The staff is super friendly and efficient. I had my x-rays, cleaning, sealants and a cavity filled my first visit. Due to past experiences, I thought it was going to be a very long appointment. But they finished up quickly and I felt so comfortable that I was able to go straight to work afterwards. This was my first dental appointment in over a decade and I feel more at ease about keeping up with routine care.

I had a cleaning done here in December 2020 as a new patient. My husband recommended this place because he has been going for years. The place is so run down and it was hard to understand what was being said to me by the front desk receptionist, doctor, and dental hygienist. After my x rays were done, the dental hygienist told me that I needed a deep cleaning and I opted for the regular cleaning instead until I get a second opinion from a different dentist. Fast forward 6 months later, I went to Royal Oak Dental Group to get my cleaning done today and both the doctor and hygienist told me that my teeth are good and a deep cleaning isn’t needed. Needless to say, Cary Lee was just trying to make money off of me at my first visit. We will not be coming back. My husband and I have switched to Royal Oak and it has been an amazing experience. People are nice, the office is well kept, and the office is located closer to where we live.

Having just moved from California, I was looking for a new dentistry in the area -- I was very fortunate to find out about Cary Lee Family Dentistry.I got a cavity treated, and I was blown away by Dr. Lees ability to make the procedure smooth and comfortable. He was efficient and full of professionalism, which I appreciated immensely. I was also very satisfied by how thorough and detail-oriented the hygienist was during cleaning. This place is everything I look for in a dentistry: a clean office, a front desk full of friendly staff, and an overall warm atmosphere. I cant praise this institution enough.

Was charged for an additional X-ray because one was not positioned correctly. Dr. was nice, yet very busy and distracted, left room multiple times to deal with other patients. Issue was not identified or resolved and has now gotten worse. Other personnel also walked by casually looked at my Xrays and made small talk to the staff in the room with me, in another language. Was unprofessional. and Office was also highly overcrowded. Dozens of people staff/patients. Will not be returning.

Probably one of the most incompetent dentist offices I have ever been to. They said my 19 year old sister needed FOUR root canals AND to get her wisdom teeth removed... got a second opinion and that was not the case. Also had to call them 4 times because they kept sending her oral surgeon the wrong documentation. Also did not provide us with the treatment plan and forgot to even give us her prescription for pain meds due to the excruciating tooth pain she was dealing with. Barely speak English and can hardly understand them. Ill be taking my business elsewhere.

Cary Lee family dentistry has been my favorite dentist I went to I have to highly recommend them, first and foremost I am someone who hated going to the dentist but after I found Dr Lee this has been the best. All the staff is friendly and they do a awesome job working with you. They explained all the work I needed done and where easy to work with. I recently moved to Cary and was lucky enough to find this dentistry. Dr. Lee is very kind and a wonderful dentist. Getting shots of Novocain in your gums is never pleasent and for me its extremely painful, but somehow it wasnt as painful when Dr. Lee did it. The staff here are also wonderful; very kind and make you feel like family.

My husband and I visited Cary Lee Family Dentistry yesterday for an exam and cleaning - and we were really impressed. I have always thought that the dentist has to be n unpleasant experience filled with discomfort and mild fear, but everyone was so friendly and efficient. The hygienists were thorough but also kind, taking lots of breaks and asking how we were doing. I’ve also found hygienists at other practices to have a condescending tone when scolding about flossing and overall dental health, but this wasn’t the case yesterday. The dentist was warm and kind, and no one tried to push expensive products or procedures. I’ll definitely be back!

I had a major tooth problem few month ago. I and my husband seriously considered to visit Korea temporarily to get dental treatment done, but fortunately I found Cary Lee family dentistry located nearby my home. Not only Dr. Lee but also all staffs at the clinic were so kind and very professional. Dr. Lee explained his treatment plan for me, and he finished all treatment procedures done very successfully. Ive had the tooth pulled without any pain or any other issues, and now I am waiting for an implant procedure in Dec. I am so glad and blessed that I could meet Dr. Lee, and I am very satisfied with his clinic.

Dr. Lee is a fantastic dentist. I had an extremely bad cavity on a molar that he was not sure if it would need a root canal or not. He took exquisite care to preserve the tooth and repair it without needing a root canal. I cannot express how careful he is and how wonderful he is to work with. I will be going here from now on! Went here for the first time today, the team is very informative and friendly. The dentist was able to quickly fix some of the problems I was experiencing with my teeth and another appointment was made for more work at a later date.The prices are not too bad, I was charged $298 for a few fillings, oral exam, and x-rays. The current promotion is $99 for Exam, X-rays, and cleaning.

I specifically asked for a cleaning when I scheduled the appointment. I scheduled an appointment and did not get a cleaning. This dentist is a typical snake oil salesmen that just wants to fill cavities that only he can see. After an hour of saying no to the salesman/ dentist I then had to schedule an appointment to come back for a cleaning (which is the only thing I wanted in the first place).The office is in a run down old building with a funky odor. I had trouble understanding the staff and they had trouble understanding me due to a language barrier.Places like this are the reason people don’t go to dentists.

I have taken my children to regular visits to this Dentist closer to home in (Brier Creek) He never told me my son had a tooth growing where it wasnt supposed to grow, the roof of his mouth. I spotted it. I was very annoyed since he had just gone in for a cleaning. I decided it was time to find a new dentist. Dr. Lee was recommend to me, I went for my cleaning since I had just gotten dental insurance. I was very nervous, it had been years but they were very thorough and professional and although the practice does not have any fancy tvs or games it was spotless. I was happy with the service so I scheduled my children for their next cleaning. I never mentioned my sons abnormal tooth and the tech and Dr. spotted it as soon as they started with him. It has since been taken out and I am happy to have found a dentist I can trust. I have given their information to friends and family as well as un insured patient since they have the best prices I have seen. They work with me as far as scheduling and I love that they work on Saturdays. Which is great since they are quite far from me. Great friendly, multi lingual staff is a plus!!

Great conservative dentist. Two other dentists I visited wanted me to do over $1000 in work on my teeth. Cary Lee said I only had three cavities. They fixed all of them in one visit for less than $400. I dont have insurance, so this was perfect for me.They also have consistently low costs for cleaning. This way I dont have to keep going to new places hoping for first time customer discounts.

Found this dentist through Cigna. Located in Cary near Crossroad shopping center. Made my appointment over the phone with no issues. Very friendly office staff and check in process was simple. My wait was very short before being seen. While waiting I was able to watch the television in the lobby which also had a nice comfy couches. Free wifi is offered as well. Cleaning and exam went well. Would recommend to anyone in need of a good dentist.

Overall, all the staffs in this office were so caring and helpful!From the challenges with my insurance, to continuous questions on the procedures, they really heard me and treated me with empathy. They were also honest about practice. They did not pressure me with any extra procedures which might happen in many dentists, you know who😩 I had a cavity just started to begin and doctor advised me to take good care of it and once it gets bigger we need filling. That gave me trust on their judgment.Anywhere in the world, it is very rare to feel heard while you visit doctors who usually are v busy all the time. I truly appreciate their service and really glad to have them in my community.From insurance to medical treatment to future care, its a place that takes care of your business!
