All day we had been going from dealer to dealer with no luck. Then up over the hill peeked the Mirandas sign. We agreed on one more stop. We pulled up and saw it immediately. We ran over to it, oood and ahhd. The salesman ran outside and threw me the keys. We took off and fell in love with the car. Back at the dealership, we exchanged the money for the keys and we were off. We were there maybe a half an hour. It was a smooth and seamless experience. Highly recommend Mirandas.

Just bought my dad a car on Saturday, everything seems to be well with the Jeep as of today. Dad enjoyed visiting with Perry, the salesman. They went and retrieved my dads truck from Pat McGrath at no extra charge and the sale was simple.

Grandson got his first car here about a week ago. Waited to do review to see if all went well and it has. Vehicle is sound with no issues other than wiper blades. Bottom line, good mileage, good shape and no issues.

Sold a car to me that had the codes cleared. Cat converter was faulty. Cost me 1000.00 dollars for repair they would not help in any way.Clearing the check engine lite for the purpose of a sale is unlawful. Dont do business with this place.I am currently talking with Iowa DOT to pursue legal action against this company.

I bought a Grand Prix here and have had no issues with it. They went out of there way to come in after hours and sell me it.

My Dad and I bought this vehicle, and it was a lemon. They sold us this vehicle with a broken transmission. My dad tried to take to take the vehicle back once he realized it had problems. The battery was broken, transmission was bad. The power switch for the doors were broken. The air conditioner was broken. He refused to take the vehicle back. The vehicle over heated, the oil light came on. Numerous issues continued, I had to pay for. The company refused to take the vehicle back, trade it in after they knew they sold me a lemon. Ultimately, I had to pay 7,000$ in repairs. As a final insult, the title is no good. It cant be registered. They refuse to talk to me, he refused to work with me. These people are not professional. They will sell you a lemon and will not refund your money. Dont use this company, they will take your money, and sell you a lemon.

WARNING, DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE!Bought my daughters first car here. Next day it wouldnt start. It seemed like a battery issue do I replaced the battery. It ran for a day and once again would not start. Took it to them told them the problem. The owner told me I probably didnt connect the battery correctly. After three days I called them as they had not called me. They said the car was working fine. We went and got it, next day it doesnt start. I start going through thre list of what it could be. Change out starter relay , works for a day , change it ignition , no change. Replace starter. At this point I go back and talk to the owner again, tell him I want my money back the car has only started about 4 times in two weeks. That I would gladly buy another car from them just that this one obviously slipped through somehow. He told they dont do that , its my car now. That things happen, it was fine when they had it. The owner told me I had no legal course but that they would look at it again. Couple days go by they call said it was fixed, went in there and they told me the starter relay was bad, I explained the situation. They said to call if it happens again and then charged me $40. They also gave me another key saying that maybe the key was the cause. Next day it didnt start again, call them up tell them, they tell me it needs to go to their electrical guy but it will be a few days before he can look at it, couple days go by, car starts and I bring it to them. They had it for 2 weeks and say that there was a loose wire in the main fuse panel. I took the keys and left. Next day it happened again. I called 4 guys auto and set an appointment. They called the next day and told me that someone had destroyed the wiring in the dash, that there was no way wherever sold me this didnt know it had problems, but that they had fixed it. If you are looking for a reliable used car go to 4 guys. The owner of Meranda is a con.

I went with someone to buy a car here. Within the first year that person had over 2 grand in repairs. The car had 100,000 miles on it. The struts were bad, the air conditioning went out, the heat went out, among other things. Basically, it was a straight up lemon. I would never buy a car there. Beware!

Just run away. After buying my 07 Expedition from here I noticed it was on their Facebook for 1500 less. I have dumped a lot of money in this. I had to replace the engine in less than a year of owning it. Just stay away. If you buy from here you are guaranteed a junky car. They will fix as little as possible and get them on the lot. Learn from my mistake. Just run. Got to Hawkeye Auto or Rossco. I had great luck with both dealers for a cheap car. They have lasted many years without a ton of money put in.

I bought an Impala for nearly $4k... even one from that year in its BEST condition is KBBd at $2k - way overpriced there and I dont think they even inspect their vehicles. I had to replace: all of the brakes, the thermostat, the motor mounts, the transmission mount. I had to do a flush on the coolant system, power steering, transmission, and change the oil. I had to replace the resonator and also the solenoids in the transmission and then add a shift kit for 1st/2nd. I have needed to replace the tires as well, but with all of the money I have had to sink into the car, I have yet to be able to afford it. Just really sucks because I spent all day looking at vehicles and I HAD to have one that day, sad that this was my best option.

Got a car here. It was a death trap after we had it after a week. We had taken it back to have them fix it. They didn’t do anything. Then we went to midas. They said the car shouldn’t even be drove around because there was so many problems. Never will I ever buy a car here.

Walked in to drop a resume and was greeted by 3 dogs, a trashed entry way and office area with an older woman who couldnt say much besides no repetitively before telling me they werent hiring and she didnt want my resume. Rudest customer service experience Ive had in my life.

I bought a Subaru Outback from this dealer and it blew a head gasket in 3 weeks. They said everything was fine and they checked it, and had 96,000 miles and their customer service was terrible.

Got my first car here in 2010 @ 132k Miles and the car lasted till early 2014 at 187k Miles so all in all the car lasted me long enough for an 3 star rating. Although when i bought the car the side mirror were GLUED on which i shortly replaced both brand new ones for $30.Went back there the other day as looking for a new vehicle and wow their price to mileage of a car is Waaay high. I felt like all of the cars here are way over priced. And they do the follow you around and try to convince you to buy a car thing which I find annoying and pushy after I told them i was just looking.Car lasting ill give them 3 starsPrices 1 starcustomer service 2 stars

The worst business and people Ive ever dealt with. I live an hour away. Called and talk to a man, who told me that they would hold a car til I got there. I found sitter for my kids and left and called on the way to let them know I was coming. When get there Im told that a guy just gave them a check for it and its gone. Some very rude people do NOT do business with them.

They don’t stand behind cars! Make sure you get it triple checked because they won’t tell you if there is something wrong with it and the costumer service was not good :/

TERRIBLE SERVICE. Been having some troubles with one of my vehicles and called over there for them to take a look at it and give me an estimate, when I called they said sure bring it right over. When I arrived shortly after I walked in and the guy at the desk was sitting on the phone and didnt even acknowledge me. I had to interrupt his phone conversation which sounded personal not professional to ask where i needed to go. He just pointed to a door, as I get through the door a man is working on cars and I explain my problem he just looks dumbfounded and acts like he doesnt have the time in his day to look at it, I explained I could leave it for a little while and he said fine. 5 HOURS later i called back because I had to be to work soon to see the progress on my car, they informed me THEY HADNT EVEN LOOKED AT IT, and when i asked if they could just keep it overnight they told me i would be charged for that. HA. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. WILL NEVER RETURN. STAY AWAY.
