.They assured her, as well as me, that she would get a full refund since she was out of town and had to get her nail fixed before Christmas at a different salon in Liberty, TX to fix the chip. The date today is January 6th, and she has get to receive a refund, and hasnt heard back from Glosshouz regarding this issue despite several attempts to reach them to remedy this.Based on inconsistent quality I cannot recommend Glosshouz. You never know what you are going to get. I can appreciate that they remedy the situation after but i shouldnt have to go to a salon two separate times to get a proper manicure, and I will never get any additional services at Glosshouz. I cannot recommend it to my friends either.*** The photos attached were taken the SAME DAY as our initial manicure services on Dec 22nd.***

I would advise you to not go here. Please read belowI have lived in Colorado my entire life, from Castle Rock, Lone Tree to Highlands Ranch. This is the worse spa that I have ever gone to. I was repelled by the blonde lady at the front. I felt rushed and a burden. Everyone looked like they hated their job and talked about the free Botox they got from working there. No one was professional, quality of the place was poor as if it was falling apart and the front desk blonde lady was so up tight I was completely turned away.

I have been coming since 2019 and I love their facials and their staff. I usually ask for Bailey but this time I went with Brooke and she was amazing as well!

When I first arrived for my appointment, I walked in and was greeted by the front desk. I mistakenly made an appointment for a few days after thinking it was for the day I showed up. I was kind of upset with myself and I was leaving for vacation the day the appointment was actually placed. She told me she could get me in after my vacation.When I went to my car, I checked the schedule and they had appointments the next morning so I booked it.Fine... I gave them the benefit of the doubt and maybe it was just miscommunication.So the next morning I come in and I’m given a tour of the spa. It’s beautiful!!!! I mean 10/10!!But the nurse... her whole demeanor and attitude was horrible! I could never speak to someone like the way she spoke to me. She barked orders of where to go when she got me from the waiting area. I asked if I should sign something more on the iPad and she literally cut me off when she responded. I felt so uncomfortable in that room.I get that people have their bad days, but when you’re injecting someone with a neurotoxin.. maybe you should make them feel more comfortable.The hard sell for a membership at checkout after what I experienced left a bad taste in my mouth.

Lauren is absolutely an artist. Do not go anywhere else. You are treated like gold the moment you walk in. Everyone is awesome.

This was my first time at Glosshouz and I will definitely be back thanks to my amazing hairstylist Mercedes. She is an EXPERT at her craft (first time in a while my hair has turned out the way I wanted) and she’s attentive to your needs. The rest of the staff was also wonderful! Ive been to different spas for my extensions before and this one is by far the very best. They are super clean, which now is more important than ever and it is just really beautiful. They have a waiting room that has comfy seats and a fireplace. All three times i have been more than pleased with the outcome, the last time i hate a few fall out after the first day, which may have been my fault but i let them know and they fixed it for free! I highly recommend trying them

Had the Soothing and Smoothing pedicure with Baily 8 weeks ago and it was awesome and my toes looke pretty for several weeks.Had a fantastic experience today (12/26) with Michaella! Great shop, friendly management and staff had a coffee drink (with the option of a cocktail). This will be my new spot for all pedicure needs going forward!

Wish I didn’t have to do this but here it goes. Had a lash appointment with Anna she was fantastic! I really wanted to like this place. But they don’t care about me or my business. I bought a “oil free” lash cleanser from them. I tried to return it that day and they wouldn’t accept it. The product DOES have oil in it. They told me they’d talk to a manager and get back to me. It’s been 3 days... no call back. I was NOT made aware that they don’t accept returns. No where in the salon did it say that nor did they tell me before I bought it.

Glosshouz always makes me feel amazing whenever I leave. I signed up for the bff level 2 membership and let me tell you, it is worth it. Might even upgrade after finding out all the deals and discounts with that membership (the higher you go, the bigger the discount). AND the monthly fee you pay goes back as a CREDIT to you’d account to use. My birthday is next month and I can’t wait to use my two free services! They spoil you for all 30 days of your birthday month!!!!! (with a membership of course). Anna K did my lashes and they are beautiful. I can’t wait to go back.

