September 13/2021I took my Chevy suburban for battery problem.The owner of auto Shope told me to replace Alternator and the battery, that cost $889.I told him I have alternator charge me for labor his wife aggressively asking me if you don’t take our part we will charge you for diagnosis battery $75.They charged to install 1 alternator $150 to diagnosis $75 total $225.This Is rip off.his wife is very Aggressive and angry for anything Question customer asked her.#I’m encouraging all my friends and fellow Americans it’s better to go other mechanical shop or any dealer rather than this Disrespectful and overcharging greedy Korean shop.

My car had 12k miles and was only 8 months old when I came here. The car was taken here by the body shop after a rear end collision that required an alignment. I had to return 3 times afterwards because the car was still not right. In the initial alignment, the rear right toe was out of spec.I picked the car up the next day. The steering wheel had to be turned a little to the right. The printout also showed that the rear right toe was out of spec, so I returned the next day to have these issues corrected. This time, they were able to get the rear right toe in spec, but now the total rear toe was out of spec. Before leaving, I asked them why the total rear toe was out of spec. They told me that since the car was not brand new, it wouldnt be able to be aligned to spec! Unbelievable.I took it back to the body shop, and they decided to replace any remaining rear suspension parts, to rule out any underlying causes. The body shop took it to them a 3rd time, and they were able to align the car to spec. However, the steering wheel was still slightly to the right when going straight.The body shop spoke to them on my behalf, and they agreed that they would fix it. I made an appointment and returned. I was very calm and patient, I explained that the steering was still slightly off. The alignment mechanic came out and immediately started shouting at me, saying that I need to just go to the dealership, they did everything right, they dont know why I keep coming back. They insisted that I was wrong about my steering wheel, and that they were not at fault whatsoever. I simply requested that they only align the front two wheels and get the steering wheel straight. It didnt warrant such an angry responseI ended up taking it to a dealership, and the steering wheel was at 0.09 degrees to the right. (Spec is -0.05 to 0.05) Clearly, A Plus did not do a proper job aligning the car. They refused to acknowledge their poor service and yelled at me for pointing out their errors.See my images below. The steering wheel is how they kept giving the car to me. When driving straight, the wheel was slightly to the right. The printouts are from the first 3 alignments I got from them, and the other one is the one that the dealer did properly.Do not bring your car here. Go elsewhere.******EDIT******Notice how any time a customer gives their negative review, they refuse to take responsibility for their actions. They blame the customer. They responded to me saying that they gave me good customer service. I dont think screaming at the customer is good service. I cant expect my car to drive straight after an alignment? Why was the other shop able to get my car aligned properly and driving straight in less than an hour? Avoid this shop!

I made an appointment over the phone for my car Inspection. I had an emergency so I called them hour and half before the appointment to let them know and and reschedule.The person who answered the phone told me, I have to come and pay in person before she can reschedule..Thats nonsense!She was siunded very unprofessional and rude!

I purchased this service on Groupon and they charge me three times so I reached out to my bank to find out how can I dispute the charges I was told by my bank to contact them when I contacted them the receptionist was very rude and disrespectful I asked to speak to the manager or the owner he would not speak to me instead he sent a young black man to speak with me to explain the extra fees that they were trying to charge me before they did any service to my car so I canceled my appointment with Them and contact Groupon about a refund I received a message from my bank stating that my refund was not processed due to force charges when I spoke with my bank they notified me that the business force charges on my card three different times so I’m asking that anyone and quiet serverDo not use their service I don’t need to contact Groupon the bank said you force the charges your disrespectful rude and multi other things and I am going to make sure that you get no service at your place of business

If I can give a 0 star I will. The lady at the front desk is very rude. I really dont understand what her problem is but very very rude. Poor service. Never will I take my car there. I will advise anyone to re-think before going there.

We brought our car in without an appointment and were lucky to be seen. The personable mechanic took the time to examine the issue and determined that we didnt need to spend any money on the vehicle. We would come back for future service needs!

My father have the awful experience to go to this place to do Alignment on a 2007 Mercedes 320 Diesel, as soon as he came to ask! the owner said he will do it for $100, but he ask to pay first. My father said ok..he pay the $100$ The owner check the car and did whatever and said he couldn’t do the alignment because the car is to old and said Shock springs needs to be fix to go elsewhere to get it fix and come back to him to do the alignment for”free” My father ask him to give the money back since he did not do anything to the car and he Refuse to give the money back and he started to argue and yelling at him. My father Decide to call the police but as soon he said he was calling the police, they closed the shop. This place is very unprofessional. PEOPLE CHECK TWICE BEFORE GOING TO THIS AWFUL PLACE. They make sure their packed is filled first, and costumer just have to walk Away, If got the service or not, he only touched the car to make it WORSE. I’m scrolling down the reviews and a lot people have about same issues with this place and all I see they never accepted They were wrong, all they said is: “costumers are wrong and you unprofessionals are RIGH.”

