I have my favorite nail salon now! The staff who did my nails is really friendly and polite, she helped me decide on what to get and made it done more than I expect. Right after I’ve left, there was a message to ask about my satisfaction, I love this, it makes me feel they really care about their customers not only inside the salon but also outside, to make sure customers are definitely happy with the service, voted 5 stars!

I’ve gone to so many nail salons in Austin and haven’t been able to find one I like. My powder won’t last the time it’s supposed to or my nails break. I work with chemicals so I was beyond ecstatic when I found Amy here and my nails lasted 4 weeks!! I will never go to another nail salon. Everyone is so nice and will sit there quietly with each other or chat with each other. 5 stars all the way!!!!

Ive been going to I Spa Nails for a while after bad experiences at three other places, one of which is a high dollar place close by. Ive yet to have a bad experience here. I leave feeling relaxed with a quality job done on my nails. Theyve never rushed or treated me like a nuisance, even when theyre clearly busy. The leg and foot massages are amazing. You get a lot for what you pay for. Rose has done my nails the last three times and shes always so nice and accommodating. They really take care of their patrons here. Highly recommend them.

Asked for a certain look. they did a terrible job as you can see in the picture. did not clean up my cuticles or anything just got started. when i asked for a discount they only gave $5 off. this is the 2nd time I have a had a bad experience!!!!

If I could give a zero star I would!!! The most unprofessional business I’ve been to.... the lead lady is so disorganized and doesn’t even pay attention or let you speak. Their system was down when I went to pay with a credit card and she asked me to drive and get cash. When I proceeded to do that and give her the cash, they said they can’t give me a receipt... after I left I noticed my card was actually charged so I went back to let them know that the card actually was charged and it was confirmed by the bank. They refused to give me my cash back AND refused to refund the card so I basically paid double.. the lady was arguing with me and had me FaceTime her manager in front of everyone explaining why they won’t refund me even though I was JUST in there and I need to call my bank. Why they couldn’t just give me the cash I just gave them OR a receipt, I have no idea... I have to have a receipt and proof of purchase in order to even call my bank. This is wrong, and I would never tell anyone to spend their money at a terrible place with no business integrity. The worst ($75) pedicure with the most difficult experience.

Absolutely obsessed with my nails. They are exactly what I wanted. The lady I had (forgot to ask for a name) did an amazing job, she took her time and made sure each nail was perfect. She was very friendly and most definitely will be coming back! If you want the best nails this is the place to go!

I am so upset and disappointed. I will not ever go back. The location is filthy. I almost didnt sit. They reused nail files! I was left in the chair for 20 min with the paraffin wax and when a tech finally remembered me, she barely wiped the wax off and told me i was done. I had wax all over my car and my house. Couldnt walk in my sandals i was so slippery. I also paid 15$ extra for gel polish.. its lumpy, smudged and no gloss.... I WILL NEVER GO BACK!

I have gone here twice now, first time was for a regular pedicure which was super relaxing and they did a fantastic job. The second time I came in was to have SNS (dip powder method) done. Hannah did an excellent and thorough job with attention to detail and any requests I had, ensuring the job was done to perfection. I will be coming back to my new spot as the prices are reasonable and the service and work are great!

I have been going to this nail salon for years. I have only had 1 bad experience and Hannah more than made up for it.

First time trying this place. Walked in at 6:15pm and all the ladies were busy. But only had to wait about 10 mins. They were able to finish my gel manicure within an hour and did a great job. My gel manicure was $30. At the end I asked if they carried a rewards card, they gave me a rewards card. After 5 visits you earn $5 off on your 6th visit.

I got my Dip and powder nails here, which look amazing. Ive never gotten them before but this first experience makes me want to come again. Although, when I got there the staff seemed irritated and unwelcoming. Since they speak a different language than mine, its partially difficult to interact with them.

I have been coming to Amy here for close to three years. She always does a great job on my nails (and I can be particular). Amy is so sweet and always willing to change or fix something if Im not happy. The organic pedicure is my favorite! I love the leg and foot massage that is included.

My wife hardly ever gets her nails done and decided to do so before our friends wedding. Upon leaving she was visably upset due to the terrible job done by her nail technician. The job was no where near where what she requested so we went back in for a refund.The lady proceeded to blame my wife stating that she told her they didnt have that color or pattern and that she had agreed to it. She would have picked a different design if they had actually told her that. She also admitted they visably messed up on a few nails and asked my wife to come back a second time to retry. We could not do so due to our time constraints before the wedding so again we asked for a refund again to which she replied we do not give refunds. She said the techinician spent an hour already on her nails.So they messed up her nails, called my wife a liar, and then offered to spend another hour redoing her nails for free but were not able to issue a refund? Sounds like spotty customer service and a lack of ability to give a logical solution.