It has been 30 minutes since my appointment and I was charged for the appointment cost before I even had time to call in and let the staff know I am not feeling well. It’s a shame they are not giving the benefit of the doubt to their unwell customers during these uncertain times. Not only for the health and safety of that particular client, but the proceeding clients as well. I will take my business to a beauty center that is a bit more focused on ensuring that their client is safe and healthy rather than charging them for a service before verifying.

I started visiting Glosshouz a few months ago for my lashes- I could NOT handle how uncomfortable the chairs were at dekalash! At Glosshouz youre in a private spa room for your appointment...and the beds are heated! The prices are better than Deka and so is the quality. Lindsay always does an amazing job for me and she remembers just how I like them. When you sign up for a membership you also get discounts on other services which is awesome. Just got color done by Mercedes and man does that girl know her stuff! I know there are other google reviews that have had a negative experience, but so far Ive had nothing but great service and great quality work!

After eight years I decided to try a new place to have my hair cut and colored and am I glad I did. Mercedes nailed it on my first appointment. The color was perfect and looks very natural. Not one person asked if I had my hair colored which was the opposite of when I went to my previous salon. I will be back every three weeks!

Revised**Glosshouz reached out and scheduled a nail appt. Everyone was welcoming and Destiny did a fantastic job on my nails. If youre looking for a well done mani I would definitely ask for her!I have worked in a spa for over 10 years and can honestly say I am very disappointed in this place. Within a couple hours of leaving my shellac/gel mani started chipping. By 24 hours, every nail has chipped or come off completely. I wanted to give them a chance to fix it so I contacted them twice with no response. The technician that I had was very pleasant but the quality was not so that is why this place is worth 1 star.

I love glosshouz! I have been going to get my lashes done for about 6 months and the staff are great. They have always been friendly and helpful. I have been going to Anna the past few visits and she does a great job, making sure I’m happy with my lashes and making tweaks to get the right look. I would recommend, though, trying to stick with one or two lash artists so they become familiar with your preferences.

The Glosshouz will not disappoint. It is a beautiful establishment with an amazing staff! I am so glad a friend recommended it and I can’t wait to go back for my next appt!

I visited Glosshouz today for the first time for a hair cut and color. I will definitely be back. Rachel was my stylist and she is exceptional! I have naturally curly, fine hair with plenty of damage and split ends because I blow it straight daily and use heat tools. I went in thinking about color with highlights or balayage, but at the same time, I was seeking advice for getting my hair healthy again. Rachel advised against bleaching my dark hair while it was damaged. I am so glad she did. She spent a long time talking to me about the style I wanted and providing recommendations for keeping my hair healthy, getting volume, and maintaining smoothness. I was extremely impressed with her skill and knowledge and I am thrilled with my cut and color!

Lexi did a great job with my extensions. It was my first time getting them, and she kept me well informed and was very professional.

I have been a client here for awhile for botox. Lauren is usually my service provider and she is AMAZING!! If she is booked and I see another provider I know I am in good hands and I have never left here unhappy! Everyone is friendly and the the place is clean and inviting!

Anna Z. is understanding, patient and a great listener. She strives to make sure your experience is great and that you leave happy with your eyelashes. My first visit today and goodness was I impressed!!!! I am so happy to have found this place and will not go anywhere else moving forward. I joined their BFF club as well! Highly recommend Glosshouz for your beauty and spa needs.

I got eyelash extensions here. I tried booking online, but I didnt receive a confirmation email so I called to confirm the appointment. The woman on the phone told me they didnt have a record of it, so I tried to make an appointment over the phone. She told me they didnt have any until next week, even though I had seen a handful through the online booking portal. So, I thanked her, hung up, and tried booking again online. I booked one for the next day one and I got a confirmation email right away. The encounter with the receptionist left a bad taste in my mouth, but I was still optimistic. The spa is beautiful, designed to feel modern and luxurious and it looked pretty clean. Getting the extensions put on were a pretty normal experience and the lady who did them was really nice, but she didnt do a good job. The result turned out to be very uneven. One corner of my eye didnt have any extensions and there were gaps where she didnt put any on. I could feel the glue and the individual lashes would twist around, poke me in the eyes, and irritate my eyelid. There are so many places offering lash extension services, dont waste your money here.

