I had my eyebrows micro-bladed here. This will be my new regular spot. Hong is amazing. This man painstakingly, hand cut each line. He measured and remeasured. My eyebrows have never looked this good. The prices are much lower compared to other places. They are listed on Groupon but call them directly and they’ll give you the same price.

I was actually astonished by my experience here. I got a pedicure as well as Microblading for my eyebrows. The pedicure (white tips/ French) looks amazing, and John who did my brows did a very professional job. On top of everything the entire staff was very down to earth and friendly

I have had lash extensions done twice by Liz and love them. She does a fantastic job and I get so many compliments about my lashes. Most people think they are my own. Liz is always on time, professional and courteous. I live on the North side of town and drive 17 miles on the South side to go see Liz at United and it’s worth it. ❤️

Id give this place no stars if possible. My boyfriend brought me here to get a full set and a pedicure yesterday July 7th 2017. I went in with gel polish on my toes and the lady doing my pedicure instead of letting acetone soak it off filed and scraped until it was all off ruining the cuticles on almost all of my toes and causing me a fair amount of pain. Then Im a rush to get me out they had another lady name ling do my full set while I was in the pedicure chair. She never asked me what shape I prefer my nails or anything of the sort. She proceeded to shape them all differently from each other and not even paint the full nail with the gel polish on any of them. The result is awful. I paid 105 dollars to get a gel pedicure and gel full set that doesnt even look like a professional did it. It looks like I went to a beauty school and had some girl who just learned try to do my nails. Not to mention she cut my cuticles on my ring finger so badly that I bled. I will never return and will absolutely NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. if I could get a refund I would. I know nail places that charge 20 dollars for a full set of acrylic nails that do a better job than this place ever could. So furious should have demanded a refund.

I went in to get eyelash extensions here a few weeks ago. They looked amazing and I loved them. But they were done what seemed awfully quick for a full set. After a few hours my eyes were very itchy and irritated. By the next morning both eyes were incredibly swollen. I called to see if it was an allergic reaction to the glue and the only response I got was “get allergy eye drops”. So I did, and they didn’t help. My eyes got more swollen and itchy so I went to Deka Lash to have them looked at, there they told me that the lashes were applied right against my eyelid causing a few of them to actually be glued to the skin. They tried to remove them because it was causing so many issues but had a lot of trouble due to the fact that it was on my skin and so close to my lash line. I will not be returning

I am torn. I had gotten my eyelashes done last night. They looked amazing. I get great. I woke up this morning and there were a ton of lashes falling out. Less then a day later and they dont look good. John was very nice and friendly. I dont know why this happened and am pretty saddened by it. I looked amazing last night.

I’ve been going to United Nail and Lash for nearly 3 years now. They have refreshed the salon in the last year and it looks great. They did a thorough cleaning to reopen after COVID and I feel very safe. All the staff is very friendly to their customers and you can tell they have a lot of repeat business. I get so many compliments on my lashes and I always refer them to Lynn at United Nails! Lynn is absolutely the best for lashes, pedi and gel nails.

It was my first time getting eyelash extensions and they were great. I have been wanting to try eyelash extensions so I look on Groupon and since I was in the area close to them I chose them. I called to make an appointment they said just come in. So I did. They have me makeup remover to take off my mascara and started right after. It was so relaxing I think I actually fell asleep for a while. Lol it’s been a day since I got them done a couple have feel out but I’m guessing that’s normal. They look good and I’m completely happy with my experience. I highly recommend them.

Awesome experience and great work! I got my pedicure done with my girlfriend the staffs were very friendly and surprisingly gentle, after the pedicure my legs felt great as if I was walking on clouds. The sea salt was very interesting as well and made my legs very smooth! I like it! My girlfriend got her nails done and it looked very shiny and nice. I would definitely come back with my girlfriend and I personally recommend any ladies and gentlemen to come here.

Ive been going to United Nails and Eyelash for over two years now and they do not disappoint. Lynn is my usual go to lash expert but today she was off. I was hesitant to try another lash artist but Kelly did an amazing job. I would highly recommend going there for all your beauty needs.

I really liked it the first time I went but because of Monica will more then likely not going back!!!

I have been going to Ivy for my eyelash extensions for the past year and I love them! I will never go back to mascara again. People compliment me all the time on my lashes because they look so natural and full. I have short and sparse lashes and with my extensions, I feel like I dont need any eye makeup at all. Ivy is amazing at what she does. Shes very diligent and informative. Ive tried other places where my lashes would last maybe 3 weeks but when I get them done by Ivy, they will last me up up to 5 weeks. I definitely recommend Ivy.. she loves what she does and it shows in her work.

I went in without an appointment and was seated fairly quickly. Trang was the tech that did my nails. She did a great job with the shape and design. My one problem was that later that day I thought I had cracked 2 of my nails but it turned out it was the polish cracking, not my nail. I went back and another tech fixed the two that had damage. Within 24 hours most of them had cracked polish. I believe that a base coat may have been missed. Im not super picky and it being Halloween, the cracks kind of went with the theme so I didnt care to go back and fix the rest. I will definitely be going back though because the atmosphere of the salon was very friendly and they were extremely helpful.

