We looked around at various companies to come check out our roof, as we had sprung a leak. We found Ethos because we were reviewing a list of best roofing companies in Denver and Ethos was listed as number 1, despite the website we were on belonging to another roofing company! I thought that was strange but we call Ethos and had Sam come out and check out our roof. He was very professional and thorough and let us know specifically the condition of our roof. He stated we needed most likely a minor repair and the integrity of the roof in large was sound. He didnt up sell us or try to be pushy with the sale whatsoever. He actually didnt sell us anything when he was out today. That said he did sell us on our future business when our roof inevitably goes south, we without a doubt will be calling Ethos for replacement.

I recently had a repair done on my tile roof and had a great experience with Sam and the folks at Ethos. I appreciated the transparency of the entire process, from the estimate to the repair prices. They were able to quickly identify the problem. The time from initial response to repair was also brief, which was important given the recent inclement weather. Sam even completed a drone survey of the entire roof because he had some extra time one morning just to give me a sense of whether there were any other troublesome spots that I should monitor in the future. No one wants roofing issues but its reassuring to know who to call when you do. I would highly recommend Ethos!

We hired Ethos Roofing to repair a leak in our roof, and are totally satisfied with the work they performed. Edgar took his time to do a thorough job, cleaned up the work site afterward, and explained the source of the problems he found and what he did to fix them. Sam did a great job working with Edgar to inspect the roof, develop the bid, schedule the work, and deliver the materials. Aside from the reasonable cost, what I most appreciated about Ethos was their communication. Sam answered or responded to our calls promptly (no voice mailbox full!), listened to our needs, and got the work scheduled quickly. He was great at explaining what he and Edgar would do for us, when, and why. Ethos stands above other tradesmen weve worked with to perform repairs on our residence.

I didn’t hire Ethos to replace my roof, but unfortunately my neighbors did. On the first morning of the work, I found the roofers throwing shingles onto my garden and against the side of my house. I was offered a gift card to compensate for the damage. The roofers also did not clean up my yard sufficiently after they left - I had to ask multiple times for them to return to clean up pieces of shingles and nails. I ended up having to pick up the nails from inside my fence myself. I understand that homes are closer together in my neighborhood, but I felt that Ethos took very little effort to be respectful of neighboring properties as they worked.

Sam came out to look at a roof leak for me. The leak was not apparent, but Sam helped me troubleshoot to see what was going on. Because Ethos is so busy, I couldn’t get on their schedule fast enough, but Sam walked me through how to patch the issue to get through upcoming rainstorms. I am incredibly grateful, and would highly recommend using Ethos for any roofing needs!

Dean and the Ethos team are incredible to work with! I had hail damage and a leaking roof and my insurance company fought against a lot of the needed repairs. This process took a year to complete but it was well worth it as I received plenty of money to do the right job with all of the necessary repairs. Ethos General Contractors recently put a roof on for me, it is a small house. They began at 7:30 am to tear off the old three roofs, did fairly large repair to the roof, and by 4pm had finished the new roof cleaned up and were out of there. I expected to have to clean up some roofing nails and bits of old roof from around the house, I didnt find any! Dean and Constantine were on site to explain every thing they were doing. Ethos GC deserves 10 stars from me. Especially, project manager, Connor Lee. He was by far the best project manager Ive ever had the pleasure of meeting. Connor conducted a thorough inspection, took pictures of the roof from the outside and even took pictures from my attic of space decking. He sat with me as we submitted the claim to insurance together. He met the insurance adjustor on the day of inspection. My entire roof, space decking, gutters, everything were approved for full replacement. From that point on, Connor regularly checked in with me on status of permit, project materials, material drop off, etc. He stopped by at each phase to ensure all materials were received. The roof replacement went very smooth. The crew spent extra time picking up every single nail around the house to keep my kids and pets safe. Gutter install was great. Connor installed my beautiful rain chains and spray painted gutters and trimming to match. I am beyond pleased with the customer service, attention to detail, thoroughness, dedication, and integrity.

We had such a great experience with Nick and the Ethos team. When trying to sell our house last year we were told during the inspection our 3 year old roof was at end of life. We brought Ethos over and Nick was extremely helpful from the start. He met with the insurance agent and helped us figure out the roof shingles were defective. We were weeks from closing so we had to get it replaced before warranty information came back. Nick took pictures, provided shingles and helped make the process as stress free as possible. They also were able to get us in ASAP. After the roof was complete and the sale of our home was final, I reached back out to see if he had some additional info for the warranty claim. He did! We did get reimbursed for the shingles and work months afterward and I attribute Nick for this! I cannot recommend Ethos enough!

Ethos removed an old swamp cooler off our roof and patched it up with decking and shingles. We have no comparison, but we thought they did it for a reasonable price. It was a small project but the communication was good throughout the process and everything went smoothly. Everything looks good and we have not had any issues with the roof so far.

If you dont want to read all this---just hire this firm, this guy Constantine.They are the very best. Ethos (and owner Constantine) is the only contractor I have ever dealt with that I give a PERFECT rating to. However you rate---5 Stars, a perfect 10, an A+. Starting with an in depth consultation where Constantine not only pointed out the roof damage from hail but also diagnosed damage to the siding that others would not have seen...he followed this up by being present when the insurance adjuster arrived and was instrumental in convincing him that not only the roof needed replacing but the siding needed repainting and then to top it off, found a few issues with the deck surface and convinced him to sand and re-stain the deck. I believe only 1 out of 1000 contractors would have determined this- the other 999 would have been deck only. More----after the adjuster gave his estimate, Constantine called him back out, took him to roof and proved the the existing roof was a higher quality, more expensive roof material than was estimated, getting me a better roof. Finally, his crew was professional, thorough, high quality, efficient, as quiet as possible and did a perfect install job. He then helped me get an extension for painting due to the approaching winter, and those are difficult to come by. He served a general contractor and coordinated with painting firm to insure everything was done for siding and deck on time and of the highest quality. This is a one of a kind company, a one of a king owner and they are great!Tom

They inspected the roof, gave me a thorough explaination of the process, worked with the insurance company to increase the claim amount to cover missed items, and did the install in 1 day. Ethos was the contractor that we went with to help us with our hail damage. They did an excellent job for us and were very helpful with the process. Our insurance companys quote came back significantly below the estimate and they worked diligently to get the correct amount paid. When it was said and done, the insurance company agreed with Ethos and we were able to get the work completed. All the work looks great.

