Waiting 7 hours at dock, lazy workers. Very bad place for loading

Only after 7½ hours of waiting did they finally load my trailer and release me. Office staff and security were cordial enough, but the dock workers after 14:00 personified laziness. Warning to other drivers: have a full clock ready to visit this place.

If you get there before 12 good.. after 1pm....4hrs Wait second shift start at 3. I got there at 12:45 I left at 5

I was let go over some bs!!!Probably was ONE OF the best guards theyll ever had. 🤔

I used to here alot of bad things about this place when it came to the guard being rude and the slow dock workers?I dont know whom they were preferring to as RUDE?? But the guard there Dreya was a sweetheart and me and the other drivers monitored her as she greeted EVERYONE with a smile.Thanks for brighten up our day DREYA ❤

Never getting loaded too quick with CH Robinson

If you booked a load delivering here unbook. Guaranteed when you arrive there will be 40 or more truck lined all at the same time. No appt times if you must come or your forced to come come at the crack of dawn. Its like delivering to a grocer. 4 hours before you get a door. I arrived at 6pm it is now 2200. There are 6 trucks ahead of me they have 40 doors they are all filled. Thought Id grab a quick 300 what did I get myself into. Run Man Run. Or show up them give me a thumbs up when you witness this place. I have nothing better to do than write a review this place sucks. Why did I come here. I just moved another 10 feet closer to the gate but still so so far away. Why doesnt the government do something useful like make the people unload you on time.

Completed a 10hr here. No they dont have overnight parking. Just took that long to load. Good Luck....

Long line to load/unload. Management need to work on getting truckers in/out sooner. Truckers loading/unloading at this place expect 3/5HRS wait time easy.

Not very often do people take the time to highlight the positive.C.H.Robinson out of our experience has always treated us(Carriers & Drivers) very well and often better then other companies (j.b.hunt, Coyote, ext.) Arguably they are one of the biggest players so from time to time expect the warehouse to be busy.Today C.H. Robinson went the extra mile; had food catered for the drivers waiting.Its the small things that matter most and we would like to take a moment and say thank you!From the team over atTop Gun TransportationKeep it up guys!

Worst place to get loaded at. They take for ever. Staff are the rudest people on planet earth. Bold-headed fat loser of a manager is the worst of them all. This places jams internet signal so waiting for the load become almost unbearable.

Line in all the to the road Unsafe.Guard saw me parked didnt say a word until I pulled. Told me to back up I wasnt where he wanted line to start. I ended up in the back of the line. I hate C.H Robinson loads.

They open at 7.00 am. If you want to be the first go at 6.30am. They started to unload me at 7.45am. They finished at 8.20 am

Took a about 4 hours to unload. Guard at the guard shack was rude for checking out and checking in.

The entrance is at G C ST. Come in early in the morning and queue up. Line up for one hour and unload for two and a half hours.

Very good place to make time and money, .. take to load from 5 to 6 hours, it is excellent for those who win by the hour. and it is a very good place to practice your good humor and patience 😎
