Showed mail tech a simple photo and asked if she could confidently replicate it, she said she could and got to work. I asked her to stop multiple times because the color was not even close to what I wanted and she said it was the closest they had. The design was horrible and unrecognizable I left super upset and ended up calling to see if they could fix them or refund my money and I was told I could get a refund. When my refund did not come I called and asked why where I was told that she decided not to refund me. After much argument she told me to come in and shed give me cash refund. Upon arrival I was yelled at in front of other customers and followed out the door as the manager yelled at me to never come back! I was going to leave a nice tip for the small effort put into my nails but not after being yelled at by the owner!!! No worries… I wouldn’t have returned anyway as my horribly executed nails were $70 without tip! Absolutely ridiculous. I paid that at American nails and salon today for a new set of nails (which turned out beautiful) and a pedicure!!!Pictures are what I asked for (pink, cute mini mouse with bow) and what I was charged $70 for (purple nails with 3 dots that resemble Mickey!) And what American Nails did for me today! (Exactly what I asked for!)

This is the best nail place in Aurora that I have been to personally. They are always nice and professional. They seem to take pride in their work because I have had 3 different nail techs and they all did a wonderful job with the pedicure I picked which is a bit work intensive for them given the massage factor in the one I get for your calves and feet. Feel so much better after visiting this place.

I used to love this place - I always went to Sarah. Unfortunately, since she left I have been completely disappointed. My nails are often uneven and I have to point it out. I have to go back every few days for repair. They are always happy to accommodate but who has time to keep going back! The technicians seem to spend more time looking around than focusing on the customer they are serving. So sad that things have changed.

Walk in customer with my mom and they fit us in and didnt feel rushed at all! Was a very relaxing and welcoming environment. Definitely will be coming back here. I was amazed at the level of detailed in my nail art due to having such small finger nails. Very very impressed with Serenity Nail Spa.

This place is amazing. I have been going here for close to three years. I recently moved from Aurora to Lakewood and I still make the treck just to come get my nails done. When I say I have never had better service at a nail salon I am serious. Bujee and her team really take care of their clients. They are top notch with their cleanliness and I have never been rushed out of here like I have in some places. They really take their time on their massages and making sure every part of your manicure and pedicure is done properly. Thank you SO much for giving me a much needed break and a solid hour of care just for a pedicure. It doesn’t go unnoticed.

This is absolutely the best place to get a pedicure! They spend so much time on your feet and make you feel extremely papered! They give you a heated neck wrap a basket to keep all your belongings in and even a shoulder message at the end. Very clean you can tell they really care about what the do!

Jennie is amazing! Theyre always busy but theyre fast. Appointments recommended although they take walk-ins. They truly take the extra step to make you feel relaxed.

Without a doubt the BEST and ONLY nail salon I will go to in Colorado! Bujee and her team are absolutely amazing, I cant say enough good things. They are so meticulous, precise, and truly take their time in making sure that your mani/pedi is flawless - no matter how long it takes! They also give the most AMAZING hand/foot massages, and hot stone massages. And a shoulder massage after your service! I feel like Im going to the spa, and the mani/pedi is an added bonus haha! Aaija gives the most amazing leg/foot massage you will ever have in your life. Its worth every penny, and they are fairly priced! Such a treat. :-)

My sister told me about it as she went in trying to get acrylics and they told her they only specialize in natural nails...so I went in today on my birthday and I am completely satisfied after being disappointed so many times before at other salons. Tried this place based on reviews. Worst pedicure Ive had in a long time. My heels still look dry and cracked. I asked why they dont exfoliate, they said it was extra. I agreed to pay extra, and it still looks like I need a pedicure. (I get pedicures every six weeks and this is is always included in the price, and looks 💯 better). I had the owner check it out and the technician just didnt get it. maybe its because they use a dollar store foot file instead of a shaver. I dont know, but I know when to cut my losses and go somewhere else. On an unrelated note, people said that this salon was very nice. That wasnt my experience. The chair I sat in had tears all over the seat and it wasnt especially clean. I gave it 2 stars because the people are nice although, the girl who did my pedicure wasnt good at her job.

A WONDERFUL first experience at Serenity Nail Spa with Zula! I enjoyed a Lavender Scrub Spa Pedicure complete with hot stones, fantastic massage and great care of toenails, feet and legs! Excellent, friendly service in an incredibly clean salon. I’ll look forward to my next visit!

I got my eyebrows waxed here and am happy with the results :) Price of $12 was fair for the attention the technician spent on them. Environment was oddly extremely relaxing. Highly recommend.

I originally was referred through a friend who spoke so highly of the people here that I couldn’t pass on trying it, and she was spot on!! I absolutely love John, and while all the other ladies are fantastic - John is my go to guy! He gives the BEST massages. I have some vein issues with my legs, and they feel so much better for several days after a great pedicure from John. Everyone has a superior attention to detail, and it shows they genuinely care about the clients. They only do gel or regular polish... I’ve not had great experiences other places with gel - but however John does it, the gel lasts well over two weeks... I’m ready to come back before I ‘need’ to come back!

Ive been getting a gel manicure, and regular pedicure here recently. They do an outstanding job. That being said, plan plenty of time as they do an excellent job and take their time. Id recommend an appointment before hand.

This place is wonderful - clean, relaxing (no children or pets), and the technicians are wonderful. Back massages, foot massages, arm and hand massages, and the best manicures ever. I go regularly, but my last manicure was 13 days ago, and it still looks awesome.

They do such a great job! I do gel nails and usually they lift and they dont have held up for 3 weeks now. They take time to do a great job! And they took great care of my girls as well.

I was a call ahead walk-in on a weekday. I realized I was going home to an empty house after work, and decided to stop to get my nails done instead. Tuya did my nails and she was GREAT! Probably one of the most perfect manicures Ive ever had. She kept looking over my nails and making small adjustments. The gel was applied flawlessly. And she gave me a shoulder massage! Definitely coming back here and requesting Tuya. There were a few other customers there and the employees all seemed to be as attentive and detailed with them as well. I did hear them say they dont do acrylics, so if thats what youre looking for, find a different shop.

I was worried when they changed hands, but they kept the high quality standards. Seriously, the best services and staff. I am really particular about my manicures and they never disappoint. A little pricier than others in the area, but absolutely worth it.

I went here when they first opened. I specifically asked if they did pink and whites and they said they did. All I needed was a rebase and the girl started soaking my nails off to apply shellac or some sort of gel manicure. I told them thats not what I asked for. So the girl started applying some other sort of gel polish and dumping powder over it. It may have been the sns dipping powder, but I have never had it applied that way. I finally stopped the lady and asked what I owed for what she had done so far. She said 20$!!! 20$ for what??? Effing up my nails? They were also supposedly running a 20% off deal at the time. So basically theyre saying they charge 24$ to do nothing you ask for and mess up the nails you had before you went in there. Never go here! They are the worst. This is by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They completely disregard what you want and ask for. What bothers me the most is, I asked if they could do pink and whites and they lied and said they could just to get me in there.
