I just wanted to give a shout out to Anatom Restoration for their service over the weekend. We came home last Friday to a broken pipe and a flooded basement. They were at the house within 2 hours, worked late into the evening removing furniture and setting up fans, and have returned every day to check the progress. They have taken all the necessary photos for our insurance company, done all of the demo work, arranged a storage pod and a plumber, set up the abatement test, and also made time to walk the house with the insurance adjuster and provide a full report. I dont know what I would have done without them! Their team was friendly, timely, efficient, knowledgeable, and all around awesome. They truly took care of everything and made a very overwhelming process a lot easier.Nathan and Tom, along with their team, deserve every bit of the 5 stars. I highly recommend them!

We had a great experience with Anatom. Nate and Reggie came out. They were professional, knowledgeable, timely, and honest — they didn’t try to upsell us or use any scare tactics. They were also a pleasure to have in the house, just very pleasant and friendly. We will definitely call them back for any restorative services in the future .

TL;DR - If you need a fast, meticulous, and great service in the Centennial/Aurora area Anatom is the best of the best!Story time:Called Anatom Restoration late Saturday night after finding some water damage on my hardwoods near my kitchen sink. The planks were warped under a mat I use to stand while washing dishes. I had just come back into town from a work trip and wasnt expecting to get anyone on the phone. Well Tom, the owner, answered and told me he could come out the next day since I was close by. He comes into my home and immediately suspects that there is a leak I am unaware of (I thought it was cause the mat was soaked and just ruined a few planks). Not wanting to delay by trying to shop around I ask him when is the soonest he could get his team in to mitigate and remediate. He tells me that he can get his guys over since they were just finishing a job before getting back to their shop. So within 30 minutes of getting him in, his guys show up and get the majority of what they need to dry without going too invasive. They setup their equipment and tent majority of the space in my kitchen with very little lead time. Tom stays back after and explains their mitigation plan and documentation so that I wouldnt have to worry about my insurance dinging me on not doing all the right steps or getting their guys in at their convenience. On Monday they came back at a convenient time in the morning after my two little girls were up to finish isolating the kitchen. After going through the week everything was done and documented properly, Tom meets with my insurance adjuster to explain all the details so I dont have to. Tom worked through my insurance and did everything in his power to make it so I wasnt on the hook for anything. Insurance paid his company directly and he checked in on me after to make sure I was taken care of. To top it all off he recommended to me a fantastic plumber who was able to diagnose the problem quickly, inexpensively, and was able to perform the repairs without taking me to the cleaners. 5/5 for Tom, Jason, and the rest of his team!

We had an emergency flood in our basement. They were quick to respond and come out to give an estimate and start the cleanup. Very happy with their service!

Their workers were unprofessional, when I asked questions they told me it was all protocol and several times said I was just being emotional, come to find out it wasn’t normal and they were just trying to add more to make more money… they literally ripped the carpet padding out by pulling as hard as they could on it instead of cutting it which cost us more money to fix. They pulled the baseboards off so roughly it warped the dry wall which we also had to fix at out cost…. They also scratched several walls moving stuff around. They where pushy and tried to charge us much more than they should have per our insurance adjuster. They used more fans than needed to they could up charge our bill. When I tried multiple times to reach out to the owner he told me he was busy and to email him he didn’t want to talk on the phone. We will never use them again and will warn EVERYONE to take your business elsewhere to people who care and take pride in what they do and are not just looking for $$ at every turn.

Anatom Restoration was incredible. We had a pipe that burst in an upstairs bathroom in the middle of the night and flooded our house. I called Anatom at 7:30 in the morning and they arrived to my house 45 minutes later with their crew to start working. The first day, they worked 12 hours without a break. They showed up on time each day thereafter and worked tirelessly to complete the job. Nathan and Tom were so professional and knowledgeable. They had constant and detailed communication with us throughout the entire process. They also were speedy to complete their report and submit it to our insurance company. In a tragic situation, it was such a blessing to work with Nathan and Tom. Their expertise, commitment and kindness put us at ease through the entire cleanup process.

Cant recommend this company enough! We had a significant water damage event at our home and after waiting for 5 days for help, I was lucky enough to find Anatoms website late on a Friday afternoon. The owner of the company immediately answered my call (I found out later he was in a tight crawl space at the time). He listened to my story and within an hour his crew was up and running at our home. This was a great group of people to work with. Some of them are family members, and they all care about each other, their company, their work, and their customers.They are personable, careful, professional, honest, and hard working. They did a tremendous job, kept in close contact with us, and worked well with our insurance company each step of the way. They all seemed to be very decent people.You cant do better than this team. I dont really want to deal with another home damage situation but if I had to, I would look forward to working with these guys again. They are the best! CALL THEM NOW , you will be glad you did.

We came home from vacation to find the basement flooded. My wife found Anatom listed on Google, and called them. Within an hour, they had two guys at our house, and after another hour two more. And then they came back every day, until the job was finished. Every one of the Anatom guys -- Nathan, Tom, Nate, and Reggie -- was pleasant to work with, friendly, professional. One small touch I appreciated was a phone call each day to say Well be there in half an hour (or whenever), so I was never left wondering when/if they were going to show up. They obviously cared about our needs, worked closely with our insurance company, and did the very best they could for us. HIGHLY recommended!

These guys are great. Responded to our flooded basement within 90 minutes even though we live out in the middle of nowhere. Had water removed and fans and dehumidifiers running within 6 hours. Nathan and Tom were awesome. Called in a panic not knowing what to do. They were on the scene within an hour, and took control. They were able to find the leak, recommend a plumber, and we had the leak fixed by the end of the day. The next couple of days were managed with drying the area up and tile removal. We had an appliance installation service cause a lot of damage to our new house, and they were on the scene quickly with state of the art equipment and did not leave until the job was done. When secondary damage occurred later that day, they came back and worked until after midnight until they had everything set up they needed to complete the work. They were very friendly, answered every question I had, worked with our insurance company, and put me at ease during a major crisis. I cannot recommend these guys enough.

I noticed water in the basement which was coming from the shower above, I immediately contacted Tom Liberman with Anatom Restoration, he was onsite within in hour cleaning and drying out the damage under the tile, brought in industrial drying equipment. The whole team is super professional, knowledgeable, courteous, respectful. Tom, Reggie, Nate, Nathan are all super awesome people, they certainly turned a bad situation into a more pleasant experience.

Had a flood in our furnished basement and discovered the source (garden hose flowing for 3 days). Shut hose off right away and immediately searched for a mitigation company to help us as fast as possible to save the rug and furniture. . Found Anatom which advertised a half hour emergency response.They got here in even less time, sized up the problem and started mitigation right away. Were here 6 hour straight to begin with and ultimately finished in four days ultimately minimizing the damage. They were terrific--would have given them a 6th star above if there was a place for it!
