The staff is very kind, but I got my lashes done and later that night pieces of lashes started to fall off, which left me with uneven lashes on both of my eyes. I payed good money to get my lashes done and for them to fall off without doing anything to them is very upsetting. Will not return & do will NOT recommend!

Poor quality. Shame because inside was so peaceful and calming. Supposedly my tech was Tree. I tried to talk to her but she just continued with thank yous, not interested in what I had to say.

Im building a spa on the back deck of our house. Ran out of nails last Wednesday. So I Googled Spa nails and this store came up. They didnt have any nails in stock, but I left their shop with the prettiest hands in my stamp collectors club. Plus - no more cuticles!

I just talk took my baby Two-year-old to the nail salon 1st time ever and they charged me $5 to literally put her feet in cold water. And then another 5 for paint they did a terrible job. I Ask them to take off my nails and told them what kind of nail it was and they had no idea how to do that he then drilled my natural nail And then walked off with no cute recall oil or anything I will absolutely never go there again and will not give any recommendations

Went to go look for a new nail place after bad service at a nail salon looking for better service and went here for a change and over 55$ later for nails and they looked amazing and then after a couple days most all of my nails popped off. Disappointed and sad I wasted my money on this place.

Just moved to Leander after living in Bee Cave for 22 years. Its hard to find a salon, Dr., Dentist, Vet...starting over. But I thought Id try these guys as theyre convenient. Had a fill the first time which was okay - took FOREVER. Last week, I went in for a new set. Timing was fine and nails look great. Am going for a ped today. Will let yall know!

Ive had pedicures done and they are fine, no big problems other than they cut my nails too short, to the point that when they file them it hurts.Dont ever buy a gift card from them!!! they will claim they cant find it in their system and that maybe is too old (nore than 1 year ago). Even with proof receipt they will all of the sudden forget to speak English and say Im sorry to everything you say, there is no way of reasoning with them.

Today was my first time going to spa Pro nail. Holly did an amazing job on my nails I really love them she’s been doing nails for over 15 years and was just a really nice lady from the outside you can’t tell that it’s you know as beautiful on the inside .They remodeled about a year ago from what she said . Although I didn’t get a pedicure today I’ll definitely go back for one . Their chairs look really nice and comfy and everything‘s pretty much new so it just looks really nice inside.

Worst manicure ever! I got a set of acrylic nails and they looked so awful. I would rather skip having nails than go back to this awful place!!!

This place does really good work most of the time and if you dont like it they will fix it with no issues. They usually take there time for each customer. Pricing is good.

I have gotten manicures but mostly pedicures at this place. I really like it. They are friendly and not overly expensive. I like the manager, Helen. She is very helpful. She gave me very good, personal facial.

I wouldnt go anywhere else to get my nails done and Ive been going there for years and years! My favorite technician is Linda! But theyre all great...

Really enjoy getting my manicure done here! The prices here are affordable. The salon is sanitary. The techs actually clean after every customer. Services here is wonderful. If I could I would rate this salon 100/100!

Just got done with a full set. It was an older lady with glasses. Couldnt get her name. But I told her shape. How long and a color. My nails are lumpy. and my nail length dont even match. Un even. One of my thumbs is so short in length.. its ridiculous. I picked a gel color and she said one layer um its barely shows up. Had to argue for a second coat. Very unhappy.

Ive been going to Spa pro nail for a few times and every time they did a great job from nails to services. The ladies that work there are all professional!!! You dont have worry if you get different lady each timee

I went with a friend and was told there was a 15-20 min wait. They put both of us in luke warm water. 45 minutes later that started working on my toes. When my tech was nearly done they finally started on my friend. They asked me to move when I was done and there was no where to sit. So much for a girls day. I wasnt even offered the manicure I asked for. My friends pedicure took a fraction of the time mine did but she was at least offered the manicure and the UV cure station. Others were offered water but we never were. All in all a horrible experience.

