Nails are chipping and breaking off. Its only been one day. I am not happy at all and feel like I wasted my money. Aside from a job well done, (which I thought) turned out to be the complete opposite.

It seems theyre rushing without being effective and quality is less than acceptable. Pedicure was one of worst one I ever had in a long time. My feet are not bad except for cuticles on my toes. Well the tech didnt even clean out my toes only cut nails without even smoothing the edges. I went to this place because of the reviews, but pretty disappointed now. Im giving it a 3 star because the refill was not bad, rushed but average.

Loved this nail salon as they got a friend and I in service right as we walked in with no appointment. My nail tech was very quick and made sure I got the right design. The place is very clean and the staff is very outgoing! A few of my nails (about 2) came out a little bit thicker and longer than others, but not super noticeable. Will definitely be coming back soon.

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!! I left 1 star because google won’t let me not put any. My roommate went here to get her nails done and they ripped her off $100 worth. All she wanted was a simple french manicure but the tech refused to do so. After picking something she didn’t want, my roommate was left with the paint sticking to her skin and uneven nails. She begged for the tech to take them off but the tech refused service. At this point she was left to pay $100 for a poorly done manicure and mediocre pedicure. A day after the service the nails already chipped off because of the poor job that was done on them. This is the worst nail salon you could possibly go to. Please do not waste your time and money here.

Best fingernail shape Ive gotten and the dip powder came out so well. But my hands had all the leftover residue from the previous manicure I had and were rough and dry. He literally squirted lotion in my hand and said rub it in which seems odd for even a basic manicure 😂 but okay. I paid $105 for dip powder manicure, and gel pedicure with one toenail extension so I would definitely say they are one of the pricier places Ive been. Im happy with how my nails look, but I probably will not revisit because it was pricey for the overall experience.

Two of my friends and I went to Cedar Park today (an hour away from where we live) to get our nails done. After trying two nail salons with no luck (due to a lack of availability on a busy saturday morning) we finally found Bally Nails & Spa. They were able to fit in all three of us at once for dip nails! The customer service was great, the man working the front desk was very friendly and helpful. All of our nail technicians were friendly and talented. My only complaint is that the dip powder nail samples were almost a completely different color from what the actual dip looked like on the nails. However the color ended up looking really nice so I can’t really complain. Overall a great experience and we will definitely be back soon!

My 8 year old daughter and I had a lovely experience at Bally Nails today. We hadnt been in since prior to covid in 2020. Was a wonderful break. Pedicure was heavenly and not rushed and my nails are perfect for my upcoming work travel. We will be back.

This is an alright nail spot. My nails turned out fine but my daughters nail had lumps and bumps and I had to bring her back to get them fixed. We did let them know before we left however the nail tech was arguing with my 15-year-old daughter that she had asked her if she liked them. But we had been there a few hours and just decided to come back another day to have them fixed. We came back 2 days later and the receptionist recognized us. However, they did give us a discount and charged me full price for her nails and take off $60. I paid the $60 plus tip (cause it was not the naik techs issue) but thats the last penny they will get from us. Needs to work on customer service.

I am so very pleased with my mani and pedi! They did a phenomenal job! I showed a picture of how I wanted my nails designed and with a personal touch, they came out looking better that the photo I showed. This was my 1st time at Bally but no where near my last. The atmosphere was professional and inviting. I definitely recommend Bally Nails & Spa!

Bally FIXED a BAD nail job and made my hands look great again! SO GRATEFUL ! I have been with this salon since it opened; I ventured out severa times to other places & ALWAYS regret that!!! Bally is by far the best around this area.

This was my first visit to Bally Nails. A very nice setup and the staff were also very nice. The service was also good, but I did not make it one day on my vacation and my nails started chipping and the cuticles looked bad. I paid $180 with tip for their deluxe manicure and pedicure. It was a 2 hour treat. However, I had to take time out of my vacation to go to the spa, since my nails looked so bad. I am out of town for 2 weeks. It is the most I have ever paid for spa services and not happy with the results. For whatever reason they did a better job on my toes.

