I always have an awesome experience and they can do really detailed work(couldn’t find all my pics but found my most recent and one inspo pic!

The staff are so nice. They remember you every time. They make sure you feel welcome and relaxed. They are super helpful. They always make sure you like your choices before they are done. For example no matter who does my nails they do a test nail to make sure I like the shape, length, and color before doing the rest of them. Ive never been to a nail salon that cared as much as they do. I absolutely love them and would definitely recommend to anyone.

I had good experiences here in the past, but this weekend I didnt. I got a Mani/pedi on Sunday, and when I got home, I noticed how poorly painted my nails were. I came back Sunday and the ladies were very nice and tried to help me by redoing the job, but my nails do not look nice after all. Perhaps, they dont know how to apply shellac. It was a huge waste of time and money.

Very nice and was extremely careful about the quality. I loved her attention to detail. T was was super sweet. The other lady, not sure her name, but gave a fantastic massage and was so meticulous. You can tell she really cares about her work.

Ive used this place a few times their very rude last time was a sloppy job then I paid in cash before I could leave a tip the girl and guy just walked away without saying a word. Needless to say I left without tipping anvil never go back

When I first moved to the Cedar Park area, I tried about 4-5 different nail salons. When I walked into US Nails and Spa, I immediately noticed how clean it was and the staff had the warmest welcome. They made sure I was taken care of and hydrated. (Offered water and/or wine) I felt like a princess! I have been going to US Nails and Spa now for over 7 months and have never left unhappy with any of the nail techs or service. Tee, the owner, is amazing and super sweet! She always ensures each client is happy and takes a genuine interest in getting to know her clients. I have grown to love that I now know some of the clients (now friends) because of US Nails and Spa! Definitely recommend this place to everyone!

Tee is really meticulous and does a great job. I have done manis, pedis, and waxing here. I give this place 5 stars.

This is my favorite place to have my nails done. A friend recommended this place about one year ago and since then I am a loyal customer. Tee is excellent with dip powder. My nails never looked so good and hold for so long. I usually go by appointment and they always take me at the scheduled time.

This place does a fantastic job! Never have a bad experience! Tee has been doing my nails for 7 years and I follow her every where she goes! My nails last so much longer than other places I have tried, they are worth the wait when they are busy. Every pedicure I have gotten comes out great no matter who does it. Highly recommend this place for all your nail needs!

My sister made a 9 am appointment for me two days earlier with a particular older lady and the staff appear to have amnesia this morning. Asked to wait for owner and the lady who came in asked if someone else can help me. If I wanted pedicure services from someone else, I would not have bothered to make appointment. Obviously, they don’t know the meaning of honesty and the principle of veracity(telling the truth). I will never return here again.

I just want to say I am a retired nail tech and I now treat myself to get my nails done! I am super picky and I am so happy I found this place. Tee is the best with my sns nails and Jennifer does a great job on my pedicures! I tell everyone about us nails and spa! They are great❤️

They don’t use sanitary practices. The lady wanted to use a gross and used file on my nails. I asked her to get a new one. Then when time to cut nails she pulled the nail clippers out of an unsantized bag and sprayed liquid on it. When I asked if it had been sanitized she would not look at me and said yes.I got up and left.

Went here on recommendations from friends. They are nowhere near my normal travel patterns but well worth the trip. Excellent quality work and very friendly people. Theyve become my new nail place when Im in town.

Came in asked for a fill w gel for 2 people, owner said she could take us asap . But wait... We had to wait more than 20 minutes to get our nails started. Through out getting them filled the owner continuously ignored my questions and their nail polish isnt the color they say it is. It is now the next day and my index finger nail is already coming off , I came back in to get it fixed. I shower the owner how my nail is peeling off from one corner to the other and she just wanted to fill UNDERNEATH my real nail with glue and cut the nail ... when she really was supposed to take her time and remove the nail and redo it. Even the owner cant do anything right dont go here. Save your money!!! Also bad quality products and very ugly attitude.

The owner is very friendly, fast, and does a great job. The staff, not so much. When the owner is not there, they don’t pay any attention to you, just talk to each other the whole time. Worst pedicure I’ve ever had (not from owner). I asked for glue to be put on a split nail & was ignored several times. Polish came off in a few days.

I went for my first time today for a full set. I usually go to another place, but I was getting work done at Firestone nearby, so I figured while my car is being tended to, I’d get my nails done. There were only 2 customers in, getting pedicures, no one getting nails done. That should have been my first clue. Started getting a full set, ... then, when asked how i wanted them shaped, I said ‘coffin’, very basic. She informed me that they charge for trim/file! Who the heck EVER walks out of a nail salon with full talon nails?! It took 1 hour and 45 minutes!My nails look like i had them done at the Jersey Shore. The top of my finger nails are wider than my fingers!

I waited 25 minutes to get a 21 minute long pedicure that was probably one of the least enjoyable and most rushed pedicures of my life. I had powder on my nails and they tried making me soak off like they were gel when I said I needed a fill. Then they begrudgingly sat me down at a table alone for 15 minutes. The lady told me they couldn’t do ombré (which is what I had on my nails at the time) I said I don’t want ombré I want a fill and then to be painted with polish or shellac. Then she told me I couldn’t use the color I wanted either. when I asked how much longer it would be until someone came to do my nails I got “20 minutes.” I left and went somewhere nearby to get my nails done. They were able to give me a fill and paint my nails the color I asked for and there were zero issues. Rude staff here who acted like I was a nuisance and delivered poor service with bad attitudes.

I have tried SNS nails several times and hate them every time. They always make my nails look fatter than they are. Ti listened to me and my nails are perfect! I will be back for sure ❤

I have been coming to this salon for almost 10 years - thats how good they are! Julie always does a superb job on my nails and eyebrows, and Ive never had a bad pedicure here either.

I love sparkly gel nails. This is one of the only places Ive seen that presses actual glitter into the nails! I always make time on my trips home to come by for gel nails :)

Jennifer and Hannah were very professional, respectful, and pedicures were excellent.The Salon owner greeted my daughter and I. She was very polite. Overall, was one of the best nail experiences we have had. Salon is ver pretty and clean!Im from michigan. I am visiting!

Was ok. Had basic pedi only. They had water temperature issues too hot or too cold .Had to wait awhile. Basic pedi should be 25I paid 30 here .

I should have known when I entered the establishment based on the dated decor that this experience would be lacking. The Lady who did my toes did a fair job. However, my nail experience was horrible. The nail tech tried to over file my nails and when I mentioned to her that I didnt want the electric file used, she got an attitude......several times. I receive SNS every few weeks at my normal place in Pflugerville so I know the process very well. Needless to say, I decided not have her finish my nails. In addition, they have low quality products. All the SNS polish was an off brand. Save your money go somewhere else.

They are awesome! They include a wax for your feet, provide the toe spacers, give you drinks during, and give a great massage!

We made an appointment over the phone but upon arrival nobody knew about our reservation and we had to wait 30 mins. We did not mind the wait. The staff was nice and salon was clean. We had a basic mani and pedi but both my husband and I left disappointed. Both our ladies were very rough, massage was painful, they brushed our nails hard with some harsh brush and we both got infection into our toe nails. I cannot recommend their services.
