Terrible experience ! front desk is all new i am assuming, made me wait 10 minutes in front of their face and were ignoring me. Kept forgetting to check me in. Never pulled up my referral. Staff constantly argued and showed attitude when we nicely asked them to pull up referral as well as my other dentists email. Dentist as well as ENTIRE staff had no idea what they were supposed to do on patient. They were asking patient whether they are here for X-ray, cleaning, etc when I had a referral that was never checked. Even then I wasn’t too bothered until they pulled up the bill. They tried to make me pay for the X-rays I had done which was covered completely by my insurance. They also tried to claim I had cleaning done and tried to make me pay for that when that was never done. Experience kept getting WORSE and WORSE as things were going especially because staff had nasty attitude entire time. Had very high hopes for this place. Only after the dentist found out what was going on she was apologetic. Staff needs to be worked on for communication and TRAINING!

Just a heads up, billing seems to be super unorganized. Was sent a bill last week for an office visit I had with them 2 years ago because of an error on their part. Not great a way to do business in my opinion. Definitely left a bad taste in my mouth (no pun intended). For real though, won’t be back and can’t recommend their services.

Everyone in there was cool and chill to be around and did three cavities in 45 minutes. They’re great at what they do to say the least.

I have pretty severe anxiety about going to see a dentist but the people there were very accommodating and asking me what they could do to help easy my anxiety. Everyone was very nice and made it easy to understand what was going to be happening. I would feel okay trying to go back to them.

Everything about my experience was amazing. From the receptionist who scheduled my appointment all the way down the line to the dentist. I could write a book about how great this place is & this is coming from someone who was extremely anxious. They are patient, kind, knowledgeable & friendly. Always short staffed and never keeps appointment time. they tell you on the reminder message that you need to get there 15mins before time then you end up waiting at the reception for 30mins. may be they mean you go 15 mins late. no co-ordination at the front , you call them to fill in a prescription of a med you r supposed to take before a procedure get to the pharmacy & was not called in .

What a great dental experience. Everyone was kind and professional. The dentist was right on time and was knowledgeable, kind, and explained everything.

I called 3 times to check on the processingfor my insurance to get scheduled for a cleaning and they kept saying they’d call back but never did. I received a letter from my insurance saying my coverage was denied because they failed to send information over to my insurance. I’m annoyed because it didn’t seem to matter how many times I got in touch with someone, nobody ever got back to me or cared. So as nice as they were the first visit they are extremely unhelpful when it comes to communication/communicating with your insurance provider. It’s been 1.5 months and they still haven’t reached out to me after calling multiple times.

They got me in last minute for an extraction! I had an painful exposed nerve and the process was nearly painless. The staff was all very sweet and the doctor has been the best dentist I have been to thus far. I will definitely be returning for comprehensively visits!

This is the worst dentist office! The front desk staff are not competent and when there is an issue with scheduling they shrug and say they are just filling in. I was actually told by one of them that I am delusional. I was made to feel like an inconvenience. The Dentist was good which is the only positive thing about them.

I had to get two cavities filled it took 3 hours for no reason! I got there at 5:50 my appointment was at 6 I didn’t get called back till 6:15 waited in that room till 6:45 then finally got numbed and then finished the first cavity at 8, then wait another 15 mins to get the second one done snd got done at 9!! They have horrible communication. Save your money and find somewhere else

Worst Dental experience. I had an appointment for cleaning. But they wasted an hour and fifteen minutes on measurement and none scenes stuff. Then they decided that I need a deep cleaning with an extra $223.20 out of pocket. I think one star is too much too.

