Staff are nice and cordial. Best part was they had the Tiki decorations I needed for my tropical themed party. One thing to note is that the Party City site said they were out of stock, so I guess my best advice is to call and ask before making an out of the way trip to another store.

I have been driving around Austin and other local areas in search of special sized confetti cannons and was slightly in a hurry. I had thought I had seen everything I was needing when I came in. As I was walking around, I had passed by a friendly smile! Mrs Kathy had asked me if I needed help and was extremely friendly!! I had denied her request to assist, as I had thought I knew where it already was. When I had gotten most of my items, it came down time for the confetti cannons. I was starting to walk the isles in search, and came across a familiar smile! Mrs Kathy kindly checked up on me again, asking if I was still doing good, and asked if I needed any help! She kindly walked me to exactly the isle and location of the confetti Cannons!! Mrs Kathy is a Life Saver!! She not only helped me, but also cashed me out when I was ready to check out! She is truly a God-Send, a real Life Saver!! Thank you so much again Mrs Kathy!! 5-Star review 100%!

July 30th we ordered 14 balloons for a 330pm pick up on July 31st. When we arrived the order had not been started. Mason (female employee) dropped what she was doing and put our order 1st in line for a 4:30 p.m. event. Unfortunately they had an employee quit so they were short staffed, Mason was a true lifesaver. Worst service ever. I just needed 4 helium balloons for my husband‘s birthday. Couldn’t get the 4, just one or I or needed to wait 30min , then 45min and then..they didn’t have time and they were very rude.It takes like 5 seconds to get 4 balloons blown. Very very disappointed, I had to go to another party city store , the one in Research,(which btw, awesome service ) . I’m Never coming back , I heard another lady complaining also about the lakeline store at the Research store. Please avoid going here , don’t waste your valuable time

1st time in a while I actually saw more than 1 employee... 1 cashier 2 at balloon counter and 2 setting up Halloween stuff including a manager still only had 1 register open with 8 people in line

Nowhere near the selection nor amount of items I wanted to be on hand. Had to search for some matching things because they were so scattered.

Got one large balloon this afternoon and it wasn’t inflated correctly and had to tape it up since it wouldn’t float. Really bad service.

The cake decor section is lacking and theres still plenty of costumes this time of year, but not cupcake and cake decor throughout each aisles theme. Whyyy?

Got a fiesta to plan? Party City is your place. Find party items for Valentines day, Easter, and St. Pattys day. You name it, Party City most likely will have it.

Find all you need for partys. Lots of variety and themes. Fair pricing some items a bit high but unique. Came to find Hula theme items found lots.

Order online, the store is not what it used to be. To be clear, everyone was friendly, it was just way understaffed and the lines were so long it took more time to wait in line than it did to do my shopping.

The lady who checked me out was named ASIA and she was BEYOND FANTASTIC. Party City is lucky to have her because she put a smile on every customers face that came through the door. A++

They obviously have almost anything you would need for a party. This location was short staffed and the line was long.

Went online to Party City to order fun items for my dads upcoming 60th Birthday Party. Was capable of finding everything I needed and order from curbside. I noticed while checking out I made the mistake of using the wrong email address, a gmail instead of yahoo and was worried since I didn’t get a confirmation number. When I called the store I spoke with Zach Cervantes and he was so very professional and patient with me considering my mixup. He personally handled the order and called me when everything was ready. Thank you so much for team members like him working under these difficult times with covid-19. I’m so happy with my order and the customer satisfaction I’ve received from this store!

This place has everything! Went to look for a costume for my super picky hubby and we found one. He was able to try it on right then and there. Super fast, and the girls working there seem to like their jobs. They also have all kinds of decor for any kind of event.

Just went to buy some stuff for my son’s birthday. We arrived 20 minutes to close. The manager Eric was super helpful and kind. He was patient with us despite it being so close to closing. Very impressed!

Went in the day of Halloween, because I realized last minute my kids firefighter costumes probably needed fire hats. The line was ridiculously long, but moved much faster than you would have expected.

I havent been to Party City in years and was pleasantly surprised by the summer party selection. The prices are competitive and the options are plenty. I wish I would have come here first in my shopping; I could have saved some money.

The temperature in the place was subzero. All of us were freezing. I suppose a manager is not checking on these types of things. I found what I needed. I usually do.

The store was very messy and unorganized.

