Could not be happier with my experience! The ladies were all very welcoming and made me feel super comfortable! Very sweet lady greeted me and set up my chair and then when Kathy was promptly finished with her current client, she came over with a great smile!!! Saw the ombre coffin set she did with her and they were AMAZING! I chose the signature pedicure, very detailed and complete!!!

Cathy does a great job on my nails. So creative… I let her pick the design and match colors. Very satisfied every time!!

I was new to town and decided to give this shop a try! Love this place!! I got a spa pedicure yen did a great job so much detail! I recommend the wax treatment it left my feet feeling so soft. I wasn’t going for a manicure because i work with my hands but since the pedicure was great i decided on dip nails. I got dip with nail extensions and its such a natural look compared to acrylics. I will be returning!! Such a great spot

I’ve gone here four times now and I’ve been very satisfied with the service each time. I moved nail salons and I am not disappointed. They almost always have me in for an immediate walk in! Very talented crew.

I called to see if they could fit us in and they took my name down immediately. This was my first pedicure in a long time so and I’ve never been here before so wasn’t sure what to expect. My friend and I were pampered, offered water or wine which was wonderful and added to the experience. I appreciated that both of the ladies taking care of us made sure before wrapping our legs with towels or soaking our feet wax that the temperature was acceptable. We will be coming back!

Not too bad. 9/10 for a bubbly nail! But aside from that it was pretty good and expedient service. I think Ill return here again.

Nancy is the best person here for dip and pedicures! She always greets us when we come in and has been my nail tech for more than a year now. I would highly recommend her! She’s amazing!!

Had high hopes because of the reviews, but sadly it was the worst experience I’ve had. Got dip done on my nails and all my nails except one were a decent length when I came in and now they are short and not the shape I wanted at all. There are cuts around each of my nails from filing way too hard around the edges, and they’re all crooked. I also had to go back in twice after I was told my nails were dried and I was good to go. The second time another technician helped me and I was finally able to actually leave. I hate to leave a bad review as it’s not something I do, but this was a horrible horrible experience.

I went in to get my gel manicure soaked off and new gels put on. The lady ( Catherine ) who removed the gel was super rude&rough on my nails and I could see her taking away layers of my actual nail. I asked her to be more gentle and Im sure she ignored me. Some of my nails are now sore and now Im concerned about infection.I wouldn’t recommend this place at all.

Absolutely loved the service!!! Talked me into getting a rebase. I could have waited but I’m glad I did get one. The treatment I got with the pedi… was AMAZING! My feet are so soft! Ive tried many other nail salons before finding this gem. I appreciate that they use sealed sterilized tools and wrap their sinks to prevent cross contamination. Consistenly great service and results. Great value for the price.

Highly unprofessional. They keep on giving appointments and accept walk in clients then cancel your appointment. Me and Mother in law used to go regular but have now switched. Would always tip greatly but no value to regular clients. Poor customer service!

I’ve been here twice now and have had a great experience both times. Staff are all very sweet and professional, and they do really great work with gel dip. I’ve had it done elsewhere, where it chips after a day or two. The two times I’ve had them done here they’ve lasted about four weeks! I highly recommend Classy Nails. Their pedicure was pretty awesome, too!

The first time I came here, I had a really great experience and got amazing dipped nails with extensions. BUT, the second time I went back, my experience was less than satisfactory. The technician seemed to be rushing and although she corrected a crooked extension (twice), my nails got filed much too short, and of uneven lengths. I ended up with a fat and stubby nail job. I would rather have not gotten my nails done and saved the money than get this nail job. I will unfortunately not be returning.

I showed her the picture and told her this is exactly what I want and she didn’t do anything close to it. As well as, she was super rough and cut multiple of my fingers.

I wanted to love this salon because so many others do. For some reason every time I’ve gotten a manicure here the skin around my nails peel for weeks. I’d say this was an issue with my cuticles except I’ve never had this issue with other salons. The pedicure is wonderful though.

Helena is a true nail artist! Whether you show her a photo or ask for your own idea, she nails it every time. Everyone is very friendly. Love this place!

Staff is incredibly friendly but theyre very tight with their bookings. Even with an prescheduled appointment you still have to wait. They did great work though!

Not bad techs but my nails did not last. They looked good for almost a week, one snapped in half. I got it fixed the next day, and then 3 more snapped off the following day.