So when I come here there is always a change of staff , but never with the Manger who is there. First must I say ever time that I reach out about an bill I’m always getting “she just left” or “she isn’t in for the day” but I’m always looking back to hear from her. I called last night after suffering in agony with a broken wisdom tooth for three days. I had an appointment with Capital Oral Surgery that charged $100 non refundable consultation that lasted less than 5 minutes and was billed 1,235 for a removal with anesthesia. With Covid that is near impossible for me.Within minutes of calling I was scheduled and in the office less than half an hour later. The front desk staff was super kind and patient as well as sensing my urgency to be seen. On arrival the office is clean, fashionable and soothing. I was seen X-ray and surgery done in less than 20 minutes. Dr. Nasir was so kind and attentive to my pain levels while getting the removal done effortlessly and painlessly. I will be changing my dental work to this office alone from here on out. So grateful to the staff and Dr!!!!!! Thank you so much! I woke up today with zero pain and minimal soreness 😊😊

Night & Day Dental is great. I love the hours of operation, because I dont have to use personal hours from work to come here. The office staff is also great. Theyre warm and welcoming, along with being professional.

This was our second time in here for my daughter to get some work done.. The girl working the front desk working directly with clients was without a mask and had no problem with it.. And on top of that she kept getting tissues to wipe her nose.. Amd touching everything and not once did i see her sanitize her hands.. I was by far disappointed in this visit and the lack of safety they are taking..

The best dental team ever and I had a super dentist in LA who retired and one in NC who retired! Everyone at Night & Day is very professional, friendly, safe, smart and thorough. This is the second time Ive had an emergency with tooth pain and the 2nd tooth Ive had pulled and both dentists were outstanding, each time I had zero pain. I like how the assistant tapped my left arm when the dentist was giving me the numbing anesthesia shots after topical anesthesia. I like how they go over options and what I want done, what they suggest and their pricing. I think their prices are fair.I recommend this practice in Cary. Even if you dont have insurance, they will work with you and they said their prices are reduced with no dental insurance. Im going to recommend this practice to my parents who are in their 80s as they have no dental insurance. What an outstanding dental practice!

I was seen in the Cary office on three separate occasions, by three separate dentists and addressed the same issue with each of them. Each dentist looked at my X-rays and gave me a different explanation and treatment option, contradicting the dentist before them. I can’t decide if I’m alarmed by the lack of knowledge or suspicious by the lack of consistency with my care. Needles to say I went to a different office where I now feel much more comfortable.During my last visit, I was told before I came in for the appointment that the visit was covered by my insurance. After my appointment, the office called me serval times and sent me a bill in the mail claiming I had a balance. I had the good sense to cross check my EOB, and low and behold, I did not owe a penny. I called the office back to address the matter and they insisted I owed them an additional $25. It wasn’t until I told her that my EOB reflected that my insurance already paid the amount in full , she back peddled and said they made a mistake. They charged me for the contracted amount instead of the allowed amount and was looking for the difference. Hmm. I believe this is a pretty basic concept in medical billing. I’m not a medical professional, but even I know they can only legally charge you the allowed amount. Whether their mistake was careless or intentional, it’s safe to say I will not be returning with this hiccup in addition to the lack of good care I received. Lastly, I asked to speak to the office manager to relay my concerns. Not surprisingly, I did not receive a call back.

Everyone was very professional and very kind. I happened to be getting work done on my vehicle and remembered I needed a cleaning. I walked in and asked if there was any way I could be seen. To my surprise they saw me right away due to a cancellation. They could have said no, but they didn’t, and they took great care of me!

Plenty of glowing reviews for this place but unfortunately for someone paying out of pocket I had a bad experience. My mother had a cavity and she doesnt have insurance. While the appointment process was swift, the rest of the experience was lackluster. They nickel and dime you before you even get to see a dentist. X-ray was $100 and they only took an x-ray of that one tooth. They wouldnt answer any questions and the front desk staff was indifferent at best. We were told if we had any other questions we had to make another appointment and it would be another $100+ dollars for each tooth that had to be examined. Beware if you dont have insurance and are a self-pay customer.

It was a great experience. I broke a tooth and thought for sure I would need a crown. The dentist assured me that a filling would be fine. They also are the first dentist to listen to me about needing a proper fitting bite guard and were able to set me up. I was in and out in 1.5 hours. Really nice staff!

