I got it with the extended warranty and the only thing I have ever had to pay for way normal wear and tear. He has even replaced my key fob at no cost. This team is awesome. Just had a terrible experience with Autoland. On Friday the 24th I agreed with John to purchase a Ford Edge but told him I couldn’t get there till Saturday the 1st. He said not a problem just put a down payment on the vehicle. So the next business day I sent him the down payment like we agreed. I told him I was from out of town so would have to purchase a plane ticket, he said no problem they would pick me up at the airport. So I purchased the $250 plane ticket and work my schedule around to make the trip. Was all set to fly out Saturday morning at 6:00 a.m but Friday evening on the 31st he called me and said they just sold the Edge. He said he’d rip up my down payment. So at that point I was pretty upset, asked him at least he could reimburse my $250 plane ticket but wouldn’t. Absolutely NO integrity at all!! So really think twice about purchasing a vehicle from Autoland. Can’t be trusted!!

Came in on a van. Just the right one for my business. I bought it, he promised me new tires on the bill of sale, 2 weeks later he mounted them for me, worked me in my busy schedule, just overall a great experience. I will come back again for my next truck or car!

I asked for a car fax report on a car I was interested in. They sent me one that turned out to have a different VIN number than what was in the picture of the car on their website. The picture cut off the last two numbers of the VIN. When I called them out on it they never replied. If they would have just sent the completed VIN number on the photograph, I would have purchased my own report. I really liked the car but it turned out to be a deal breaker because I didnt feel like they were being honest with me.

Found the vehicle I wanted online at Autoland. Filled out a online application for a loan and John called in a few hour and said he needed a little bit more info from me. Called back the next day and said I was approved. Went the next day and Bill was there I asked to take the Honda Odyssey for a test drive, he gave me the keys and said see you in awhile. Love everything about the vehicle drove nice, had low miles and the prices was great. Bought it that day. I really liked working with John and Bill didn’t feel push to buy a vehicle from them just great guys to work with. I would tell my family and friends to go there if they are looking for a vehicle.

I knew i wanted a used Ford Fusion. I shopped the internet to see what was out there, and found 4 reasonably priced for my budget in the 2010-2012 model years...in Cedar Rapids. I found the one i wanted at Autoland. John and Bill made the shopping and buying experience smooth and easy. The battery died within the first couple weeks, and Autoland paid for the new one with no hassle at all. The car has been great. We drove it around town for a couple of months before taking it to Florida and back. It pulled a trailer, got good mileage, and gave us a trouble-free vacation in comfort and style. We didnt feel pressured, and he allowed us to take the car we decided on to our mechanic who found the car to be near perfect. Came in with an ok car and left in a GREAT SUV for a great price. I wont need a car for a while but when I do, I will be a returning customer for sure!

Less than impressed. I was referred here by my family. I went to Budget my first time and was helped by a man named Bill who offered me a fair amount to trade in my car with 60,000 miles on it. Came back the next day and he was gone, and instead was helped by the Owner John. The agreement and offer, along with the inspection of my trade in car was never saved in their computer system and was low balled more than $1500 less than what Bill said hed take for my trade in. Owner only honored to trade me my car for the amount because id already been there 1.5 hours waiting for my tires to transfer over to the new car. Not only that but when asking him why the car was under kelly blue book value he said because it they got the leased car at a good price. Immediately after trading I had to get the clutch replaced $1200 and a new battery ($100)..mind I tell you that I bought the car with under 30,000 miles on it, thankfully on warrantee. I don t trust this car lot and wouldnt recommend it to others.