The store is in disarray. Customer service is an unknown concept. The line was nine (I counted) deep. One person on a register... well she was actually helping someone on the phone. Two other employees were behind the counter, just watching. That was the last time I go to Party City. At least to this store.

This store and every party City store I gave ever gone into is a huge mess. Boxes everywhere and items in the floor. The checkout experience is pretty slow which leads to more aggervation. They need to have a separate coy yet and area for purchasing the balloons. I know that is huge sales in the balloons but come on make it its own area for ordering and checking out. I will say though I can find what Im looking for when throwing any type of party.

Wont recommend curbside services by PartyCity. Have to wait hours before you get your order. Writing this review after having similar experience twice.

Spent almost $30 on 20 balloons to decorate for an office birthday. Four balloons popped when putting them in the car; however, due to a time constraint, I did not return to the store. I set up the balloons at 9 pm, and four more balloons popped in that time, even with very careful handling. The remaining 12 looked great, but the following morning, many were already almost at ground level, and by 3 that afternoon, less than 24 hours later, only one balloon was still floating.

Grandma Texas just got back from Party City.Throwing a big shindig for my son tomorrow needed party supplies you know headed on in and they are in the process of changing over from Summer 2 fall I dont know why we are in Texas you know summer never stops here.And come on people putting Halloween stuff out in August wow but anywho so it was a little crowded not with people but with boxes that needed to be unloaded things from the shelf that needed to come down so yeah it was a little unorganized but its Party City you cant go wrong there youll find everything you need you just might need to move a few boxes to get to it LOL

We went in to order balloons. We had a question so asked the associate behind the counter. From the beginning she had an attitude. We went to get in line to pay and that same associate came over and checked us out. She was still being rude so we asked for a manager. She WAS the manager! When we told her about her attitude she said she had been working all day and didnt care if we called in to speak to someone about her. She specifically said I DONT CARE! We finished up and she still had to have the last word. She told us again that we were more than welcome to call in about her. Her name was Jennifer Ramirez. I understand she might have been tired but thats not an excuse for how she treated us.

Priced well, shelves were empty and out of stock of everything I went for, boxes along the floors ready to stock with, short staffed! Looks like I caught them on the day of Seasonal Change!

Fairly large selection of Halloween decorations and costumes, but didnt have what I needed.

Great place to go for costumes for kids or things you need for a themed party. I like that you have a lot of choices for mylar balloons. You buy it uninflated and they inflate it in seconds, therefore it lasts longer than the pre-inflated ones in the grocery store.

The store is good because it has lots of different things but the cashier was very rude wouldnt even look at me or my family when he talked and after scanning the items he just left them in the counter so i grabbed my stuff and left when i was already at the door he asked me if i needed a bag i think it was a little too late for that.

I like going here for simple, inexpensive party fun. Big selection, but they dont carry everything. The quality is ok, but most of it is shirt term anyway. Great Halloween selection.

Service was awful. Train employee to be curtious and less lazy! I set my four items in the right side f the cash register and the young man pointed to the left side and itll be over there (pointi g to the left side. Seriously, you cant pick up the items from the that side? Ridiculous! Then he said do you want them in a bag? . yes- how am I going to carry them to my car?Simply rude!

I went in looking for some items not knowing where anything was located. I asked an employee (didn’t get his name) but got the most unhelpful response. The manager on duty (had a name tag “Bri”) was called and she was just as rude as could be. She acted like she hated her job. Horrible customer service. New people needed!

Awful experience with managers in this store. Bought $240 of Halloween gear here. When we got home and opened the Satin Bow gloves they were ripped at the seem by the thumb. Tried to return them this afternoon and were told they did not take opened packets. Explained you could not see the defect without opening packet. First one then another came and told me they would not exchange they then disappeared for 10 mins just leaving me waiting. I went to do other shopping when I came back they said they had examined security footage of the sale and the gloves were fine. Without X-ray vision I am not sure how they saw inside the package and without the receipt which I had on me not sure how they new when to look! So at this point I gave up. I walked out leaving a sale of $65 unbought. I wont be going back.

Alot smaller compaired to other party citys in the Austin area. They keep what you would typically would expect to have in most party stores. The staff is hit or miss on finding what you are looking for. The quality for costumes is also hit or miss, but they always have competitive prices.

Only had one employee checking out people and 2 people were blowing up balloons. And the line was close to the door.

Pretty small selection compared to some of the others in town.

Im standing in a warehouse full of single use plastic landfill garbage, and they draw the line at a container to remove items from the store?? Brilliant.