Just went last week for a Root Canal and I had a amazing experience. The dentist walked me through everything he was doing and his dental assistant Yahnae was kind and informative. She made sure everything felt comfortable and that my temporary crown was just right before I left. The Dr. and his staff were great to work with.

I was so impressed with their professionalism. Called and got an appointment the same day. Filled out all my paperwork online. Arrived and was taken back almost immediately. My exam was easy and was given a treatment planned which Ive never been been offered before. The staff was awesome!!! Everything was explained and I felt no pressure about my upcoming treatment.

Waited 41 minutes for a cleaning appt.,Had a 12noon appt.,went back at 1241pm,wish they would have just rescheduled!!!and this isnt the first time they have kept us waiting!!

I was very nervous to go to the dentist in general. My last time I went to another dentist I was told I needed $10,000 worth of work done. I was worried about all the work they wanted to do and the cost. Finally, decided to go back to another dentist. Had a friend go to Night and Day Dental in Cary and read the reviews...I am so glad I decided to schedule my appointment here. Everyone was so nice and Dr. Baker explained all my options. I cant tell you enough how much I appreciate their evening hours and how quickly they scheduled my appointment. I was so worried about taking off work, the cost and the procedures, but they helped to alleviate that worry and I have a game plan for my teeth... and not even close to the amount of work I was told I needed elsewhere. Thank you to everyone there that assisted with my care. I apologize that I did not remember the names of everyone, but you were all great!

Worst place ever. My appointment was at 2 by 3:00 they were still trying to take X-ray with the wrong size tool. My mouth was hurting before I actually got anything done. I see why one of the techs are leaving. They are so unorganized.

Everybody is awesome and they were so nice even tho I’m extra terrified and act like a baby. All techs and docs are extremely skilled at what they do. Office is clean and calm and professional. I recommend this place highly if you’ve been putting off going to the dentist because of crazy work hours and/or phobias. They will take care of you.

We have a family dentist but we had a dental emergency on a Friday evening and our dentist is by appointment only in Friday and closed until Monday. I called Night & Day Dental in Cary at around 6pm and was able to get an appointment for my son at 8pm that same night. When we got there we were met by friendly and informative staff. We had some paperwork to fill out of course and were offered coffee and water while we waited. The dentist was super informative and allowed us time to discuss our next course of action. We were able to have not only the exam but the issue resolved entirely by 9:15 PM. If ever we have another emergency or need a new family dentist we will absolutely be returning to Night & Day Dental.

My son chipped his tooth and was feeling pain.I explained to the dentist Dr. Hall that his tooth had a sharp feel, and it was bothering his tongue. He said, he will have several chips in the future due to being a boy and their wasn’t much he could do. I asked him to please do something because it’s agitating his tongue. He claimed he was going to add some kind of adhesive to his chipped tooth.When I called with frustration an hour later stating he was still in pain, the receptionist stated he did allhe could do for my son but I felt he didn’t. I felt they could of done more. I felt rushed twice with the dentist making a quick decision with my sons first visit and felt it again the second visit. The dental assistants are more personable and seem as if they care more then the dentists. I only chose this dentistry because we moved to Cary, but I will never send my child here again. They never called for a follow up to make sure he was okay. It shows they do not care about children.I didn’t want to give a bad review, but I do not appreciate my child being seen and still suffering. If the insurance wouldn’t cover more for his chipped tooth, I would pay out of pocket for his tooth to be corrected. Very upset, and disappointed.

Im such a Baby w/ major dental work but Dr. Joshua Hall was Great calming me about extracting my tooth. His Assistant, Yahnni? was great in answering all my questions and my concerns about the actual procedure. It really wasnt as bad as I made it out to be but then again, I havent had a tooth pulled in years. Its been less than 24 hours since extraction and no pain or swelling. Hope it stays that way. Dr. Joshua Hall & staff at Cary Night & Day r Great😁!!
