Loved this place and the final product of my dipped nails!

This place is sorry. I went there with a friend of mine they gave her a hard time about a color when the polish itself was clumpy. On the other hand when they tried to do my nails i asked for ombre... they had every reason not to do it. NOT WORTH THE TRIP N DISAPPOINTMENT

Not impressed. The lady at the front desk is rude and quoted me a higher price for a pedi than what they even had on their menu. When I questioned her on it, she said the list menu price was wrong and were talking a $15.00 difference. She refused yo honor the lower price. No thank you. Ill take my business elsewhere where the staff is friendly and honest.

I came in last week and asked for acrylic nails, a certain shape for it with a manicure. Everything I asked for the woman would try to not have to do it saying it would cost more and then she did it very lazily. I went to a different salon a week later because I could tell my nails were not done properly. They told me I got ripped off and the nails were not acrylic. I also tried contacting management on their website and never heard back. This place was very disappointing. I had been before for gel and it was good and when I went back they really ruined the experience.

UNREAL.... The moment I walked in I was greeted by a lady on the phone sitting in a chair would not get up to help me sign into a tablet that was off.. So I just didnt.. And picked a polish. My hands were grabbed 3 times asking if I wanted a manicure. Then I get a basic pedicure and all that entailed were my nails clipped and cuticle pushed back... I asked why Im not getting a full pedicure and they said it was not included in basic.. OKAY WHAT?!?!? So I paid 27$ for my cuticles to be pushed back and a polish change?!? I skipped the polish and left... This place is a joke and huge disappointment.

This is my go to nail salon! The ambiance is very relaxing and the prices are very affordable. The nail techs are very polite and they offer a wide variety of nail polish alternatives.

My daughter and I came here and had a wonderful 1st experience. The whole family made us feel welcome as soon ad we stepped in the door. My 9 year old had so much fun getting her pedicure and nails done the first time, they were gentle and now shes hooked.

I was referred by my friend Mary and she was right! The technician was very efficient and paid attention to detail. I had a mini/pedi and she took care of me like an important customer! Im going back again! Very clean salon too.

If I could rate it a 0 I would. They fudged up my wifes nails horribly. Instead of LISTENING to what my wife was saying! They kept being argumentative and not wanting to fix their mistake. It took me stepping in and talking assertively to get anywhere. Everyone but the manager was very rude.

One of the best pedicures I’ve had in a while! I took my 3yr old with me to get her nails done as well and while they didn’t have kids chairs they were SO accommodating. I highly recommend this place, and will definitely return.

Hanna and Stephanie are wonderful! They give you the Royal Treatment always :) They also have a point system to give you discounts, which is great. I highly recommend Lakeline Nails & Spa!

Beautiful decor, friendly employees, fast great acrylic/gel nails. VERY CLEAN NEW Building!! Pedicures very through while you relax in modern vibrating back Recliner! Drinks are offered. Ive been going here since they opened & the new Management is top-notch too!

Got my mom a pedicure gift certificate and she had a great experience. I came tonight to get my own pedicure and the place is so nice. All employees very friendly. Lovely decor and soothing music. My feet look and feel wonderful . Ill be coming back!

The lady who did my nails would not listen to me and while cutting the extensions she cut my skin, the end results of my sns were very bumpy it felt like sandpaper on my nails, she did not do a good job and after showing her she made it worse, she didn’t even bother buffing the nails or even dusting off the powder after dipping my nails. I was very unhappy with this place they were very forceful when I didn’t want a pedi, the pedicure wasn’t even a full pedicure and did not paint my toe nails right, I ended up having to fix my own nails when I got home. I definitely do not recommend this place!!!

Wonderful service, nail work, and clean. I love Ha, Stephanie, Khan, Eiem, and Lam. They all do amazing work, and I enjoy seeing them when I come in. They remember the customers and are so kind and pleasant. They care about customer service and satisfaction and go above and beyond and I love my nails!

Nightmare!! Most terrible salon experience ever. My sister and I just wanted our acrylic nails removed, and the employees asked if we wanted manis with gel, and then tried to push pedis as well. We were sat on the opposite sides of the salon from each other, even though we were the only ones there. I said that I just wanted my nails removed and to get a clear coat, and she made me pick out a color of gel anyway, and said I couldn’t do clear. An older man was doing my sister’s nails, and he started using the wrong color for her. She told him, and he started arguing very rudely with her that it was the right color and that it was the brand. This was for about 15 minutes, before he finally agreed to put the right color on top of the wrong one. She was done before me, and her nails were hideous. The polish was super thick, very messy and uneven. She explained to the lady working on my nails, and she called the man over to look at them. He tried to say that they were fine, and blamed her nails for the reason they looked bad, but finally fixed them. He rushed, while the lady who did mine watched over him. It was very uncomfortable, and her nails didn’t look any better. Then they tried to charge us $40 each for our nails, after they told us manis were $15, and then said taking off the acrylics was $10, even though half of mine I had already taken off. I told them we were very unhappy and uncomfortable, and that we just wanted to leave. They shouldn’t have charged us at all, considering the terrible experience, but instead I had to talk them down from their overpricing for awful work. Absolute robbery! My sister and I both cried when we got in our car. We were both so stressed out and disgusted at the way we were treated. I wonder if anyone there is even a licensed cosmetologist. Never go here to get your nails done. I never want to go to a salon again after this encounter. Please stay away!! Thank you for reading.

Requested a basic pedicure $27. That only included nail and cuticle trim. No buff, no work on calluses. Very dissapointed.

Ive been here twice, for an SNS mani and pedi. They do a pretty good job, friendly, quick, and never have had to wait. My only compliant is that they top the SNS dip manicure off with clear gel polish, which chips a few days later and so the color underneath is dull. Ive been to other salons and this is not the typical practice, so just FYI if you are doing the SNS, might not last as long if you go here.

Walk ins are not welcome here. Very rudly got told they were too busy and that i couldnt wait.

I got SNS on my nails and the next day my nail broke off, and when i was getting my nails done the man kept coughing on my and now i am sick and i believe it’s because of him!