Called last minute to get in and they were able to accommodate me. Had me wash my hands, wore a face mask the whole time. Sanitizer was throughout the salon. Was upfront about pricing, throughout, Lina kept asking was her work to my liking and was able to adjust to things I wanted. She took her time with my nails and didn’t rush, not sure if that was because it was closing time an I was the only customer or that’s always a thing. She was very friendly and I absolutely love my nails! They are kind of pricey...they were running a promo of 10% off but without that it was pretty high compared to other places I’ve been but from my first time experience, definitely worth it!

For a weekend it was super busy, and we arrived having made a reservation for a pedicure. The staff was incredibly friendly, even though they seemed short staffed at the time. (Though that isnt their fault) They were really great at letting those who entered know of the time wait, and most everyone stayed around for the wait. The pedicures were really great and I would highly recommend going to have one. They are really set on cleanliness and make sure that everything is hygienic (which is always a concern, especially with feet).Friendly staff and a clean environment makes Classy Nails and Spa a great place to try.

This is by far the best nail salon I’ve ever gone to!!! It’s very classy and incredibly clean. The staff is also very kind, professional and attentive. They took their time on our pedicures and did an amazing job. Great quality for a great price! We will definitely be coming back!

My husband and I have tried at least 7 nail salons in the past few months. He very recently stopped biting his nails (a lifelong habit) when I asked him to go with me, so hes been getting his nails done every 2-3 weeks. 3 of us went in for mani/pedis for our first visit to ClassyNails. Our son had never had his nails done. We had Victoria, Mimi and Lien (sp?). They treated us great. They were friendly. We could communicate. Mimi even did my husbands hands in the pedi chair so he could nap! My mani didnt last but who cares?! I very rarely color on my nails anyway. We will be going back and requesting our ladies again. ;-) Thank you ladies!! See you soon!

I’ve gone here with my mother twice prior to this visit. Both times everyone was super pleasant and we were completely satisfied with our nails and service. However, this time around, we came in for an appointment (for my mother’s birthday) that we made ahead of time. However, when we arrived, the place was full of people and we were sent away because the lady we spoke to “could not find our appointment”. I suspect that they took walk ins prior to our appointment and did not have enough staff to take care of us despite having an appointment. We were both pretty let down so we called another nail salon, who took us immediately and did a fantastic job. That will be our new nail place. We just didn’t feel valued as customers so we will be taking our business elsewhere.

Ive been to many salons since Ive moved to Colorado. This one is a keeper. Helena always does my nails just how I want it. Shes talented and I recommend that anyone who goes requests her.

Professional, friendly, and good prices! Helena does a fabulous job providing a mani/pedi and the acrylic nails are a top notch office appropriate finish! They are artists and create wonderful designs for the more daring, but I love that the finish on my nails lasts up to 4 weeks without chips!

Very sanitary and usually busy bc they are the place to go to. They always make my nails look amazing and love the pedicures, I want to sleep.

This is, by far, the best nail salon I’ve been to. I’m very particular about my nails and how I want them done. They are meticulous about their work and ensure that you are happy with the final result.This place is located in a small shopping center and always has plenty of parking spots available.It is also fairly easy to set up an appointment. You simply just call and they take down your name, phone number and requested time.I recommend requesting Helena as she is the best nail technician there. I am extremely happy with how she did my nails. I showed her a picture of how I wanted them done and she completely exceeded my expectations. I will definitely be back!

Love the ladies here. I left my other salon due to them making a appointment and not keeping it. I called Classy nails and asked if they could fit me in and they did without hesitation. Super clean!! They have you wash your hands upon arrival and have a plexiglass between you and them for both nails and pedi. SUPER detailed pedi and dip nails look great! Prices are pretty great as well. This is my new salon.

I have been getting my nails done here with Lina for several years now, she Is absolutely amazing! I work in a business profession, and she always makes my nails look absolutely flawless and the shape is ALWAYS perfect.

Classy Nails and Spa is an awesome location. The place is clean and welcoming. The employees are knowledgeable and kind. My tech were friendly and took her time no matter the price. Usually, if you want just basic pedicure it takes them 10-15 mins and rush the process. She was amazing and took time to do my pedicure. More than I expected. Thank you!