If you want quality eyelash extensions that last, Alexus is your girl. She does a great job every time. Im always impressed with her work and Ive been going to her for well over a year. You wont be disappointed.

I highly recommend coming to Glosshouz for a manicure, especially with Bailey!! I received a Spafinder gift card as a gift and decided to use it here based off of reviews. Glosshouz did not disappoint! It is an incredibly clean and classy establishment. Everyone was so nice and willing to engage in conversation. Selma even took the time to give me a full tour and explain all the services that are offered here. I will definitely be coming back! Thanks again Bailey and Selma!

Do Not Try especially if you are colored. This place is low on everything. I was excited to find a spa that offered all the services they do but after paying for 4 different services I will never go here again. Unfortunately I am locked in a 3 month membership and am required to pay $75 a month til my 3rd month then I can get out. I regularly get my nails dipped I tried having them done here and it was the worst nail experience. It hurt, I was bleeding and my nails looked horrible at the end like a 5 year old did them. They promised to reimburse me but never did. I waited over an hour for my included membership beverage but every non colored person to walk in was immediately served. I communicated with them serval times to get out of my membership even offered to pay upfront to get out early. They stopped communicating and started running my card at 1am for the charges. It was apparent everytime I went to Glosshouz they do not know how to treat people of color from the comments the workers would make about my clothes to the service. Learn from me dont go here!

Sam was SO friendly and informative!! I had a lot of questions about the memberships and she was very patient with me and made everything so easy to understand. Definitely will be coming back later this month to sign up for the BFF 3 membership!

Recently came in after the shut down and the spa had made loads of great adjustments. We felt safe and the environment very clean. As usual, Lauren was awesome.

I loved this place - just recently signed up for their BFF program because ive been going so frequently. This is the first time ive had an issue, which is why im giving 3 stars. I wasnt initially going to write a review but ive called 10+ times the last 2 days and cant get ahold of anyone unless i send a text.I booked a hair & makeup appointment almost 3 weeks in advance to make sure i could get it done for a photoshoot im doing. I received a text telling me my appointment had been bumped to 3 hours later than i originally booked - No phone call or asking if i could do a later time, just a text telling me my appointment had been changed. I finally got a (text) response an hour later telling me sorry theres nothing they can do. I understand the circumstances - there was a COVID exposure. But hair and makeup isnt typically a spa day - its for something specific. Simply texting me telling me you bumped my appointment and then only responding via text seems very unprofessional. Im hoping someone will see this and give me a call back. Unfortunately i think once my 90 day period is up i will cancel my membership and move on to another spa.

I humbly withdraw my one star too a 5 star today. Between Carolyn and Destiny their professionalism and kindness has changed my mind. I wanted to give Glousshouz a second chance because the place is very clean and beautiful. I am very pleased by doing so. Any woman who pays high price for her hair and other salon needs expects to be treated well and thats how everyone at glousshouz made me feel today. The best obtion is really to become a member. My experience with my hair balayage was truly unbelievable. No other salon or hairdresser has ever accomplished what they did today. Going from a horrible orange, and red tone to an amazing ash blond has been a great experience. Thanks again for a great day!!

I spent over 2 hours at Glosshouz getting eyelash extensions and when I left it barely looked as if anything had happened. The eyelash extensions placed on my eyelashes don’t even appear like I’m wearing mascara. I showed images of the dramatic yet natural lashes I got a Dekalash and these looked nothing like it.Not only can you barely tell (after I spent $100) but you can see my base lashes and there isn’t even extensions on a good amount of them. Just super bummed because I got these just prior to having a baby and was hoping to not have to wear makeup and this honestly doesn’t look like I have anything on.

The check in was easy. I booked a special wrap with a spa tub. Turns out my person didn’t get informed that I had a spa tub so we didn’t do it before the wrap. Doing a bath after negates the wrap that was just finished. That was disappointing. I did get it discounted because I didn’t take the bath. When she was cutting the wrap off my mid section she nicked me with the scissors so that was also not great. They should use medical scissors with the blunt tips not regular scissors.