My nail technician was nice but overly aggressive, I left with cuts around almost every finger and toe. Then had eyebrows waxed - not sure if temperature of wax, type of wax, or technique, but my my underbrow area swelled so much that opening my eyes is difficult AND I have sores. Not a pleasant experience

If I could give zero stars I absolutely would. I came in to get my eyebrows waxed and had awful service. The chair I was asked to sit in was disgusting, covered in old dry wax and hair all over the head rest. I actually asked the lady to clean it before I sat down and she just took a wash cloth out of the hamper and put it over the hair. I should have left then. The lady then proceeded to wax my eyebrows, she she gave me the mirror to look, she had taken a chunk out of one eyebrow and left a ton of hair around the other. She tried to wax t again which left me bleeding and she left wax all around my eyebrows that I just had to come home and pick off. I expressed how unhappy I was at the salon but she didnt apologize or anything. I called after I got home and had to spend so much time fixing my eyebrows to get a refund and they just wanted me to come back to try to fix them again. No, I would like to keep whats left of my eyebrow. Absolutely awful service and would never recommend them. If you cant find anywhere else to go, come to my house and let me pluck your eyebrows, I could do a better job than them. Im not a professional, but then again, neither are they.

My grandma and I went in for celebratory manipedis and the service was awful. The language barrier was atrocious, I asked for fake acrylic nails and all they did was pain over my real ones after filing them crooked. This was my first manicure and i didnt really know what to expect but i know its not this. The manicure dryer light thing burned my hands and even after I told them it hurt they just laughed. The chairs hurt and the gel paint i payed extra for came off a week later, and now my fingers/nails hurt so much. My nails are rough and ragged, not to mention the uncomfortable position the manicurist had me in for the whole thing. My shoulders hurt after having to reach over for an hour and it didnt seem like my manicurist had any idea what she was doing. I would go back to complain but i doubt they would do anything. Dont go here!!!!! its HORRID. (PS the TV was playing a HAIR LOSS ADVERTISEMENT CONSTANTLY IT WAS AWFUL DOnT GO HERE)

Not only were they rude but they did a horrible job on my nails. Now this is not my normal nail shop but I needed my nails done quick for a wedding. The lady that did my nails cut every last one of my cuticles after doing a half-assed job on taking my previous polish off. When I told her she was hurting me, she told me that my polish was in my cuticles and she needed to get it out. Needless to say, she still didnt get all of it off. She made a ding in my acrylic and said it was my fault cause I moved when I didnt move an inch. My nails are filled crooked. I could care less about my nails being this bad cause my normal shop will fix them, Im more upset about the horrible customer service. Especially when myself and the entire bridal party paid a good chunk of money.

I only gave this location one star because The site wouldnt allow NO STARS Ive been to this location three times and each time I experienced a different manicurist. I have also left each time before try could finish because of a poor job! I can imagine people are wondering well why go back a third time. Well I was informed by the manager on my second round to come in and just you ask for me and I make it right welp here is time three! I wear a stiletto nail and sns red! When the manicurist took over an hour to even get to the top coat phase I informed her that I do not wear my nails round at all at this point she began to file them square!! I also believed that she would buff my nails even--- ahhhhhhh No have bumping uneven not my style nails and I told her to stop I will do the rest at home this is not at all what I want and Im sorry thank you for your time and efforts maam but Im sorry. She said oh okay you do at home and that was it!!! If you want a comfortable chair to sit in along with pounding noise employees stopping what they are doing with you to talk on the phone about the big Vietnamese New Years party and so on or to do a shes regular you mind I do her quick I mean the beat goes on!!! Not to mention I believe their products are old due to the fact that sns nail set only lasts about six days.... Im so disappointed in this location. Ill roll the die some place else.

Worst place ever! I had acrylic nails put on and the white part is crooked and sloppy. She sloppily added the shiny polish at the end. It was obvious the lady just didnt care!!!!