I got a 3.30 appointment and they made me wait there for 30 minutes. I asked them why are they taking so long and they gave me some answer which I couldn’t even understand. They don’t even cleaning or sanitizing after each customer in this Covid time!!Very unprofessional!! I left the place without doing mani/pedi. I don’t even want to give them even single star but I left with no choice. Wouldn’t recommend them at all.

I went because the reviews were good. Came here after a bad nail experience elsewhere and this is what I got.. another $53 down the drain. Ombré is terrible. Not smooth. Polish doesn’t even lay even on the nail or go to the cuticle. Pieces of string left on the tip and just polished over. And the pink was used after I asked for and showed a pic of beige ombré. Worst part is Amy, who did my nails, actually believes my nails look good 🙄 terrible.

This was my 1st & LAST time going here.I went in for a pedicure, SNS fill, and eyebrow.While the nail technician was taking off my nail polish with their buffer machine he sliced my pinky finger really bad. NEVER said he was sorry or even acknowledged the fact that I was bleeding. He continued to finish my nails, until I felt something running down my hand. I asked him to stop and when I looked a huge chunk of my pinky was cut open. And when I asked him to help me clean as my fingers where wrapped in foil. He said what happened? And i said You cut me!.All the owner did was give me a bottle of water & that was it. Never offered a discount or an apology.The worse service ever.

I would not go back to this place I had a French manicure done and the paint started chipping off the next day. I went back and told her what was happening and she said oh if it’s not gel they don’t last and I’m like well the nail polish I use at home doesn’t chip off the next day! She decided to do my nails again but she was rude I said thank you after she was done ....didn’t bother to respond and then she wanted me to leave without waiting for my nails to dry and I said I’m going to wait for them to dry some and she rolled her eyes .... I walked out very RUDE never coming back here again.

Very nice and clean salon but the staff was not very friendly and there was a big language barrier. My daughter and I decided to give this place a try because our regular place want going to be able to get us in. I asked for polka dots on my ring fingers and thats sorta what I got. My daughter got SNS done and her nails are very uneven and wavy. Im very disappointed, especially since we paid more than we normally do. Will not be going back.

I have been going to I Spa sometime now. Every time I go it feels like home. Hannah is a fantastic host and my tech specialist, Amy is always so warm and welcoming. She makes suggestions that always make me happy. Overall I’ve been to several salons over 11 years in a Austin area and none compares to the cleanliness, hospitality and friendliness that can be found at I Spa. I called in advance to book an appointment at this salon. Arrived on time and was greeted and seated right away. First impression was impressive. Clean from top to bottom. Professional and friendly staff. Fair prices and the atmosphere in this place is relaxing to the bone. So, I came here to get a pedicure and I got to say the service was just...it just left me speechless. Great foot massage and I felt like a queen while I was here! The lady took her time with me and made sure everything was perfect. Which it was by the time she finished. The polished I picked out from their collection look marvelous on my toe nails. Basically, for my first experience, it was so delightful. I can honestly say Ill definitely be coming back here again!

I went to get my nails done, and at this point when she even put the acrylics on they were terrible!! They were all crooked and disgusting. Amy was the one to do my nails and she was polite but it felt like she was in rush. At the end I was So embarrassed by my nails that I payed And went to another nail place to get them off. Sorry, but this place is a no go for me and will keep looking for another one.

I’ve come here multiple times and I’ve been generally happy!!Once I wasn’t too happy with my mani from the previous session and I mentioned it to Amy, she paid more attention in subsequent sessions i.e she fixed the problem.Despite the influx of customers walking in today John really took his time with my pedi. He was thorough and caring in his work.Often times I go to a saloon (hair saloon included) to relax and enjoy my “me” time. I always get the peace and quiet here except when I’m feeling talkative!!As far as pricing goes my charges varies because I change whatever package I get each time I come, prices varies and its on their brochure. Just pay attention when you get offers because they might be an upgrade from your original pick.Overall, very clean saloon, staff are careful and do take extra precaution in COVID-19 times.#Happy

I went I Spa Nail for the first time last Saturday. Customer service was excellent. I didnt have to wait long since I was a walk-in. The staff also was so good hearted. And got an amazing shape! This place is worth it. I love you so much! I cant wait to go back!

Perfect pedicure. Not a fan of the organic french tip manicure as applied made my nails excessively thick - in my opinion unattractively so. Unfortunately, two months later I am still recovering from the manicure due to the use of a Dremel tool on the surface of the nail. Highly advise against this unless you have thick nails which I do not ( and had so advised the technician when the Dremel was pulled out). Never again. After 3 weeks I patiently soaked off the gel coats with acetone. For the next several days I applied generous amounts of oil and moisturizer to the abraded nails. The natural nails were so thin as to be sharp.They all broke back to the quick and lower. As you can see from the picture, after 2 months it appears I have another 8 weeks to finish growing out the damaged nails.

I showed up without an appointment and I was friendly welcomed. I did manicure and pedicure and it was great. Nice staff, good environment. I recommend it.

