Walked in for a new gel manicure but the removal process for my existing gel was awful. The technician ripped up my nails and cuticles with a very coarse file and didn’t seem to understand my requests to use a different one. The salon got a lot of traffic during the time I was there (maybe because it’s next to HEB) but given that my fingers are sore and nails are catching on clothes since they weren’t filed well, won’t be going back.

Nails werent done properly I have dents and 8 out of 10 nails are not filed evenly. Going to have to go get them fixed.

Not only was the water cold, they bruised 7 out of 10 nails!! Will never go back

This place is so horrible!!! Totally ruined my nails gave me the wrong colors. I explained to two different ladies and they still charge me full price for lumpy painted nails!!! Will never go here again stay far away from this place totally a waste of money! Oh and they said I can come back tomorrow to pay for them to fix them haha what a joke!

I swear I am the most picky person when it comes to my nails. I moved to the area 2 years ago and have been searching for the perfect person since! My friend, whom was also recommended by a friend, recommended me to go to VIP nails. Tee did an AMAZING job! She made sure I was 100% happy and even completed one nail to make sure I loved it before she completed the rest. I understand I am a difficult person and they did awesome. Oh and I tend to notice, now that I have used different nail techs, they seem to always bash the last person that did your nails if it wasnt at their salon. Bizarre. Anyway- that wasnt the case today and I liked that as well. I will be returning!

Referred to this shop by a close dear friend. Have had incredible service every time I have gone. Twee (sorry about the spelling) has the most delicate hands. Ive been to other places that did some awful things to my feet. She treats my feet very delicately and makes sure Im content with the pressure during the leg massage which is heaven and is always attentive and a delight to speak with.

Always friendly, but the last time i got my eyebrows waxed one of my eyebrows didnt even look any different from before i went in

I have been going to VIP for a long time until recently I tried a different salon in Austin and discovered how much VIP was ripping me off all this time, as well as the quality of work was poor quality as well!Austin is still a far drive for me so I decided if I didnt want to make the trip Id still go to VIP since they have a stamp program. (For 20$ you spend you get a stamp after you get 10 stamps you get a free pedicure) Today I went in and spent 40.00 worth of service expecting to get two stamps when I asked to get the stamp she refused and said the reason they couldnt stamp it was they already gave me a 2.00 off discount. (That I didnt ask for) I said Id pay the 2.00 and they still refused, why have this program if youre not going to honor it????Needless to say I will not be back the quality of work is bad & prices are higher than standard rates.

Mediocre service, overcharged me for my services. I still tipped only because my kids were with me and they were accomodating. The male not sure of his name was very pushy and when I asked to explain each cost to me as he charged my card before telling me, his Math still didnt add up to what I was charged.

I go here all the time such good people there the nail color choices are so good and it is clean

You guys have a really poor reception, and a bad service you overcharged for the price and need to change the lady at the front desk , my third & last time there ( they dont even care to offer you a drink yet it is complementary) . Business is all about caring for the consumer satisfaction 1/10

Did a amazing job on solar nails, Pedi and eyebrow wax! Also good prices and really took the time to make everything perfect!

My sisters go here often so I decided to give it a shot. The first time I went the older gentleman did my pedicure and did amazing. I went again with my little girl for a kids’ mani/pedi, pedicure and SNS for myself. The woman told me she would give me a break on the SNS for $35 (usually $40). Great. They asked if I wanted a deluxe pedicure and I said sure. There was nothing deluxe about it. She was rushed, skipped steps and didn’t even smooth my feet. My nails looked terrible and a week later have already started cracking and chipping (SNS usually lasts me 3 weeks). On top of that, they charged me $35 for my daughter’s mani-pedi. When I called today to ask what they charge for a child mani pedi I was told $10. So, terrible job and over charged. I want my money back.

I got a pedicure and gel manicure and both came out looking awful. When trying to explain that I didnt like it they just told me it looked good and shoved me out the door after still having me pay full price. My gel polish has all sorts of bubbles and pieces of stuff in it and my toes are painted very unevenly.

Love it here, always thriving to make the customer happy, if theres an issue theyll fix it right away.

Horrible. Got a full set and Ms. lynn did a horrible job. My nails are not even in length they have bumps and bubbles. She filed the fake tip to short for my nail so now they look small. She didnt ask me what shape I wanted or how long would u like them. She was on her cell phone the whole time and she left me sitting there in the middle to go wax eye brows.. Not going there again.

They were super rude and cut my toes way too short. When i had said thank you the lady just looked at me and didnt even acknowledge i said anything. One of the ladies also had pointed at my friend and started talking to the lady who was doing my pedicure. Dont recommend this place.

They did a beautiful job and were quick and inexpensive.
