Made an appointment the day before for a bachelorette party of 6. They were easy to communicate with over the phone and very accommodating, giving me all the pricing information I needed (theyre also very affordable). They were prompt but relaxed in the salon and it was a great experience for all of us! I love my gel manicure, and they did a great pedicure as well complete with hot rock massage. Thanks for making our party a great experience!

I have been searching for a really great Nail Tech....I FOUND HER finally after 2 1/2 years. Please go see Van to get your , dip, acrylic or gel nails done. She is awesome with photos of things you want done. Highly recommend!!!!!!!! :-)

I came in from on a Sunday and had the best time. I got the Caribbean Therapy pedicure and if you like everything tropical like me then youll love it. I also got the best full set manicure Ive ever gotten. Its the first time my nails have been shaped perfectly. My nail tech was amazing!

Went in on a Thursday evening for acrylic nails. By Sunday, more than half my nails were gone. The guy that did them seemed to have no experience. He applied acrylic and removed it entirely with paper towel several times. My daughter got a mani, nail polish came off in whole days later.I noticed what seem to be the owner give a 10% discount for whomever paid cash. When it was my turn to pay, she didn’t mention that promotion. When I brought it up to her, hesitantly gave me back $. Didn’t even look at me. It was embarrassing. I’d usually wouldn’t mind but she seem to be picking and choosing whom she wanted to discount so I spoke up for her other clients to know. Mind you, I was always polite. Even left a tip.

I love this salon. They’ve been doing my nails for almost 2 yrs and I’ve never been disappointed. We can be creative and everyone interacts with you. Yes they can be busy, and you always have a choice to wait or they’ll give you a time to come back. I’ve never made an appointment and have only had to wait 15-20 at the most. I’d highly recommend them!

I absolutely LOVE this salon!!! I drive all the way from east Aurora, because I cant find a better, closer place to go. The staff is very friendly, and the pedicures are extremely relaxing. With their price ranges, theres something for everyone. Youll love this salon!

Came into for the first and was taken care of by Tina. She did a great job on my pedi! Fast but relaxing and continually checked in with me on pretenses, temperatures etc. Prices were great too. Will definitely come back. My only suggestion would be to organize colors of polish. It’s overwhelming, at least for me, to try and search through a ton of intermingled colors and brand

This is the best nail salon I have ever experienced. Lee is a true perfectionist and ALWAYS does my acrylic nails and polish beautifully! The salon is bright, clean and well-managed. I love the many, many nail colors from which to choose. Most of all, customer satisfaction is their top priority. Whether I have a scheduled appointment or choose to drop in to see if they can accommodate me, I always receive courteous, friendly service. Thanks Lee. This is my first time going to this shop and I am really impressed, I was a bit apprehensive because of the low rating but it looks like that was just from one bad review. Van was so nice and friendly and very gentle in filling in my gel nails. The place I had gone before this was very rough and made my cuticles bleed so it was very nice having someone be gentle and attentive to my nails and they look so good! I will definitely be going back here. My only suggestion would be to get more nude nail colors, there weren’t a ton to choose from so it would be really nice to have more options. Thank you!

I made an appointment for 4 which I though was expected with the new Covid rules. Got there at 4 and was told sorry they took a big walk in group and we’re really behind—could I just come back in -n hour and fifteen minutes. Ridiculous. Place doesn’t look very clean either so Probably happened for a reason!

They welcome-walks in but then ask you what you want to have done. Then tell you to come back at an appointment time thats like an hour later. If your going to be doing that then dont say on your front door you aspects walk in because you clearly do not. I like this place when it was under the old management.

The owner/manager is pretty obnoxious and rude. Your welcome if they have room, but if not youll get a snooty remark.

I absolutely love this place and the staff. I go to Le for my nails and pedis, and they always look great. The staff is awesome and super friendly, and I adore Le and Tweety. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to get their nails done, as you won’t be disappointed. Magic Nails has an inviting and positive energy to it. I wouldn’t consider going anywhere else.One thing I would say to anyone reading this review, is to ignore the false “bad” reviews out here, as they are just that, false. Le and his staff welcome everyone into the shop, no one is turned away, not ever. They greet everyone who walks in and go above and beyond to make everyone feel welcome and special. The staff is very respectful to each customer and their belongings. This is a safe place to get your nails done and your personal items will not go missing, believe me.If I could give a rating of more than five stars, I would in a heartbeat. Trust me, try them out. You won’t be disappointed.

THEY STOLE MY IPHONE 7 plus! I got a pedicure here with my daughter on Friday afternoon March 10th. Last place I put my phone was on the tray of the pedicure chair. Went to the drying station around 4:45 then paid at 5:05 and walked to Mellow Mushroom. Realized when I got to Mellow that I left my iPhone at the salon. Sent my daughter back to get it and she was told it wasnt there. Checked find my iPhone on my daughters phone and it showed the last location was the nail salon but it was off line. My phone was fully charged so it did not go offline by running out of power. We were the only customers in the salon when we left and the other person that was there had finished up before we moved to the drying station and was never close to us. I went back to talk to the owner and look for my phone and they said it was not there but the 2 young female employees were acting very strange. The phone was taken offline at 4:50 and my credit card receipt shows the charge was run at 5:07. They clearly knew what they were doing and shut off my phone so I could not locate it. AMAZINGLY BOLD THEFT while I was still in the salon with my back to the pedi chair at the drying stations. Called the police and filed a report, I wouldnt be surprised if this has happened before at this not so magic nail salon!

The shop is clean, the staff is friendly and its easy to communicate. I came in with a few nail problems, Tu fixed them beautifully. Highly recommend. Their website picture doesnt do much justice to the actual shop.

Just got back from there.. and I had in acrylics and I asked them if they could take them off for me. My nails weren’t even lifted just grown out and needed to be taken off. She drilled them down once in the beginning and then used this little spatula and the cuticle clipper to clip off my nails and the spatula to get underneath the nail and saw it off.. it hurt badly and I said ouch and pulled away a few times and then continues to saw .. she ripped off part of my real nail and I started to bleed a bit and inflamed. The correct way is to drill and soak them in acetone and drill again and you repeat.. I’m disappointed and wouldn’t recommend to get acrylics off there.

Very relaxing, they do a good job and they care about who you are and howYou’re doing. Not enough people work to accommodate the business so can be a bit slow but was worth it.

Went In for eyebrow, lip and chin waxing. They sent in one of the nail technicians high school daughter. She spent the entire time chomping her gum and making comments about how much hair there was. I asked her for a clean up and now both my eyebrows are different shapes. When she said she was done I looked in the mirror to see multiple pieces of black hair around my eyebrows. I pointed them out and asked her to re do them. She seemed rushed and waxed my eyebrows over two more times. Didnt put any cooling or soothing lotions on afterwards. Then the untrained high schooler asked me for a tip. I will be calling today for a refund

Just had my nails done here went in for a rebase mind you from another salon I usually go to(rainbow nails in Englewood I highly recommend them just stopped here for convenience) the tech was inexperienced they made me pay for a broken nail that she filed off it took almost two hours and two people came and left after me cost me 53$ in what world is a rebase worth that?? Completely a rip off salon do not go unless you just Wana throw money away.

All service personnel are rude. They told me not to serve the elderly. I will never go into this shop again.