The lady that did my toes rushed doing my feet and she was hurting me when she was clipping my toes . They are very pricey I will ever come back here .

I made an appointment for a full set at 4. I got there early at 330 so i could soak off and wasnt seen until about 415 by a lady who didnt seem like she wanted to be there. She wasnt friendly, she told me a short coffin wouldnt look right, she yanked at my hand the whole time, and then when i asked her to clean under the nail her attitude got more exasperated. And after being there for an hour and a half i didnt feel conformable asking for any sort of design and just wanted to get out of there. I probably wont be back.

Not worth the price.I got a SNS with tip and it was $70 they told me cutting my cuticles was not included which is outrageous. Then I got gel pedicure they charged me $5 to soak off the gel I had and paid $50ish. I’ve traveled the world had my nails done in many states and the was by far the worst value for price. I don’t mind paying for what it’s worth but my toe & nail polish is uneven and there’s a chip on my second toe. It is clean and they are professional but other than that, it’s a bust!Keep driving! Don’t go girl trust me!

Everyone is very nice. I had gotten a gift card from a friend to try this place out. I went with my step daughter. We loved it so much I came back and brought both of my step daughters to enjoy this place. We all left with exactly what we wanted.

Ken was a newer employee who did my nails. I’m never one to be picky about stuff and this place has a great atmosphere so I’m sure I would have had a better experience if someone else did my nails. But he rushed, was rough, and didn’t even ask me which scent I wanted for the oil massage. He only just put the hot towels on before he took them off. Hot towels are my favorite and I enjoy them heating up my skin for a while! And so when he did the towels for my arms I had to tug on the towel before he understood I wanted him to stop and leave them there. My legs only enjoyed (I kid you not) 10-15 seconds of the heat. When I mentioned it to the lady who checked me out she argued with me saying they take them off when they cool. I know those towels had tons of heat left. This is just one example. The massage itself was less than five minutes even after I opted for a longer massage instead of hot stones. But he was so rough and I could just tell he wanted to hurry the process. The nails took even quicker and he hurt me when the cuticles were done.You guys have so much going for you, I will be back to see if someone other than Ken can do a much much better job. But I will not let him do my nails again. If it isn’t a five star next time, then I’ll take my business elsewhere.

Miley observed and bravely went after the task will all her talent up forward. Her talent blew me away but her willingness and mission to listen to my guidance as I talked her through the manicure the ways the other manicurist performed, has now, set her apart from all the rest of my former experiences with other manicurists. Just left after my second visit here. Miley did the BEST job anyone has ever done on my nails. I’ve never been so happy with them. This was my second time in and everyone I’ve talked to has always been super nice. I will definitely be back!

Came in last night over an hour before closing, and the girls were clearly very, very annoyed. My friend and I got pedicures and the girls working on our toes were extremely unfriendly, unpleasant, and obviously did not want us there. When we walked in they were doing each other nails, and just seemed so mad that we even came in. They did a decent job with the pedicures, and the male working was quite nice and brought us wine and wished us happy holidays, but it was just so uncomfortable to be so clearly unwanted by the girls doing our nails. They sincerely didn’t smile one time.

This was my first time getting my fingernails done! They did an amazing job on my sisters when she went a few weeks ago. I am very happy with my nails and plan on going back again!

Very poor customer service. The technician tried to use his fingernails on my cuticles. And, they put my hands in a bowl of acetone to remove old nail polish. Pedicure was just sloppy.Overall poor use of my Sunday afternoon and money.

Ive been coming to Bally Nails & Spa for a while, and everyone does a good job. Theyre all so nice and friendly. The last two times Miley has done my nails, and she does an AMAZING job. Definitely the best SNS nails Ive ever gotten.

