I bought annual membership. However, my husband job transferred to GA just a few months after purchasing. I emailed that we were moving and even asked if they had a location near us so that I could utilize my membership that I had already paid for. Nothing near me. They still automatically charged my debit card for another year! I can’t get anyone to answer my phone calls or return my calls. I’m so upset. Think twice before you give them your cc info. They had no right to continue to charge me when I have been gone for 6-7 months! I’m furious and I would not recommend them because of their lack of communication. They should have SOMEONE answering the phone!

Best dentist offices ever. Been going for 19 years! They are wonderful, professional and so kind! Thank you Dr. Riccobene for all you do for your patients in all of your locations and for the folks in the communities you serve!

My family has been coming here for years. Cleanings, fillings, crowns, etc. State of the art, customer friendly, and skilled. Highly recommend.

Bad service is all they did a good job at my visit to the Wake Forest office. Had a problem with billing issue and the office manager Christie was uncaring, rude, and made it clear that she didnt have the time to handle my concern. I will not use them for my dental needs in the future.