This place is a new shop but not the owner/mechanic when it comes to auto repair. I found out that he has nearly 20 years of experience in the world of automobile and it shows. He definitely knows what he is doing and is also very honest. He is not a native here so his English may not sound perfect but his skills are!! Knowledge, skills, and honesty = the winning formula. There are many car repair shops around here but I am very happy I found this place.

Took my SUV in for a brake noise. Showed me what was wrong. Recommended additonal fuel line flush and brake line flush. Estimate was very reasonable and now my SUV runs more smoothly than when I first got it. Im very satisfied with this visit and I am not going back to my old mechanic.

Great service, got my sun roof fixed fast 5 stars on that, so I gave them a try and and asked for a quote to do a number of things on my used car. Charged me for a diagnostic fee, then gave me outrageous prices on labor, try to RIP me off and I will never go back+ you get a bad review, learn a lesson here, its not worth it. They quoted me $700+ and I had it done with another shop for $300

This place is the worse! Rude and ignorant. Fixed my front bumper but damaged my rear bumper. Brought it to their attention and almost had to fight the owner. However, I will see them in court. DO NOT EVER GO HERE.. I have more pictures and video of my vehicle that my lawyer has now. Your surveillance video will be summoned as well. That particular picture was from my Google photos that I just pulled up. Its ok. You and your husband will be served.

Seriously, if I could give this place 0 stars, that would have been my option. Bought a Groupon for a conventional oil change for $19.00 valued at $51.00. Instructions state you should call ahead to make an appointment. They NEVER answer the phone & the voicemail box is full. So I simply show up one day. Im standing right outside the office door & call. Im watching the woman at the desk ignore the phone. When I mention to her that Ive been calling trying to make an appointment she flat out liedand said shes probably on another call.Red flag #1 Next I try to make an appointment. I make it for 4:45 but then she says well can you come earlier because lube guy gets off at 5. Well no, I cant come earlier, thats why I made that appointment. So lets do Saturday morning. Cant use Groupon on Saturday. No where does it say that. Red flag #2. Next is make & model of car. I have an almost 10 year old American made car. Have had plenty of oil changes but was told that I needed a special filter that would be an additional $9.00. I say no where on the voucher does it mention that. It says extra for more than 5qts of oil & European cars. I can get a filter from an auto parts store for $6.50. She say oh well have to call Groupon to fix that. I say fine & dandy but this is what it says when I bought this one & you should honor it. She told me I could always get a refund from Groupon & thats exactly what I did. They must have thought an idiot from outer space had just walked in & wouldnt realize the scam they were trying to pull. I only wish Id read the previous reviews before I bought it. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!

Excellent work. Fast. No waiting at the time I went for a 4 wheel alignment that would have cost me $$$ at the dealer and anywhere else over $200 was under $60 imagine that! I was given the sale price lower than anyone elses in Catonsville. Great service. I was given a full report including the test measurements before and after the alignment. And the work as within tight factory specs.

Over the past 12 months, ive taken a 03 Galant and my girlfriends (now gone) 12 Nissan versa. From fixing my a/c to giving her a serious tune up, their prices have been fair and their work has been top notch. Would recommend. Turn around time is good too!

Do not even waste your time with this place. Customer service is horrible. Very dishonest. I basically paid them to tell me they were unable to do the work I needed because of other things I was unaware of at the time but could return at no charge. Made a 2nd appt and was told I had to now pay again. Find yourself an honest mechanic or shop and skip these thieves.

I went in for a oil change on my 2011 VW Eos and what an experience! I was greeted by the owners immediately and their enthusiasm was contagious! Not only did they change my oil right away but when the car was done, they walked me out to the car and opened the hood. And what a surprise! They have cleaned under the hood as well! It was as if I had a brand new car! I thought I needed new brake as well because it made screeching noise but Mr. Kim told me it was just brake dust and that I had a few months left still. When the time comes, I will be back for sure. Thank you, Mr. Kim!

A Plus is F Minus as far as I am concerned. I tried to make an appointment to redeem a groupon for an alignment and the receptionist was rude, uninformed and very unhelpful. I got a lot of bureaucratic questions about groupon, as if it was something never before heard of, and ill informed questions about the service - I had a groupon for an alignment, I asked for an alignment, why do I need to explain WHAT and alignment is???? If they dont know how come they are selling them????Wish I could give NEGATIVE stars!

Its was lot of hype about this place on facebook...They are supposed to be under new management..Well i have to tell you the most expensive place Ive ever been to..I could found a much cheaper place in Washington DC...They tried to charge me $275 for each for lowe ball joints and lador $375...He said he is cheaper than the dealer lies.I call papa they said they have the parts for $150 a piece...They will up charge you...Then they said they will check the car out for free but if you dont do the work with them they will charge you $70 to look at the your vechile. They knew they werent right this place sucks

They over charge and lie. They told that if I fixed a part on my car they would do my alignment again for free. I had to call them back for a quote, that they didnt give me at the shop. And it was way over priced.
