IF I WOULD HAVE KNOWN ID HAVE TO DEAL WITH A 3rd party delivery service (Temco) when buying appliances at Home Depot I WOULD HAVE NEVER PURCHASED THEM. If you’re here because your appliance Isn’t getting delivered, cancel your order and go elsewhere.

I am amazed by this kind of company is still doing business.For almost three months, I have been trying to get my washer delivered. After numerous calls, long waits, and three delivery attempts. Not sure if its really three attempts because two of the delivery attempts are scheduled but no one showed up. I called and none of the customer services knew whats going on. Not oddly enough.The only time they did show up, they brought a badly damaged washer. The damage was so obvious that no one would fail to ignore. One-sixth of the washer was sunken. Come on! If its caused from the road, the highway would have a hole that can fit an entire tire.I think the employees do their best they can do though. The problems are probably poor management and extremely under stuffs.

I wish there is negative stars just for this company.Dude! You wasted my 1.5 months and HomeDepots reputation.They returned because they refused installation on the first attempt. The second attempt, they brought totally bit up washer and dryer, and told me to take it. Of course I request to deliver the new one, but this company in the back just cancelled my order and never inform Home Depot or me. After I walked into home depot, home depot representative found Temco cancelled my order after second delivery attempt instead of replacement. Since I had a proof of request redelivery, home depot order a new one for me. Third delivery attempt, delivery men were so pushy kept told me they have other delivery. This company is super unprofessional. Home Depot, why do you keep this guys?

This company is complete TRASH. Literally the worst, most unprofessional company ever. Any company doing business with Temco is a disgrace. For two months we have been trying to get our dishwasher delivered from Home Depot. For some reason Home Depot uses this TRASH company to deliver their products. You can’t speak to a supervisor, you get the runaround, they lie about attempting deliveries, “escalate” your issues to a “manager,” yet nothing gets accomplished.The first time they delivered a badly damaged product, so it needed to be sent back. The second time, they confirmed deliver the night before only to call THE DAY OF DELIVERY and say the product was damaged at the warehouse. This time they “skipped” our delivery, “attempted delivery,” which is a lie because we have security monitoring deliveries, then suddenly can’t contact the drivers because the product was given to another driver.THIS COMPANY IS COMPLETE TRASH AND NEEDS TO BE CLOSED DOWN!

Driver parked in the middle of the street at 63rd Place & Ocean Blvd in Long Beach CA for half an hour. Would have been longer but a neighbor saw us waiting and went to ask the guy to move their huge truck. The kicker is if they would have pulled up 50 feet there was ample parking. These people are incompetent and oblivious. Called the office to lodge a complaint, and spoke to an unprofessional person who couldnt understand I was calling to complain about the driver parking in the middle of the street. I would not recommend using these people.

This is the worst delivery experience ever! I bought a washer from HomeDepot and I finally got the washer after 3 delivery attempts. Can you believe one time they even intentionally delivered a damaged washer to me? The box was clearly broken and machine was damaged, they still made the delivery and hope I can take it? Those delivery guy are so not professional and did a poor job. I don’t understand Home Depot keep using their service. You both will ruin your reputation. BTW, I sincerely hope there’s an option for 0 star!!! !! Even 1 star is too good for them.

The worst delivery service. They claim they will deliver in a time frame and then the driver will put no one is home when there is. They will say they called and they dont. The staff don’t care if they missed you. They offer to redeliver a week or so later after they messed up. How can Home Depot use bad delivery service. Watch where you buy from. They hire lazy drivers who lie

The drivers are worthless they do not want to work !! I had 3 deliveries with this company which is a third party /subcontractor for HOME DEPOT.they do all their deliveries and nothing but problems with these young guysbad attitude and full of bs excuses am holding HOME DEPOT accountable for their lack of work ethics

Temco was hired to install a new appliance. They forgot to install one item. I called the installer. He promised to complete the work that evening, he didnt show up. I called the Corporate office, and was told I had to wait an additional day. 3 days to complete an installation is horrible service.

Bad experience with the delivery guys and customer service, my mom went to buy her new Whirlpool refrigerator from Home Depot and she paid to get it delivered so she wouldn’t have to worry about damaging it and what she most feared happened, the guys didn’t let her know the refrigerator they deliver her was damaged the water line was damaged by them and had dents in the back, I noticed it when I was helping my uncle installed the water lines a few moths later she called and they didn’t want to replace it or give her a refund don’t buy stuff from Home Depot or let any store let this Company Deliver any appliance. My mom is still paying for the refrigerator on credit so be careful with Home Depot and this company.

Sloppy install. They didnt hook up the washer correctly. The hose came undone while he was running a test cycle. The water flooded my laundry room causing property damage. He also forgot a part for the dryer install kit. They dryer is still not hooked up.

Careless workers I expected to receive my refrigerator this Saturday. Home depot third party company delivery came to my house just told me that they would not be able to place refrigerator inside my house. Because of the gas meters!!! They also said they dont get payed enough money to break their backs and too young. Second attempt today 10/21/20 refrigerator damage with a dent and leaking had a humid smell. The two delivery men told me that they informed supervisor that the refrigerator was already damage. Supervisor said to deliver product. Temco sucks!!! Dont waste your time

- I bought a refrigerator on August 23 from Home depot and Temco will delivery it on Oct. 6,- In the day, as soon as the guy came home,first he siad that he didnt take my old refrigerator because there is no space in his delivery car but the old refrigerator is small than new one.- Also the guy didnt install refrigerator because he need to change the old shut off valve so I suggested he could work with closed whole water line of my home but he said I cant and he insisted to want to place covered new refrigerator in my garage without its checking status also promised to came back after 2 days.- I have no choice and I should called my plumber sure, I expected Temcos guy came back after two days as promised him.- But my plumber said the water line and the valve are no problem and the guy could work in the day but I had to grin and bear it so the plumber changed the new valve and additionally paid $180 for new installation and then I called Temco, but a representative could reschedule after 2 weeks. I cannot understand all things but I did so.- On Oct 16, I waited for the guy all afternoon after 2 weeks, but he didnt call to my phone and didnt come to visit also didnt install definitely. So I called Temco companys customer center and a representative said a guy called me and came my home, but it was not true. I really cannot understand everything but I have no choice this time too and I have to reschedule again next week.- Temco guy came agin on Oct 22 and then he checked the packing vinyl and said the refrigerator has been damaged after checking its status. OMG! They wasted my time, so I requested them taking back it but they said that they should report to their office. So I immediatly called to report and requested taking it to Temco and Home Depot too but Temcos custumer service transferred 6 times to other dept. and then hung up. Finally I canceled the order to Home Depot but Temco didnt take it back till Oct 27.

Terrible service, when its their fault, they will instead point theur fingers at you. The dishwasher installers came 3 times and the 3rd time they (Luis Martinez) just said they cant do it because of liability. Took some pictures, did nothing else. Could have informed me the 1st time they came.
