Absolutely love this place. Have been to multiple nail techs but Robert is my go-to. They always do a great job and keep the place beautiful and have put in lots of work during the covid pandemic. So glad that they are back open again! Go get your beauty back on ladies!

They have an incredibly clean and updated salon with a fantastic selection of nail polish. The staff honored all COVID protocols and made a conscientious effort to keep the staff and clientele safe. Image Nails has been my go to for a gel pedi almost a year now since we moved to the area. Ken is my go to guy, and is very professional, clean and always on time for appointments - the best nail tech I’ve ever had to be honest! I frequently interact with the other staff during my visit and they are all very friendly. The place is kept clean, especially during COVID - they’ve taken all the right precautions. Highly recommended!

Ken is absolutely amazing! Finally found my go-to spot for beautiful dip nails. He is detailed, extremely skilled, thorough, and patient. It is clear he’s been doing this for a while, I highly recommend. Very clean and convenient place as well.

I love this salon! I got my lashes and nails done and they did so good. The environment is very welcoming and cozy with very friendly people who care about the cleanliness of the salon. They always go out of their way to make a personal connection with me.

IVY Nails is where I went and it took 3 hours!! UGH!! But my nails and feet Re perfect !!! This after 2 weeks

Love this nail salon. I’ve been going here for years for pedicures, regular manicures, shellac, and now dip. I like to see Robert, Glory, or Theresa when I go, but have heard good things about the other staff members as well. Great service, reasonable prices. I drive 40 mins just to get my nails done here :)

Didnt know when to stop when too busy. They were short staffed, which I understand but they decided they could take another appointment if one person did both of my friends pedicures at the same time. This was discussed in front of me which was odd because I knew the quality of their pedicures were going to be impacted so that they could take one more full set. I then also felt my technician was rushed on my nails. They may have gotten one more full set that day but we wont be coming back so they lost in the long term. It took 2 hours for my friends to get their cold pedicures. This is not a quality over quantity place. Cleanliness was fine and staff was very kind, they just didnt know when to stop in order. to assure quality is all.

Robert did an awesome job!!! He and his wife are the owners and they are super friendly!! Definitely going back as my regular nail place.

Ken is exceptional at doing nails and does fantastic artwork on them if you want it. Glory does my eyelashes and she is excellent at what they do. Everyone in the place is so friendly.

I found this gem on the way home after being rudely turned away from my usual salon. They now have a forever client! Service is top notch and the employees are all super nice.

This is my second s time trying this place! Each time the mail tech acts bored and dosent pay attention to what shes doing. Her name is Cindy. I got my nails done Tuesday and ita Saturday Im already missing 2 nails. This happened the last time I did dip with them too. Also thier removal solution stings and creaks my nails. Bot impressed will not be back.

The owners and the manicurists who work for them are all outstanding! I have had many of them do my nails over the years and have never been disappointed. Thanks to all of them for making me welcome everytime I come in!

Will never go again.. Terrible job.. Went back to get nails redone and still got a terrible job for the 1st bad job.. They did next to nothing to really fix the issue..

Worst pedicure technician I have ever had. Didnt ask which pedicure I wanted. All she said was pick out a color. She was SO rough, I finally told her she was hurting me, that continued. NEVER Spoke,just pushed my foot/feet into the water as needed I considered leaving when she started,and I should have.I was given the least expensive pedicure and reluctantly did leave a 20% tip. I did want to tell someone how terrible she wad,but no one was up front when I left. Would never ever go back !!!! Disgusted!!

My pedicure looked so amateurish, she kept trying to fix it but kept making it worse. I finally said, enough i havw to go and wouldnt stay for the mani. Paid for my pedi and got out. Ill have to fix it at home later Im in a hurry so this will have to do for today :(
