HONEST and UPFRONT STAFF! Went in to get my brakes inspected and was bracing myself for a chain brake shop experience. You know the experience I am talking about....everything is wrong and you need to pay for a bunch of other items we found during the inspection that have nothing to do with your brakes or are really intended to scare the uninformed consumers into paying for unnecessary repairs or replacement. Nothing of the sort here, they inspected my brakes, told me they were great and to have them checked again in about 10000 miles or unless I had an issue. No charge to take a look, even took the tires off to inspect. Thats integrity and I can tell you who is getting my business for that upcoming 10000 mile brake check....this crew!

They were extremely friendly here. Unfortunately though they did not fix what they had explained to me needed to be fixed when I went in. I drive a 2016 4Runner that was in need of new brakes including new Calibers. I went in May 13th in order to get those Calibers replaced because I was told that my problem ultimately would not be fixed until those were replaced. I paid over $700 thinking that those Calibers were being replaced. I know nothing about cars so I trusted they knew what they were doing. Well I brought my car in to a different location today and they tell me that my Calibers need to be replaced AGAIN. That’s weird, I just got them replaced…Turns out they NEVER replaced my Calibers like I had given the okay to replace and even called in advance so they could order the parts. Instead they did a bunch of other stuff that I did NOT give the okay for and that is pointless because the Calibers were the ultimate problem. My question is why did I pay over $700 for stuff that I did NOT ask for? And now I am paying an ADDITIONAL $300 to fix what should have been fixed months ago. Thank god the new location was willing to help me with your guy’s mistake. Just beware when you go here and make sure to check your receipt they give you.

Manager was awesome, explained what needed to be done right away, and what was still in good working order. Didn’t spend a lot bringing the vehicle back to safe driving condition. Will use cedar park shop again.

Staff was friendly and upfront about how long the service would take. I love that you get 1/2 off oil change every other service. Only thing i dislike is that you can’t stay in the car like other places.

I went there for oil change and brake check. The guys were easy to work with. They changed the oil and filter and didnt try to oversell anything saying my break pads are still good. The only advise I have is to put water and coffee in the waiting room.

I scheduled my appointment with Lee to have a full brake job done in my 2016 BMW X5. Dan and his team of professionals did a fantastic job. Before doing the work they reviewed the condition of all brake pads, rotors, lines, etc. They took the time to explain everything to me that needed to be, as well as recommended things that would improve safety and performance. Ive brought several of my vehicles to Dan, even a Mercedes that needed brakes the day after I purchased it. LOLI highly recommend Brake Check to everyone! Lifetime brake pads are amazing! These guys were fantastic! During a drive around town, an under carriage protection panel came loose, and was banging around on the bottom of our SUV. We swung into this location to see if they might be able to help us and despite not having an appointment, all of the bays being full, and all of the mechanics being engaged, they quickly squeezed us in and we able to remove the offending panel in less than five minutes. They were polite, professional, attendant to all COVID protocols, and extremely understanding when they easily could have made us wait for an open spot during their already packed day. Thank you for the help, and we will definitely be bringing our vehicles back for services the next time they need them!!

I am very disappointed in my latest experience. I had a complete brake overhaul conducted back in late September, rotors turned, pads replaced with free lifetime replacement. Well the pads lasted 8000 miles. I go back in to get a quick pad replacement and they tell me that I have to have about $500 worth of repairs. Included in that was resurfacing the rotors which was just done roughly 7 months ago. If I dont pay them $400 for the recommended repairs then they will no longer honor the warranty. On top of that my free pads cost me $90 in labor charges. **Update 04/20/21 - After reaching out to Corporate I was sent to another store location for a follow up. We resolved my noise issue and everything seems to be OK for now. Glad to see the company stand behind their work in the end.

They fixed my brakes last year and did a great job! This year I hear them sounding like theyre broken again. When I bring them in they end up telling me the brakes are completely fine. There was just a loose part that was knocking around making noise. They didnt charge me at all which I was super grateful for!I have been to places that would have easily just charged me for new brakes and called it a day. But they were honest and professional. Ive got tie rods replacement and I went to Cedar Park brake check for alligment for my bmw. They are done the job and I got my car back. Alligment was extremely off. My car was going to right side when steering wheel straight. I thought it happens we all humanbeing. I went to the store again and they did alligment second time. My car is still same. I am really disappointed. I dont want to go 3rd time again. I know nothing will change! My car is like never had alligment. 75 dollars and time waste.

Lee & team were hands down amazing!! When a local Austin dealership completely dropped the ball on our work van brake repair, these guys came to rescue. The other establishment had our van for 3 days and still didnt have the parts needed to replace our rear breaks & rotors. Every day our van is non-operational we are loosing money. I called Brake Check, they took me in immediately and managed to get the parts they needed from another store here to get us safely operational . Worst possible experience. I took my car here for a routine alignment after getting new tires and they did a horrible job. The tech looked like he had never done an alignment. First of all the steering was off center to the right when I bought it in and they completely flipped that steering to the left and when I asked what happened, the response was that they didnt do anything that could have changed the steering. Also they messed with the camber and toe of the vehicle making almost impossible to steer the vehicle. When I asked to correct the problem they said they cant do anything about the alignment.

Ive taken my car here before and everything turned out fine but this time when I went they completely disregarded the ride height of my car and tried to send it up a ramp and smacked the frame rails even though it was obviously too low (I could see from the lobby). No one even looked to see if it would clear the ramp. My frame rails have seen better days but this should be a no brainer. Finally got my car keys back and drive home and double checked my engine bay just in case. They left a puddle of oil in my engine bay and left my windshield washer fluid reservoir open. Well I guess you get what you pay for but im not taking my car back here.

Lee was awesome. Went in because I didn’t know what was going on with my brakes on my 2012 Honda Civic Si, and he quickly got the car in and on a stand. He pulled everything off and showed me what was going on, and why my brakes were acting the way they were. He was super knowledgeable and the guys here are not pushy at all. I still need to replace my rotors, but they went over everything with me and provided options. I will be back in two weeks to get my rotors changed out since my experience was so good. Came in without an appointment but they got me in anyway. I was in and out in a jiffy and they did a great job with the alignment.

The buy 3 oil changes get the 4th free ended up becoming no longer existent and I was not aware of that. So I argued with them that the manager told me my next one was free. So the manager in training said they did away with that. Then when they said that my first oil change was purchased with a 20% off coupon which voids part of the deal for the buy 3 program so l wouldve had to buy 5 oil changes. Such a scam place.