I walked in for a pedicure without an appointment and they were great! The staff was friendly, and like other reviews, it is evident the staff and clientele have a good relationship and it appeared there were many repeat customers that go there on a regular basis. Their services are reasonably priced, the space was clean, and Im very happy with my pedicure! Id recommend their establishment over any others in the area.

Ive been going to Rose for pedicures for 4 years. The staff is always friendly, prices are great. Rose spends a long time on my pedicure, shes very thorough and gives great massage. Her polish lasts a very long time. Ive tried other places but this is by far my favorite!

I have here 5 times to do my lashes and have come to the conclusion that Lynn is amazing at what she does. I am so happy about how my lashes look, long, full, and curled. Ive had my lashes done there a few times now, and the lashes have turned out good. On of the times the lashes came out pretty quick and I had to go back for a fill after only a week, but the other times were good. You can tell that theyve had an increase in customers from Groupon, though, because they cram makeshift lash stations in odd places. Honestly, the setup doesnt strike me as overly sanitary, which makes me nervous with peoples hands in my eyes, but Ive been rolling the dice and going back because its been affordable and easy to schedule.

I normally do not write reviews but, I feel the need to. This was my second visit and I went in for a 60 piece eyelash refill total. On my first visit my eyelash tech was John! He did a great job and pretty fast. My lashes looked great... so I decided after about 2 weeks I was going to head back and get a quick touch up as I had not lost a lot of lashes and wanted to keep them up! I called Friday afternoon to book my now second appt with john however, I was told that John was not working on Sunday and I was assured that ALL the other lash techs were just as good. So I decided to proceed and book the Sunday appt. for 1pm. I arrived at my appt about 5min early mind you I was not greeted just like the first time. I was just looked at. Once I stated I was there for a appt. They all talked amongst themselves I guess trying to decided who was going to fulfill my appt.I was then given to a young girl not sure of her name. She did a horrible job on my lashes and took sooooo long for a 60 piece refill. Again, my appt was at 1pm I did not walk out the door until 2:17pm!!!!! My first initial Appointment was not that long.However, I still thanked her and gave her a nice tip.I will not be going back. I deserve to atleast be greeted like everyone else that walked through the door. I work hard for my money and I chose to patronize YOU!End of rant!!!!

Ive had my lash extensions done by Ivy for over a year now. I absolutely love the work and precision put into my lashes. I usually get my lashes refilled every 2 to 3 weeks and it usually stays on very well! Ivy always makes sure I feel and look beautiful and I absolutely feel that way every time I get a nice full refill. Get the volume set yall, it is the best thing thats happened to my face ‍Now....not only do I do my lashes here but Ive been loyal to their other services. Such as, brow tinting, nails (toes, gel, dip), and waxing. I have not once been disappointed with the service.Finally, as most of the reviews here, the customer service is phenomenal!!

I got a text from them saying they had a 60 piece special for $35 so I called them told them about the text and made an appointment when I got there they said it $60. That it was actually $35 per eye so I told them in that case it’s $70? And they said yes. I had the worst experience ever!!! I definitely wouldnt recommend going here for your nails. I got my nails done here and they are seriously the worst Ive ever had. This is literally the only review I have ever done but I really cant believe how horrible my nails look. For my career I travel throughout the U.S. and I get my nails done in several locations. This is by far the worst!!! Save your money ladies and go somewhere else. Oh and P.S. I had to ask the lady to fix 3 different nails 3 different times and she started to blame it on me....... yet I didnt do my own nails lol. And it has only been a couple days since I got my nails done and I have a nail splitting in half in the middle of the nail, which I have never seen happen.

I’ve been going to Lynn for a year. She always goes over the price with me and what to expect. She’s very quick, professional and talented. I also highly recommend John for microblading. So happy with the results.

A little annoyed that I made an appt and told them I was using the Groupon. I went in for my appt and they were really nice to me but I was asked if I ever had eyelash extensions there before and I told her no, but I think she meant if I ever had them at all. I told her I was going to use the Groupon and the whole tone changed. She told me that I could get only 30 on each eye but I told her the Groupon states FULL VOLUME eyelashes. She said okay and did them for me, they looked good but WERE NOT full volume nor were there 30 on each eye. She asked if i wanted 40 more eyelashes and I said go ahead. When she was done, they barely looked different. On top of that, she meant 40 DOLLARS more not 40 more EYELASHES. I tipped out 35$ and left. 3 days later, half of my eyelashes have fallen out. 🤦so... 40$ Groupon turned into $80 which could have just been $75... including tip. Oh well. The service was great though. Just dont get ripped out of money... Make sure they honor their price and make sure you go with (trang) I think is her name. Shes amazing.

Im giving it 4 stars because i asked for a Almond shape on my finger nails and the lady just made them round also i feel like the nail art i got couldve been done a little neater and better but i understand that nail art is hard to do.