Ive had several times where they have messed up my appointment. I made an appointment with them for 3pm I decided to come 1 hour early just in case I let them know my name and that I made an appointment told me to leave and come back at 3. I come back at 3 for my appointment with Angie and they told me i’m not in there and that they wouldn’t be able to take care of me. it is especially very irritating since I rode the bus there.

Being new to this area from out of state I didn’t know where to go for nail services. My daughter and I came to this nail salon later in the day without an appointment and they were very busy but still managed to work us in. We had a wonderful experience, great service, exceptionally clean salon and friendly staff. We will definitely return again!

My daughter and I came in today for a pedicure for the first time since these owners took over. It was a great experience! Both ladies spent a great deal of time doing our pedicures. They were friendly, I had made an appointment and they were ready for us which was really nice. My daughter also got an eyebrow wax and that also turned out great. We will definitely be back and definitely recommend this salon!

I love coming to Classy Nails. Helena is awesome!! My shellac/gel color lasts 3 weeks. I love their huge selection of shellac/gel colors. One option they offer that I love is some shellac colors for nails they have same color in regular polish for toes. Prices are fair. I’ve been to many many nail salons and I’m happy coming here.

My family lives in Australia. Last week we had a trip to the US for a vacation and also to visit relatives. My mother went here, and she pushed me have to write a review about this shop. She said: staffs are very good and professional, shop is clean as well as price is suitable for quality, maybe next year I will come back! Very nice!

Under new management. In reference to staff working there, I enjoyed the atmosphere and ambiance. I gave it a 3 because, it seems that they are still new and I did have problems with one nail cracking the following day. I went over and they fixed it. It looked fine, but now I notice where they fixed the mistake and it cracked again.I was there on 5-30-19 and it hasn’t been a week and my nails are cracking. I did pay $40 for this dipping process, which at this point, seems pricey for nails that didn’t even last a week! Because they are new and I know that they can be successful, I’m hoping that my comments will allow them to learn from it and get better. I do wish them success!

This is a wonderful place! Everyone was so nice and professional. It’s a family owned business so everyone working there is related and friendly to each other as well as to the customer. I had the supreme pedi and gel manicure, awesome! I even was offered a glass of wine during my manicure which I gladly accepted after watching my 2 year old granddaughter all day. The waxing of my eyebrows and lip wasn’t painful and very reasonably priced. The salon is clean and the music playing in the background was so relaxing. I’ve found my new favorite nail salon and will definitely be back.

I did on walk in on Sunday 3/10/2019 and they did amazing! I had to wait about 30 minutes because they had people call in that day and they offered me a free hand and body cream full size for the wait!! Amazing customer service and so professional. I am very impressed and will be going here every time I need my nails done!

My daughter and I get our nails done here. They give great service, are talented, and friendly. Helena is extremely talented and always makes my nails look gorgeous. I’m allergic to nail glue and they accommodated my allergy perfectly and I’ve never had a reaction. Highly recommend this nail salon!

As for other customers, first time I was blown away. Angie did my nails, so when I asked if she could do them again she refused and pushed me off to someone else. Had an appointment scheduled and waited 30 minutes after my appointment time. Made another appointment and waited 45 minutes after my appointment time. If you cant see me at the time I have an appointment, dont make me wait! Give me an appointment for a time you can actually see me. They have been crooked, thick and not up to par everytime, ON TO THE NEXT .....

Love this place! They do a great job everytime, they keep the place clean, and theyre very considerate with their customers. They have a lot of color and style options to choose from, and go at a considerably fast pace. They are also very good at learning about their clients, so they talk when the client feels talkative and are quieter when the client isnt talkative. They always listen to what each customer wants. Overall an amazing place, highly recommend!

Helena is amazing! I’ve gone to so so many nail salons around aurora, and I’ve never stayed at one. I come here and the best fullset and pedicure I’ve gotten! The price was extremely reasonable, and the time Helena took made for such a quality manicure! With my pedicure I’m not sure the ladies name, but you aren’t in and out like most places and my experience was great! The most important thing is they want you to leave happy and satisfied! Definitely going back time after time!

Tried this place out last minute. We didn’t make an appointment and they took care of us right away. They had a ton of staff there. Only took about an hour for a full set with dip powder. Very professional and friendly. Lina asked me if the shape was okay and if I liked them many times throughout the process. Full set with shellac was $40 and dip powder was only $5 more! New favorite place!
