There were 4 employees. One was on the cash register, wearing his mask properly. The other three wandered all over the store and always had their masks off.They went in their office and did not help the cashier who was trying to get balloons inflated for a customer. He was the only one helping anyone as his line grew.

Lovely store. Actually has a restroom for customers! They had a wonderful selection of folders for organizing paperwork etc. Also had a decent frozen foods section.

We like Dollar Tree in general but I doubt we will shop this location again. First thing there were only 4 carts available and they all had issues. Second the store was filthy! There was trash on the floor throughout. Third, all the aisles looked like a bomb had gone off. All the merchandise was just jumbled up and disorganized. If I was a regional manager for Dollar Tree someones job would be in jeopardy.

The attention was terrible, the cashier was rude and unkind, maybe she has a problem with Latino people. The store has an excellent variety of products, but it is cluttered and some spaces seem dirty. I think it would be better to visit another branch

I got what I needed, but the store is SUPER junky.

My husband and i recently went on a Sunday morning. The place was trashed. It looked like Black Friday. Trash, wrappers, dust, dirt everything it was disgusting. And for my husband to say something, it had to have been bad! One cashier with a long line. I wont be going back to that one.

Bad experience with the Branch Manager who handled our shopping at this store on December 18, 2020 at around 7 PM. What she did was she just damped our items from our shopping basket as if shes throwing a garbage in front of us. We questioned her why shes doing that to us and she said thats how she work with Dollar Store and beside she said, you are in the Dollar Store... Cant imagine why this type of worker were allowed to behave this way and besides shes so rude as if this was an issue of race...

Its a dollar! I mean its a bit cluttered and messy but the people are so nice and its a freaking dollar store. Love it.

Good place for what they carry, not the best quality of everything but serviceable.

Store looks bad . Candy is empty.. floor and carpets are filthy.. noone does recovery or picks up.. should have done right by the last managers and maybe it would still be in better shape

As a regular at the dollar tree I absolutely love this place. You can get a bunch of snacks, drinks, and anything you can imagine here. What really blows my mind is that this is not a dollar and up store. Everything in here is one dollar and it is perfect. I highly suggest this store for anyone who even passes by to stop by.

They sit outside smoking cigarettes and say to customers they need time to prepare....

The store is big and very dirty and does not have much stuff in place I absolutely love dollar three specially to organizing bins and containers but this store did not have all the good stuff that is listed online not very good selection I have a smaller one close to my house that was clean and had new stuff. I’ll definitely go to try another store.

Even in the midst of chaos, I am always able to find what I need! They do a good job of stocking the shelves during the busiest of times. The associates are always welcoming, helpful and friendly!

Always cheap stuff here love this store thanks to Chinese democracy for it! Otherwise I dont know what would we do without it. Bathroom cleaness has improved some since last visit but still they need to keep up on it. You get what u paid for

They really need to staff better. There is like all the time just one or two employees. They always have to have the shields stocked but there is never enough people there to stock the stuff cause there always to busy running the register. So when you try and go down the isles you have boxes everywhere. Its so hard to get around a maneuver around. Its always super hot in there as well!

I use to love going into this store! I think it has the best items compared to other dollar trees....It is a wreck now! Upon arriving the past couple of times, you could barely get into through the aisles because of all the boxes and stuff that was thrown off shelves. I don’t know what’s happened to this store but they need to pull it together. It has got to be new management or something. I’ve never gone into a dollar tree this chaotic- ever. Please clean this place up. Cedar Park/Leander and it’s people deserves better than this! Let’s get those ratings up!

I love that everything is a dollar! Lots of crafts for my daughter to do! Lots of selection in party supplies and household items. However there are three or four cash registers and only one person on the register all the time. There was a very long line when I got there then when I was finally ready to check out there is no cashier to be found.

Everything is $1 per item.Great place for gifts if youre aiming for under ten or five dollars. Simply grab some nice items that fit together in a neat little basket or bag. Simple as that. For kids and adults, birthdays and weddings, its not hard to through together the perfect little gift.-they dont have everything, but they have enough with nothing over a $.Friendly staff, walkways are not over crowded. Item quality: you get what you pay for and them some :)Why buy it else where when the item is made in the same place?~ * there for same quality, but with a huge discount!

I think two stars is generous. AC was not working in 90+ degree heat! This is a recurring problem for this location. Refrigerators were not working and were empty. Parts of the store was poorly stocked and several areas looked like stuff was just thrown randomly around! This used to be my favorite location but not anymore!