After searching on Google for a nail salon near my house, I finally decided to give this place a try. I loved the attention to detail the manicurist took while cutting my cuticles since Im pretty particular about neat cuticles. And their prices are competitive. It was so nice to be pampered by women that seemed to be loving life.

Very clean place. I went in with my wife for a pedicure, and they did a very good job and gave a great leg massage as well. I do not remember the ladies that took care of us but they did a great job! Massage chairs as well!

Communication on what I wanted done was a bit confusing. However my nails turned out great. The downside I didnt realize she didnt even work on my heels until after I left. I have gotten wonderful pedicures including everything for $25 unlike here.

I wanted to like this place. I tried 3 times. First SNS powder manicure was pretty good and lasted almost 3 weeks. The second manicure with SNS was done by a different lady. It was painful and rough and only lasted 3 days before the first chip, then 3 nails chipped by end of the first week. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and went back to have the nails taken off and have a regular manicure. They charged me 20 bucks for one coat of nail polish. No thanks. Ill go somewhere else to have things done right next time.

I love this place. The service is great and the place is clean and doesnt smell like chemicals. They also have other services like eyelash extensions, waxing and facials. I only come here to get my nails done.

Worst nail experience Ive ever had. I saw good reviews, so I thought Id try it out, but I left in tears. Got gel mani and regular pedi, they put a wobbly plank over the armrests of the massage chair and over the water. Almost pulled my solar plug in thing into the water with my feet, I had to catch it. HUGE safety hazard. Used the solar pad that I watched them take off of a womans feet right before without cleaning. They took 25min for both, not even. They left skin on the hands, didnt file a shape, all nails were uneven in length. Just sloppy and rushed when there was nobody there but my sister and I. I saved for this for a long time, as Im a broke college student. Very upset over this.

My SNS nails are beautiful, last for three weeks and look so natural! Hannah is fantastic! I got a wonderful pedicure as well! I highly recommend this shop. I have been going to Studio Nails for over 2 years. I have had fantastic experiences with each & every one of their employees. The owners are gracious & offer complimentary drinks to their customers. Theyre very meticulous & sincerely want their customers to be happy.I have gone to other salons when Im with my friends & always have come away wishing I hadnt. Studio Nails is very clean & airy & has a very pleasant atmosphere.I highly recommend the SMS nails. I have never had an issue with peeling or chipping. Its all natural & has made a huge difference in the strength & length of my nails. I love the huge variety of colours to choose from. My other salon did not have SMS nor the variety of colours. Im as thrilled with my pedicures as I am with my manicures. My feet couldnt be smoother.Their prices are very affordable.I am fussy about my Nails. I often get compliments on them & Im always happy to say Studio Nails is The Best!

They leave your nails uneven, and lumpy and as soon as more people come in, they start rushing. I specifically ask for prices when I go because they always try to charge more at the end. They always say oh you wanted that, thats extra but its okay this time but next time its $5 more. Even though I ask them if its extra beforehand! I do NOT recommend this place.

This place was a waste of time and money. It got a full set acrylic nails, but before she would start she tried to sell me on dip powder over and over again. I should have gotten up and left then but I sat through the process. She put tips on because my real nails were so short but she put them on so haphazardly that now, almost a month later, Ive got dirt between the nail and the acrylic. Unless you are getting dip powder, dont waste your money here.

My pedicure was great but my gel fill in was very bad and rushed. To start it off, my fill in was not done properly leaving too much of a visible gap between my cuticle and the nail extension. Next, there was an seemingly amateur nail tech painting my nails and, although she was nice, she kept messing up my gel color and using a nail tool to dig into my nail as well as using her fingertips to correct her mistakes. This was my first time and I was surprised of this after all the good reviews I read. The gel fill ended up being a waste of money in my opinion since I will have to go somewhere else and pay to have it redone. For that reason, I probably wont return.

I went to this salon last weekend while on a short vacation to Round Rock. I picked this place as it had the highest rating in the area, yet both my friend and I were very disappointed with the service and final product. While we were seated shortly, my friend ended up waiting 30 minutes in the seat next to me before someone started working on her nails. We both came in for dip nails (my first time getting them done, she had gotten them several time previously) and a toe nail polish change. Despite conversing with the nail technician several times about nails I thought were uneven (my thumb nails) or how I did not want “coffin” style nails- which she proceeded to do on my pinky nail and then did not replace after I asked a couple of time for a new one- she simply ignored me and did not correct these issues. Furthermore, when filing the nails, she actually cut my skin and caused me to bleed. She did not acknowledge this, continuing to put polish over it which caused a painful burning in the cut. When doing my toes, she did not want to use the color I had picked out yet finally relented only to do minimal coats that did not cover the whole nail. My friend had a very similar experience with a different nail technician (she also had uneven nails and a cut on her finger); she was also offered a complimentary drink where I was not.Overall, it appears this place was trying to rush us through, resulting in a poor nail job and two very unhappy customers. I do not recommend this place!