I bought Groupon for my daughter One set of Mink Volume Eyelash extension but when she came, they just did 30 lashes each eye and told her if want to do volume lashes, she have to pay more. Sorry but I think they tried to make false advertising on Groupon. Won’t be back!

Did my nails couple days before thanksgiving. One nail fell of one day right before thanksgiving day so i saved it and glued it and the other one fell the next day while i was washing my hand. The girl who did it was sweet but the service is not good there. They also threw my personal belonging in the trash. Weird. Didnt like the environment. They have different prices for different customers. I heard them on the phone saying they will offer the groupon price at the store so dont buy it from groupon. Also they ask their customers for cash only and if they try to pay by card they ask to venmo them. They r probably trying to keep the tax money. They are kind of shady. Not going there anymore.

Went and got my eyelashes done everything was fine but I referred my co-worker to them and she went and got her eyelashes done as well and I don’t think they used clean tools because the day after she got a stye in both of her eyes! I moved here from new york a few months ago and when I decided to get my nails done I was freaking out because there are so many nail salons and none of them had really good reviews, so I took my chance at United Nails. Immediately I could tell it was a good salon because it was pretty busy and everyone was talking like theyve known each other forever. First I got my eyebrows done by Rose and they came out great!! Then Rose did a full set for me and honestly I have never had my nails done so good in my entire life. I absolutely love this place and would recommend it to anyone!! ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Im not sure how this place has decent reviews... I bought a Groupon to try out eyelash extensions for the first time, upon arriving I was pressured into returning my Groupon and told they would match the price. I was expecting a full set of long lashes and ended up with a half set of stubby lashes that barley looked any different than my own. On top of that the guy doing it glued my bottom eyelashes to the extensions and clipped a giant hole in my lower lashes to release them ... It looks ridiculous. The atmosphere was terrible and uncomfortable and the hygiene was definitely questionable. I wasnt even given any info on how to care for mu lashes after leaving. It was a huge waste of money. If you are looking for lashes go somewhere else.

Purchased their groupon to try out eyelash extensions. I believe I paid around $70.00 for a full set. When I get there, I showed them my groupon and they pull me back and started right away. Well once I was all done they told me they dont take that groupon and took my phone to refund the groupon. They then said okay, your new total is $138.00!!! I was not so happy to hear that. No one could explain to me why it was now twice the price and why it wasnt told to me before they started. Well luckily I was able to pay the difference and go on my way. A few days later I check to see if I was refunded. Found out groupon only gives you credit to another groupon and its only good for like 24 hours. So I ended up losing that money as well. I wish I would have known how much it would have ended up costing I would have just went all out and paid a lash boutique and would have had much better results.

Very disappointed with todays service. I been going here for years and I have never received half ass service. I had went in with two broken nails and it hadnt even been a week ( no fault to them) of course but i just wanted them fixed. 1st they didnt reshape my nails to match the others and 2nd the color on one of my nails they fixed is not the same. When he finished painting them they didnt even give me time to let them dry before wiping them and messing up the paint! I would have been fine until a rebase if they at least let them DRY. I am LIVID because yes they was busy but if you have just told me i would have came back instead of you half doing the work.. especially when i called and asked if they had time!! NOT HAPPY AT ALL!!! I pay way too much for that kind of service after all the years i been going there.

Oh my god the worst service ever! My daughter (7) and I went to this terrible place to get manicures and pedicures for her and rebadge and pedicure for me I didnt get shellac or whatever just regular polish and my total was like 80 bucks! The technician who started my nails didnt use any nail polish remover she just started filing away the color which made the shape of my stiletto nails off. Then the person who finished didnt check to see if the nails were even since they completely ruined the shape she proceeded to polish messing the polish up I had clumped up polish and 3 days later a nail completely broken while twisting the top off of milk carton. They dont have a fee schedule up so you dont know what your paying for I assumed my total wouldve been around 60 at the most but $84 was very over priced for the service we received and to make matters worst I gave her $100 & she asked if I needed change? Umm yes if I want to give you a tip I will do so out of what change I have however you ALL even the one who did my baby girl did an awful job so no tips would be given. I have 1 tip hire ppl who really want to work on a Friday afternoon b/c my lady had homework to do the other lady had all 6-7 of her kids there and it was just a mess. I will not be back and beware if you go there you wont know how much your paying up until the end and the service is terrible very beginner like a school. If you like that then this is the place for you.

They provided horrible service. They rushed through my pedicure and then rushed through my shellac manicure. I have paint all over my skin and my nails are smeared from when she rubbed them with alcohol after they were done drying. What a waste of money. I wont be going back.

When June is not working she would always referred me to Lin, I called today to schedule an appointment & I asked for Lin, & to my surprise she says that she no longer does lashes & that she no longer wants me to be her client! Now that June is no longer with the company, I tried to show Lin my loyalty, & this is the thanks I got. So disappointed & Im taking my business elsewhere.