Exactly what this new mom needed for relaxation! I got the Chamomile pedicure it smells amazing! Feels even better! It came with a hot stone massage and hot towel wrap and a hot wax soak. Didnt feel rushed at all. Great job on my gel nails. You could tell the guy was very focused on doing a good job making sure there was no mistakes and corrected any that were there. Best nail salon I have ever been too. I dont do these often but Ill definitely come again! I dont usually write reviews but this place was just too good to not. Complimentary drinks. Fairly good english. The desk lady had the best english.

Don’t go to this place. Not friendly staff and my nails chipped in less than 3 days. I didn’t do dishes or anything to damage them. I called and spoke to the owner “Kevin” and asked for my money back with no success. Never had this happened to me and I feel like they need more training. In the meantime save your money and time and go somewhere else. Please Bally Nails once again, refund my money as I’m in the process of reporting your business. Thank you.

Everyone was very nice and the place looked very clean. The only thing was that I asked for a white color (SNS) and the guy used a pink base so my nails where not white. Also, they didn’t last.

The lovely smell of mango! While, getting a Signature Pedicure. They gave me such a great experience. With the skilled staff being able to pull off a great massage. and removing all of my callus and cuticles. I Love the flawless polish. I highly recommend Bally Nails and spa very affordable price and talent staff.

Came in to get a basic SNS done with a small filing of my nails. My nails are not even filed evenly and have jagged edges to them. The color looks wavy/bumpy and uneven. There is still product under my nails and around my nails they wasn’t even cleaned off. I have black specs on the color as well. My nail tech was rushing and going so quickly as though trying to get to the next client but there wasn’t anyone else there. I wouldn’t recommend this salon on those reasons.

Very nice salon. Moderately priced. Had Signature pedi with extra leg massage. It was divine! Valerie was my nail tech, and she did a terrific job.

Valerie provided the best SNS service Ive ever had. Her technique and attention to detail gave me a great looking manicure. I will request her next time I go!

I had the worse experience here! Was told, the entire time the tech was painting my nails, that the color would change when my hands were warm and dry?! Only after she had finished all the coats of polish, she selected the wrong color. I told her I wanted my original color and they instructed me to come back later. I told them I wouldnt have time and needed the color changed at that time and thats when things got bad. The tech and manager were angry, she hacked up my cuticles (to the point of bleeding), cut under the nails on my skin, and painted so fast I had polish all over my skin. When I told them this wasnt the experience I had hoped for he said next time we will try to do better! No sorry for making me bleed, using the wrong color, or anything. I will NOT be going back here, ever again. 😞😞

I loved this place as my go-to nail place when I made appointments with Miley. I found out this week that she left there and I am bummed. I made an appointment with Ken (their suggestion) and he was rough and it hurt when he took off my SNS. I found him argumentative when explaining the shape I liked and honestly after a few days of the SNS it is starting to buckle from the cuticle.Wish I knew where Miley went or they had suggested a better SNS nail tech.

Was looking forward to coming here since all the great reviews. Unfortunately I will never know because the prices here are way too high! Man told me 50 bucks JUST for manicure with glitter. No thank you

My appointment was scheduled with Ken at 4:30 pm.Ken was not ready at 4:30. I was initially serviced by another technician who cut my nails too short and didnt bother to check. Ken finally came over to work on my nails. My issue is with the lack of concern to the attention I received from Ken while doing my nails. He was more concerned with running the shop and other clients than the time I was getting from him. This is the worst visit Ive had since I began coming to this shop. As much as I have liked the work that Ken has done in the past, I found this visit a bit appalling. I will give Ken and Bally Nails & Spa another opportunity to make up for this poor visit. Also, talking negatively about your clients in vietnamese is certainly not professional. Technician shouldnt assume the customer doesnt understand whats being said.The response you sent sounds very generic and doesnt address the concern. Not only was the attention I received for a so-called appt. not met, having staff talk rudely about you in vietnamese should certainly be addressed. This is NOT acceptable!!!

