The service was actually really good and they fixed my device quickly and properly. Both techs I worked with were knowledgeable and professional.They get 4 stars because they solicited me via cell number after I filled a request form on their site. The request form did NOT indicate they would be calling that I saw.Maybe I missed it, but it is an off putting practice.

One word: Amanda! She goes above and beyond for her customers. I came in expecting to pay an arm and a leg for help and she was able to get my phone fixed for much cheaper than I expected. Ask for her you wont be disappointed!

They were great and super helpful. Dillon & Alex were great to work with after I cracked my phone screen and back. They answered many questions for me and I highly recommend! They were able to get my phone in within hours of me breaking my phone screen and completed the repair quickly.

Across 3 visits, these guys have been consistently good/great.1) Standard phone screen repair, completely professionally and on time.2) Brought in a big monitor to be fixed. They put in many hours testing/inspecting, were transparent about process, ultimately couldnt fix it. Didnt charge me a dime.3) Had a situation where my phone screen itself was fine but not adhered properly to the frame. They could have easily charged me $15-20 for labor but just glued it FOR FREE as a courtesy I guess.Good work guys. Ill be bringing all future repair work here without hesitation.

Went to the Cary, High House location to get my pixel 3 battery replaced. Gave my phone a whole new lease on life, as the phone itself still worked great, and now it feels like I have a brand new phone with an OEM replacement battery. It was way cheaper than buying a new phone at only about $80 total for labor and parts.Unfortunately after getting my phone back, my screen developed a weird touch issue which made it very difficult to use my phone. I brought my phone back the next day and the team were very professional and tried several different things over the entire day, including replacing the screen with a new touch screen, until they were able to solve the issue. They didnt charge me a nickel, they just wanted to make sure they got my phone back to me in the same state I brought it in as.Very professional and communicated what was going on along they way, and answered all my questions clearly. During the second day diagnosis they wanted to factory reset my phone, but after I asked a few questions and showed the tech what was going on directly, I felt like they really listened to me and they agreed to try some other hardware things before resetting (which saved me having to re-setup my phone!)Would definitely recommend!

These guys where my last hope after verizon screwed me over. They were able to fix my phone under googles extended warranty. They did it quickly and professionally and I cant give them enough credit for their work.

I went in because I replaced the battery on my Pixel 3 and the screen wasnt coming on. The guy immediately said, oh, its just the connector and pushed it back in, which fixed the problem. I asked how much and he said no charge since it only took a couple minutes. I have used them in the past to fix a broken iPad screen and I will keep going back when I need assistance. I highly recommend them!

When I drove to the store I was told they could not service my phone and to buy a part instead. Dont go to this store for samsung fold screen protector services.

My phone screen was repaired in about 3 hours, and the workmanship was excellent! Make sure you check to see if you have insurance through your mobile provider before going in; The prices without insurance are high, but because I checked (and I did indeed have insurance on my phone) I literally saved $100.

AVOID THIS PLACE!!!!!! From the estimate and the item that need repairing it was all false. They were triple charging me for repairs that were not even needed to resolve my issue. I went to another place they repair it correctly for it for a minimal amount. I suggest you avoid this place unless you want to service that overpriced you and wants replace parts that are not broken or the issue.

My son’s iPhone stopped charging so we took it in to see if it could be fixed. Following some tests, the technician suspected a faulty charge port. Despite attempts to replace the charge port and battery the following day (which must have taken several hours), the phone was still unresponsive so they recommended sending it to a phone repair specialist in NY to have a chip on the motherboard replaced. While I’m not convinced it’s worth it taking it to this next step, I still was amazed with the time and effort that was spent to make sure we were taken care of. Oh, and since they weren’t able to fix it themselves, they didn’t charge me a cent! How awesome is that? The service, responsiveness and professionalism are all top notch here. Will definitely be back in the future. Highly recommend!

Good computer hospital

Great experience at ubreakifix. I brought my phone to them at 5:45 and it was ready by 6:30. Very professional, friendly and helpful staff. The screen looks better than when it was new.

This certified Samsung repair store was very prompt in answering my questions over the phone as an attempt to diagnose the phone problem. Codi and the manager treated me well when I visited in the store. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes with a proper fix. I highly recommend this location for all your smartphone questions.

We showed up without appointment, they were immediately able to diagnose the bad battery and made the replacement the same day.

My laptop stopped turning on after I was checking on something inside it, so I dropped it off at the store. A few days later I was told it was probably the screen and that the laptop was probably running inside and I couldnt hear it when my laptop was very very noisy. So a few days after that I was told it was the motherboard and that it would cost more to to fix and he didnt have access to the schematics. I found the schematics and part in about 5 minutes and ordered it. I had my friend install it only to realize that a fan was unplugged causing the computer to not boot up and was never noticed.

They would not honor their agreement with Google FI to fix a screen crack on my Moto G8 Power. Stated that they do not fix Motorola phones even though their website shows that they do. I would recommend not taking a phone here.

Got a new battery for my iphone 6 and it was a really good deal and great turnaround and customer service. Will definitely go back in the future. Paid only $50 plus tax for new iphone battery which in my opinion is a good deal. Also came here back in the year 2015 to get phone fixed for my ex-wife. They did a great job. Highly recommend this business, especially now during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Loved this place! This was my first time using this place and Im glad I did. It was recommended to me by my phone provider as an authorized repair shop so I immediately booked an appointment online. I needed my S9+ screen repaired and within 2.5 hours they practically gave me a brand new phone back. The screen was not only repaired, but I also got a brand new battery to go along with the price. Their customer service representatives were knowledgeable, courteous and very helpful in getting my phone back into tip top shape. My brother in law got his phone fixed here, phone started getting hot while charging so he shipped in back to me since they do not have a store close by. I come in here and ask to get it repaired and they say there is a physical damage, obviously if there was a damage we would not gone through hassle of shipping back to Nc from TN to get it repaired. I guess they give you a 90 day warranty but then dont honor it. When I asked for the notes to see the condition of the phone when it was initially repaired, they said they could not print it as it it companies private data or protected data. That clearly tell me that they just dont want to honor their warranty. Beware, go the phone manufacturer instead to get it repair, even though it may take longer. They will give you a loaner

Christopher P took my walk-in phone repair today in the middle of the day when he was working alone and he still had it out quickly and perfectly. My first experience was with another employee and although my cracked screen was fixed, the touch feature was worse and the the LED light as well. My daughter was getting ready to travel when she dropped her iPhone 5c. The screen was badly cracked and she had to have it for travel the next day. uBreakiFix repaired it within a couple of hours. They probably could have done it faster, but there were a couple of jobs in front of us. It now works perfectly and looks like new. Although we could have had it replaced with the covered insurance, it was cheaper and faster to let uBreakiFix handle the repair. Great job!

Came in to have them look at what appeared to be a worn out Lightening connector on my iPhone. The charging cables were loose when I plugged them into the phone and I was having problems getting the phone to charge. I thought the connector on the phone would have to be replaced. They looked at it and fixed it in about 60 seconds for free. There was just dirt in the connector. They cleaned it out. No charge. Fantastic. Friendly guys. I believe the one who fixed it was named Dan. Thanks a million guys!

I went here because my insurance (asurion) referred me to go here to get my screen fixed. Well everything was working before I let them fix my badly cracked screen. Well long story short when I received my phone back my home button did not work. They told me it’s nothing they could do and I had to go through my insurance to get it handled. Be careful if you go here! I had to go without a phone for an extra day because of them!!
