I am very picky about my nails and really struggle finding a place that meets all the marks Im looking for. I dont like when places Penny pinch (if Im coming here all the time, Im paying a lot doing my toes,, my kids nails,, my nails,, my friends,, etc dont try to sucker $4 more dollars for some BS) so I do not like that they charged for a matte top coat when I know it costs exactly the same. Ive gone here 3 times now and not one nail has broken so I cant say if they would charge me for that yet... but the fact that I havent broken nail is pretty miraculous!!! They do a wonderful more narrow coffin shape that I love, they have tons of options for colors, they have been super quick and really friendly. It surprised me they were inside walmart but so far, Ive been relatively impressed.

The customer service was great. She did an amazing job on my nails. No cuticle cuts. Good price on acrylics too.

Just moved here from Atlanta and I thought it would be hard to find a nail shop that does my nail exactly how I like .. boy was I wrong wasn’t hard at all. Customer service was wonderful Kim did my nails perfectly with the shape I like and the exact stones I like. My pedicure was also amazing she took her time. The foot massage was absolutely amazing. So glad I hv found my new nail shop home!!! I love Colorado!!!

Cute shop, friendly staff and clean environment as well as nice price point. I got dip powder done on my nails. About a week later my nails already began to crack. They product they used was not as good as the SNS products.

Chau is amazing. She is fun and precise. I love her French work! Highly recommend. I drive all the way from broomfield to see her!

This was the worse pedicure I have ever had. I have been to this location many times for a number of years but today will probably be my last. The young ladies that work there have been wonderful and very good. I am disabled and have arthritis in my feet and knees very severely. I need help taking care of my feet that is why I come in for a pedicure. Every single time the young man has been my technician he has been rough, did a poor job and caused a great deal of pain. Today was the last straw. My pedicure was a total of 13 minutes from start to finish. He started out with hot water pouring in the tub and burning my feet as he walked away. It is hard for me to get them in and out of the tub with my arthritis. He never cleaned under the nails. He was so rough with my feet. I thought he was going to rip the skin open between my toes. Callouses still on my heels. Only one coat of polish. I was so mad. I was steaming. I chose not say anything because I didnt want to cause a scene. I just wanted out.

Out of convenience, I stopped in the salon today. I was warmly greeted and sat immediately. The salon was very clean with cool art work on the walls. Tami spent so much quality time on my nails and did an amazing job with the dipping powder removal and new powder manicure! I was shocked at the $35 price as well! The salon I used to go to in Highlands Ranch might have a beautiful chandelier, but charges at least $10 more, (charges $3 extra for cuticle attention), rarely engage in conversation mostly due in part to language barriers, and, sometimes don’t even apply lotion. I highly recommend this Regal Nails and will make it my go-to-salon even if I don’t have to go to Walmart.

Haven’t been back. Anna was great but I always got stuck with Kim. Rushed and not enjoyable. Too many other choices.

Not recommending this place. Had to tell my tech to not use the same tools that his next door tech used on her clients. So risky to get service done at this location. You do not know if they eveb clean their tools or not. Low quality product, my shellac chipped on day#2.

They charged extra for long nail for my acrylic nails. The point of acrylic nails is to make your nails longer. Like do they charge people on the size of their hands too? It wasnt even that long.