I had appt for Janny she wasnt there today said ( so why make app??)her mom did my nails and they dont look good does bubbles in the paint the stones are off like an even I just wasnt very satisfied they dont want to refund me you can clearly see the bubbles and the lumps on my nails my pinky is shaped round and the others are square it really looks bad. Just dont go here

Favorite place to get a pedicure. I left a cooler wine bag there in February and when I went back in April they remembered me and gave it back. Funny, engaging, professional and high quality!

Visiting from Dallas, went to this place with a friend. I get my nails done once a month and I got the best manicure and pedicure that Ive had in a very long time. They dont rush their work, quality & service are top notch here.

Went here with my family to get pedicures and relax. We waited a while and they started all of us at different times and it was very unorganized. On top of that, some workers started talking bad about us and didn’t realize that someone in our group understood what they were saying. Very unprofessional and overall not a great experience.

THE WORST. They are pushy and do a horrendous job. Im sure they are skilled - they just dont care!First they try to upsell the services - I hate those effing menus - and then they treat you like youre a nuisance when you insist on just opting for the regular, which she pointed out doesnt include scrubbing the bottoms of your feet. Thats a first! I also had a French manicure. Bad idea. It came out all crooked and messy like I did it myself. I drove straight to another nail salon to have them fix it. A waste of money and a nice afternoon - I was pissed. Avoid this place! Stick with the hole-in-the-wall 1980s-decorated nail salons that know what theyre doing and care about your business.

Normally nail salons have terrible smells. But this one so nice to visit. The owner did my nails and he’s a gem to talk to. They’re quick, did a beautiful job and I’ll be visiting them again when it’s time for my peti, mani time.

I went in just the other day to get my nails done and two of them already broke. i have done anything but go out of town. Kevin is very rude he keeps up charging me. And his wife mia or whatever cut my cuticle. i advise you not to go to this place. very bad attitude and customer service. if there was no star i would put it.

Went in for pedi and SNS. Pedi was ok but girl taking off my nails hurt me so bad. She had no idea what she was doing. With my nails off and all the old glue left on I left for I didnt want anymore pain. There are ALOT better salons. Guy that owns the place has a attitude as well like were bothering him. I went because of the rating but this is the worst place Ive gone to in my 30 years of getting my nails done.

Ok pedicure. Did not spend much time removing rough skin. Horrible massage. Not sure if instruments were clean because everything they used were from open bags.

Very pushy, I tried to point out a problem and the older lady slapped my hand away and said I will get to it. She asked 3 times if I was sure I wanted the color I chose, on top of the fact its extra to get your feet scrubbed. I mentioned my problem to the manager about the visit and he said what you want me to do? As if he doesnt know how to handle a complaint. My 6 y/o was with me and asked why was the lady so mean? About the lady doing my pedicure. That should say it all about my visit if my 6 year old noticed how bad it was!

Husband and I went in to relax for awhile with a pedi. Husband paid over $50 for an 18 minute pedi that was not even close to relaxing. I had someone that took her time and it was amazing. Had to convince my husband to try a new place but this will not be it!! My girl tried to make it right and spent some time on him but the damage was already done. People who came in before us and got the basic pedi were finished way after him. Total waste of time for him.

I received a gift card to Queens Nails in Cedar Park. I went there on New Years Eve and got a French Manicure however, it was a terrible job. I even informed the girl but she didnt say anything- just smiled. I dont think she understood me. The next day I went to Bally Nails and showed them my nails. Ballys agreed that my nails looked terrible and I even needed to have more cuticle removed. Ballys did a terrific job and I would not ever go anywhere else. The place is clean, friendly, and professional! Queens does not even compare to Ballys standards. Do yourself a favor and go to Ballys for a professional/clean manicure. The place is immaculate. Had a pedicure and a new set of solar nails and Im very happy with their service. The menu of services are a little confusing since they have so many options but my experience was good.
