The only place Ill take my vehicle to for an alignment! Ive got a 2009 Mercedes E550 and these guys are the only ones in town that have correctly aligned the car. Ive also taken it back twice to have it checked, and it was still in spec and I was greeted with a no charge at the counter. Great customer service, honest work and friendly pricing.

They were able to get me in quickly when I needed it and did a great job for a great price.

Best prices and best exhaust work around, but this makes them busy so its hard to get in a schedule usually. Id leave 5 stars if the guy at the counter didnt come off as unfriendly/rude. Mechanic A++ work and friendliness.

Talk about customer service. Needed a tire repair as soon as possible, was needing to head out of town. This gentleman who answered the phone was awesome, was able to get me in as they were closing. They have really bad customer service.. one time I took my car to see what was wrong with the sensor and they told me that it was just dirty and that they cleaned it.. I took my car 3 time for the same problem and got the same answer. I decided to take my car to a Toyota and they said that sensor was bad and they ended up replacing it.

I have been dealing with Dan and the Boubin crew for decades now and today I said goodbye and thanks for decades of TRUSTED service by them. because I am moving out of state. Either Dan is 100 years old, or he was in his 20s as well when he took in my car to be fixed for the first time!

Brought a vehicle that had been in a minor accident to simply be examined for structural damage. Herb got me in right away and after finding no issues with it (aka didn’t try to find something to charge me for!) sent me on my way without charging me anything. That type of integrity means I’ll be coming back there again when I actually need some work done! Highly recommend.

Did exactly what I wanted done

Came in today with what I thought was an issue with a trailer hitch that was now having to support more weight and was making a strange noise. The gentleman took it in the back and checked it over and retightened some bolts just in case and gave me a thumbs up. It quit making the noise and they did not charge me. In my previous job, we used this shop to install trailer hitches on new vehicles for our customers and they were always very quick and efficient. These guys are awesome. I highly recommend them for you automotive needs.

Another one of those good hometown established businesses that cant be beat. Honest and trust worthy management, as well as staff. 1 mechanic stands out by the name of Kurt. He goes out of his way to do is very best for the customer.

This location installed a hitch on my SUV. After install, a loud wind noise was noticed upon acceleration. They agreed to bring the vehicle back in and ultimately ordered and replaced the heat shield they had damaged during install but did not disclose. This still did not fix the issue. Ultimately the manager said they could not figure it out and had no other options. I suggested he sub-contract the issue to the dealership who is more familiar with the vehicle. I was told I was more than welcome to do that myself, but they would not be paying for it. Ultimately the vehicle spent 2+ weeks at the dealership in an attempt to figure out the noise. After a factory field service engineer was summoned to evaluate the issue and all attempts to repair the issue, it was determined during hitch install the tech inadvertently adjusted the endgate closure tolerance. Accidents happen. Reputable companies stand behind their work. This location refused to.

Beware - They dont take checks! Not even from non-profit organizations. They dont tell you that, youre supposed to notice their policy on the counter top among many other items. The work was done well and other communication was okay.

Took my car here to get the cat. fixed. Told em they could change the ignition coil as well if they felt it needed it. They did both, but overcharged a whopping $840. Additionally, my vehicle is now banging, clanking, and screetching, which it was not doing before. Boubin is THE PRIME example of shady mom and pop mechanics who slightly damage your vehicle for repeat business.

Easy to deal with, never had a problem. Has regularly gotten me in within a few days. I use them for oil changes on the regular.

I work at Rockwell Collins right behind their location and was having problems with my vehicle. I called over there and had never been there but heard a good experience from a co-worker of mine I decided to give them a call since they were so close. I spoke with Dan and not only did he sound concerned he drove over to try to assess the situation and help me. I ended up taking my car over there to get looked at. Its not everyday you get a repair shop that goes above and beyond. I would definitely recommend them. Dan is great! Thanks guys!