It was great Bill Halvorsen, provided excellent service. He told me that he would take care of everything and it would not cost me more than just the cost of my deductible. He was right, my insurance company did not want to pay the entire cost, but bill negotiated with then not once but three times, including use of the state arbitration process, He not only got them to pay the entire cost but got them to for some additional work the insurance company had not included in their first estimate. And the craftsmanship of all of work crews was excellent.

We had the pleasure of using Ethos to help us when our roof needed replacement after a hail storm. They helped us through the entire insurance process without us having to worry about that piece at all. We have since used them for further help with a water leak from our washing machine to some very minor dry wall repairs. Our home was damaged from hail caused by turbulence from a nearby tornado. Our roof was totaled and side walls were extensively damaged. We contracted with Ethos General Contractors for the repair and coordinated with Mike Montoya (Area Manager). Mike was was very good explaining the repair costs and then he dealt directly with our Insurance Company to get the work done and filled out the forms to the Insurance company. The results were great with the payment processed with our Mortgage Lender. All of the work was done to our satisfaction and he still calls us to make sure there arent any problems. Excellent work on both the roof and the repair of the stucco walls. I strongly recommend Mike Montoya and his company for any work on your residence.

Ethos was hired to repair our roof and to do a host of other work, including paint on the exterior of our house, screen replacement, fence repair, and the like. The roof was done promptly and well, there was no issue with that at all. The remaining work was started about a month later, but only just barely. What little was done was shoddy at best and Ethos never bothered to complete it. It took over two years for them to respond to us about the remaining work to be done - and even then Ethos only contacted us because they felt they were owed money for that work. We fought with them long and hard on that. In the end, the remaining work was never completed. I will never work with Ethos again.

Ethos General Contractors just completed a major repair project on our home. Due to hail damage, they replaced the roof, gutters, windows, stucco and re-painted the entire house. From start to finish, Constantine Anest (the owner) and his team exhibited a level of professionalism that was exceptional. This was an extremely complex project completed in the dead of winter at 8200 feet in Evergreen. There were numerous challenges they needed to overcome, and they did so with flying colors. Last year some birds made a nest in a soffit, that evolved into a doorway for squirrels in the attic... Nick at Ethos came out and gave a great quote for the soffit, some facia that was rotting, and even was able to approve our insurance to replace the roof. These guys are great! After working with many contractors over the years you get used to people showing up late, or not at all.... Not Nick and not Ethos. Once the work was approved through insurance they replaced our roof within a week, and the remaining work was done exactly when they said it would. Super nice, very honest, quick and good work!

Our home was damaged in a hail storm, and I had to make my first home owners insurance claim. Mike Montoya was our repand made it a painless prosses, and answered all my questions. I was pretty much done with getting estimates for my hail damaged roof in mid-2016 and after 3 estimates had already made up my mind to go with a local company that seemed reliable and competent. My 4th and last estimate was Nick Anest of Ethos, and I almost cancelled but then decided to let him do his thing and then move on. For me this was such a hassle as I had just had the same roof replaced 3 years earlier due to hail damage. It was a time consuming PITA problem with no upside that I wanted to be gone.Nick was up on my roof for a while and when he came down he showed me pictures he had taken of certain parts on the roof and pointed out deficiencies in my last roof install from 3 years earlier. Hmmm, no one else had done that. I told him I had a ventilation problem as the builder had not actually put in attic vents in the eaves, just vent covers. Yeah, somebody took a shortcut and this was not resolved in my previous reroofing as they really didn’t know how to handle it. Nick then went on to show me a new passive venting system that would resolve that problem at a nominal cost. He also said I could have my attic reinsulated for a very reasonable cost, since when they were up there they could do that right from the outside by taking a plywood sheet off and blowing in new insulation. Wow, my time-consuming hassle just turned into an opportunity. In short, he blew me away with his attention to detail and product systems knowledge. This guy wasnt just phoning it in, and it wasnt just a Trust Me deal, he knew more than any of the other roofers I had talked to and really solved my roof and insulation problems. Yes, it was messy and noisy as all roofing is but in the end I got a new properly ventilated hail resistant roof and a reinsulated attic for a very reasonable cost.Most of the time I take on home repairs myself as I have found that the cost, trouble, and poor workmanship of hired contractors usually leaves me dissatisfied. Nick Anest and Ethos are a rare bright spot in this business. They answer questions promptly on email and text and follow up. And he didn’t drop me and addressed all my issues and questions even after the job was done, resolving them to my satisfaction. I have no reservations in recommending them as a good and honest business that does what they say they will. And no, I am not some shill reviewer, this all really happened at my home in Highlands Ranch, CO.

Ethos helped us tremendously with work that needed to be done on our home following the hail storm in September 2014, which damaged windows, the roof, exterior paint on the house, the air conditioning unit, etc. When our insurance company balked, Ethos helped battle them, and the insurance company eventually paid and the work was completed. Ethos was great!
