Pulled in and asked for an oil change, quoted me $100 for synthetic oil change. I explained that’s not what I got last time. Just conventional oil is all I need, quoted me $100 for that one also?! In what universe is that the same price. I showed him an online coupon for 50% off and he said they don’t take those because they don’t make any money off of them. He did offer 25% off but I’m sorry, considering you just told me you’re trying to make money off of me, I’ll pass. This place sometimes has great service and other times the worst. I recommend Service One. Cheaper and always consistently better service. And it’s right around the corner from this location. You can go here but be ready to drive away from there if the vultures are working.Service One charged me $45 for the oil change.

I have been here a few times for both mine and my husbands car. They are quick and efficient here for your oil change. I always go on off times (avoid weekends, lunch time, after 5pm, etc.) and I dont have to wait in line. Only reason I wouldnt give fives stars was the extra details on your service are inconsistent depending on the day/time you go and whos working. Sometimes they will get your tires up to pressure if theyre low, sometimes wont. Sometimes they get you your reminder sticker, sometimes they forget. Sometimes they reset your maintenance light, sometimes they dont. Regardless, the team is always pleasant and polite. They always get the oil change done quickly for reasonable prices.

Do you have faded cloudy headlamp covers? Mine were so bad I was going to have to pay $1000+ to replace them. I went in to get a tail light replaced. Saw the sign. Headlamps refurbished. Under $100! I decided to try it.Spectacular results.Liked it so much I took my daughters car to get done too.Equally spectacular.Get this done from these guys.

They were respectful, efficient and friendly. I had a coupon and before I could pull it up on my phone, the manager had updated my charges. I have a hybrid and they were familiar and comfortable with the different engine and oil system. I will definitely go back.

The service was quick and very professional.In addition my air filter needed to be replaced but the location was out of the filter for my car. They gave me directions to the nearest parts store, explained what to ask for and put it in for me when I brought it back.I am very grateful.

I hated going to Jiffy Lube because of all the mistakes but I decided to give them another chance after 4 yrs and I was pleasantly surprised! Service was amazing! I have been going to this location for over 7 years I get all of the maintenance that you offer from there. The issue come from wanting a Texas State Inspection. I have gone to the store only to find that they yet again do not have anyone to do an inspection. If this happened just once I would be ok, but this is one of many times I have been given weird reasons not to do the work. Once they did not have the download. Twice they didnt have anyone to do the inspections. If you do not want to do inspections take the sign down and let someone else do it.

When I called they said there was open availability.Came on in, got directed straight into a bay.Has my oil changed, tires pumped up, and wiper fluid refilled.Took all of 15 minutes.Get your oil changed here, simple as that.

Oil change was fine quick, but a guy worked on my air filter box over 30 minutes, told me everything was fine, after I got home open the hood, 3 of 4 screws was busted. Bad behavior and never go back for $101 broke screws oil change.

I received phenomenal customer service at this particular Jiffy Lube. The staff was personable, friendly, and professional. I tend to get my oil change at walmart, or even firestone but was in a hurry so decided to stop here, but after this, I plan on coming back consistently. Eli and Justin were the staff who serviced my vehicle. They told me their prices at the start, and went over the types of oil they offered. I was blown away at how quickly and efficiently everything was done.

I was in and out within 15 minutes for an oil change. The whole crew across all three bays was working fast and like a well-oiled machine... no pun intended, lol. You could feel the comradery in their interactions with one another, and the only upsell I was presented with was something that I knew I actually needed, so that was nice. I definitely recommend this location, and will continue to be a repeat customer!

Starting with Michael who waved me into the bay it was mere seconds for that to happen from the time I drove up to JiffyLubeMy serviceman Todd made sure that I was comfortable with the process and during the oil change was told that it was recommended for my tire rotation which they had time for and would take a little more time-I waited in the office waiting area and relaxed and it seems like it was no time and everything was finishedI’m very satisfied with the staff and service and will recommend friends and neighbors to this JiffyLube Thanks Guys!

The staff was nice when I arrived. Started working on the car (I was the only one there getting a service) right away. I was not even informed how much the oil change was going to be, what kind of oil they were going to use, etc. And of course I did not ask. Filled out some paperwork, and the gentleman came back and told me they only had the synthetic oil change for my vehicle. I asked you do not have regular oil? He said no, the manufacturer suggested the synthetic oil change for this vehicle so thats what needs to get done. I said Really, alright then! At this point I had the choice to leave, or stay and decided to stay. I am not sure how this really works, but I thought as the consumer you can choose what type of oil (regular or synthetic) you would like and if they do not want to do it or do not have the type of oil they can refuse to do it. They told me they were done and of course I had already been charged. They did not provide a receipt, when I asked for one, one of the techs said Do you need one? I said, yes, it would be nice to see what I paid for? They went to the back to get printer paper and were able to give me my receipt. I agree with some of the other comments, prices are high. Specially for a type of oil that you did not even want. But, clarify that I as a consumer could have gone somewhere else. Will not be returning to this location or any Jiffy Lube and will not recommend to family and/or friends if they ask.

Been using the particular Jiffy Lube for several years. Never have had any issues with the employees or the service. Took my sons car there for its first oil change and have to say, even with the pandemic, they are still providing good service. So this review is more for the overall service across several years. I have brought 4 different cars over the years and no issues.

Due to Covid, Ive been worried about bringing my vehicle anywhere to get my state inspection completed. I was incredibly relieved to find that Jiffy Lube was offering a drive thru service to complete the inspection. I did need to step out of my vehicle briefly so they could plug in the diagnostic device but aside from that I could remain in my vehicle the whole time. The staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I have no complaints about my experience getting my state inspection complete.

Great service and friendly staff, I would give them 5 stars, except that the oil change for my tiny Prius C was about $100! I can change the oil myself for around $30. The only reason I went to Jiffy Lube was because, I also needed my car inspected. Great service but expensive, next oil change, I’ll change it myself.

Wow! Felt like I stopped by a Indy 500 pitstop. Justin and the crew was very friendly, made suggestions on upkeep, and got me out of there in no time. My car feels like a million bucks.

My car was making a noise so I got it towed to them. Great service, fast, and super friendly. They even vacuumed the car and cleaned the windows. The price was great too! Thank you guys so much!

The service is typically fast, always greeted when you arrive. Prices have gone up quite a bit. $70 for an oil change. Will need to find a new service.

The oil change was done but I thought $115 for a synthetic oil change was very high. My biggest issue was how unfriendly the staff was. The other thing was they had no idea how to reset the oil light. They ended up having to utube how to do it. Overall the oil change was done but very expensive.

I appreciated Jiffy Lube for changing their practices to keep customers safer during Covid-19. I stayed in my car and they guided me into the service bay and I remained in the care while they serviced it. The service techs were very friendly and efficient and completed the work in less than 15 minutes. Highly recommend the Jiffy Lube at 1431 & Ronald Reagan Blvd in Cedar Park!