Maybe it’s just because they’re in between back to school, Halloween, and fall decor/thanksgiving right now, but... this store was a complete mess when I came today! Taped boxes of Halloween decor thrown onto shelves unpacked, cardboard boxes on the floor in the corner, the few staff members I found were unfriendly. Cashier was quick, but we had one item and our $1.08 cash ready to go. I’d give it one more try, but not with much hope.

Stood on line for 10 minutes and when a new register opened, they didnt announce next in line but took the people that walked up before those waiting in line. This has happened more than once at this store. Everyones time is important so they should treat their customers fairly.....

Absolutely discussing!!! There was open food everywhere, Multiple breads were completely molded, trash all over the floor. Staff was horrible when I tried to bring it to their attention and gave me so much attitude. The worst store I have EVER been in!!!!

Iv worked at this location an it is horrible leads are ok but the upper management/ district management horrible. They have no clue what they doin. Reason why they don’t have enough employees cause they don’t schedule right An their underpaid. When I worked it was 7.50They need to raise it to 12 mainly cause its a high traffic area. They also need to have two cashiers at all times. An rush hr three cashiers. An to schedule floor employees as well that’s way they don’t loose cashiers. They always pull their cashiers away to do floor work.

Very poor customer service but that is just how it always is since Ive been shopping at this location for over a year. There was a manager there but did not seem concerned enough to aid the One cashier checking out a line that went almost down two whole aisles. I just dont think they ever have enough help or pay their people enough most likely so there is always unopened inventory cluttering the aisles. I shop here for the low prices not the customer service!

This store was the dirtiest store I have ever been in. There was stuff EVERYWHERE! Nothing is organized, stuff is just thrown around. There was broken glass all over the floor! One aisle has so much stuff on the floor I couldn’t even walk down it. The cashier was literally laying on the conveyor belt when I walked up to check out. She didn’t say one word to me as I checked out. This place needs some serious help.

The store was a mess. 1 cashier the line was all the way down the aisle. People were complaining i could here it. Another cashier came out put a register in another drawer and walk away. Smh. Wont shop there no more. Uts the holiday season they need to be prepared for that. More than 1 register open at all times during the holiday season. Waited 15 mins. Just to check out with my items... ridiculous....

After winding around the hundreds of boxes laying everywhere in the floors, we just stood in line for 15 minutes before deciding to abandon the basket and leave. 3 people sitting in the office while 2 registers were open, BOTH having lines at least 1/2 way down the isle. Before leaving I tried to give one of the people in the office money for the bag of cookies we opened and she said I dont take money ..well I dont wait 45minutes to check out! Not happy AT ALL

I actually give this 0 stars . I was in the Cedar Park location a few days ago and the ac wasnt working. My kids were even complaining being in there. Shelves needs to be restocked bad.Only 2 employees seemed to be on the floor. The store was a mess. Couldnt even get to the bathroom there were empty boxes crowded along the wall.

DISGUSTING! We walked in and didnt make it 5 min. This place needs to been closed. Open food items, spilled all over, trash and gum stuck on the floor. When we saw the sweets isle and the roaches and ants we were done. 2 workers in the store 1 cashier and one thowing stuff from box on the shelf. I will never return do that store again.

Always lots to choose from and well stocked. Friendly staff. Shelves can be hectic and the checkers can be sparce on occasion. Overall good experience.

4/11/21 this place is horrible, theres no pride at this place, messy, boxes of merchandise in the ailse, goods laying on the floor and a lot of empty shelves, this is no comparison to the store in Leander. Also there are cigarettes buts all over at the entrance from the Dollar tree from employees smoking outside. Discusting.

I really like this dollar tree as its conveniently located and isthey have most items available, but the items are mostly out of tge rack and piled up on the aisles. It gets hard to look for stuff.

Price is great but store to small for the amount of product in there.

They had what I needed and a super helpful and friendly cashier.

Employees are courteous, but they desperately need help!!The store always looks like a tornado has been through it and walls , shelves are bare..Unloaded boxes are stacked everywhere and are a safety hazard!

Granted I should have asked about the refund policy, but the small young gentleman with the long blonde hair certainly had an horrible attitude when he had the re-ring my 10 item order. Very poor customer service!!!

This store is depressing and scary at the same time, its like a combination of a dying small town mall and that bus station in the original Total Recall.

The store was a mess I ran a dollar tree store for 16 years my store never looked like this, I understand the payroll isnt much but I never see anyone working in this store, or even trying to recover this store makes me sad to see a store in this condition!

Staff was friendly but the store it self was a mess. Boxes everywhere, merchandise looked as if it had just be dumped into piles. Seemed as though they may have just gotten a shipment or just opened, but it has always looked like this each time i have gone.