@ Boubin....you can try to spin this situation understandably in your favor, but the facts are facts and in this matter there was no wind noise prior to visiting your shop, and after there was. This issue was caused by Boubin and Boubin was unable to troubleshoot it, and offered no resolution. This was acknowledged and communicated directly to me by your manager. The fact that a dealership covered the issue as a warranty repair is immaterial and does not exonerate Boubin as being the root cause of the issue.

Okay. They told me I needed a bar in the front of my car replaced when I took my car in for an alignment. They replaced the bar but never aligned my car but paid for both.Than next day I took my car to Sankot’s in Fairfax.Sankot’s told me they aligned my tires twice then rotated them around than gave me full details on my tires saying there’s the size of a goose egg in my tire that could burst at anytime and that I should get them replaced ASAP.

Dont like places you need to make an appointment. Like I can predict when my car will break down.

We had a flat tire over the weekend and we called several tire shops in the area and no one could get us in on Monday except Boubin. We are so grateful that they fit us in so that we wouldnt be without a car for several days! Highly recommend!

Ive taken my vehicles to Boubin for a few years now and had a good experience each time. They are often able to get me scheduled for an appointment within a day or two. I can count on them to diagnose and fix the specific issue troubling my vehicle. They dont go searching for minor non-safety issues just to make some extra money.

Mecanic Tyler worked on my truck, excellent, reasonable and understanding, he took the time to LISTEN to my explanation of the issue and figured it out. I had other people trying to figure it out for the last year without success. Once I talked to Tyler he made a painful intermittent issue go away.

Did the job well but staff was sexist and called me dear over the phone. They also did not call me the day my car was done and I had to call them the next day and figure out a way to get it. All I had done was brakes.

Boubin is excellent to do business with. They work quickly, and are very personable, and manage to go above and beyond in their service. Honest mechanics who care about solving your problems more than simply doing business.

Dont go here he would make you wait 45 to 50 minute to plug a tire dont want to see what else he screwing up. Told him I was 5 hours behind on a meeting. He said let me see what he can do and still was not able to get the job done. Had to go up the street just to get done. Bad Luck here do get trick out your money find somewhere else to go before they closed.

Went in for their Basic 3000mi service as I was about to take a trip to Arizona. When I got the car back they had WAY over-filled the oil (at least 2 qts too much), they hadnt topped off the coolant, and they hadnt cleaned the car (all things that they were supposed to do for this service). When I called them about it they said they did all those things so I brought it back.When I got back they said The website says that not all locations do everything with no apology or explanation whatsoever. They then said I had a hole in my radiator and thats why the coolant was low, but when I asked them to show me the hole they just said Its a pinhole how am I supposed to find it?They drained the oil back to the right level and then I took my car and left. Never going back to this location.

Avoid these scam artists at all costs. We took our vehicle in for a quote on a blower motor and came out with 3 new leaks and a $2000 quote. They do not take ownership for their actions and for that we will expose them for who they are.

Terrible!!! I had accidentally hit a curb pretty hard and almost poppped my tire and had a huge bluge. I asked if I could just have someone look at it. Answer I got was nope can’t look at it or help you booked till Wednesday. It’s like for real!!! I just wanted to have some see if it’s ok to drive on but instead I’m driving farther on it to find someone to look at it

Everytime I have needed anything they have come in on or under budget. The staff is awesome and courteous.

Terrible customer service, took vehicle in for service, all of the sudden i have leaks in my power steering pump, head gasket, and antifreeze. Weird, why hasnt there been any puddles in my driveway? Guess what? A few days later, there are puddles in my driveway. DO NOT trust these people with your vehicle. They will create problems to make money.

They were friendly and gave me a good estimate and even a free coolant leak test. Their price seemed high.

Worst decision i ever made was to take my Jeep Liberty to this location. Had my jeep in there multiple times for same issue and got the run around. would never choose this place to even change my oil.
