Take your business else where, this company will only cause you headaches.I would like to submit a complaint. On Friday, July 9th I called at least 10 times throughout the day to get my freight load picked up. I was told it will be picked up by 4 pm and DHE failed to do their job. I am losing business because your company cant do their job.

I would not recommend this company at all. They are not dependable at all, besides from taking 2 days before they picked up our pallets, they ended up loosing half of our load. We are done with this useless company.

Worst customer service experience Ive ever had. Did not arrive on the day of scheduled appt, was never notified. Called to get an update, every customer service rep sounds like they are miserable and provide no helpful information. This is my second day waiting for a driver pickup when my appt was scheduled for days ago. So much for dependable

Dropped the trailer and waited outside for 6 hours to pick up his load

Went with them on a pick up and delivery from AZ to Los Angeles.. Said 1 day to deliver took 1 week...will never use them again.

Despite the bad reviews my experience was pretty good, park outside, walk to guard shack, check in. The dudes in the front gave me a door right away and it took em an hour to load me.Had a 1100 appt time, got there @1000 and was out by 1200.

Pretty bad place to be at as a trucker. Specially if you got a live load. I was 15 mins late to my appointment and the clerk checking me in didnt speak well English and did not check me in for another 30 mins then once she checked me then she told me I was on the wrong side of building and then she couldnt give me directions about where I needed to check in. And finally found the way around after another 20 mins then I was too late to get loaded so made me wait outside on the street ... and took then hours and hours to get it all together...im not against anyone who is trying to make ends meet but please learn the mediate language. So sh#t will done. And truckers have limited hours that they can drive. But overall Not HAPPY WITH THIS PLACE

I had appointment on 11:00 am and been there et 10:15 !!On 13:00 I check in .They didn’t start unloading !!!Now body care how many hours you waiting !!!I don’t want to come back !!!

I spoke to a recruiter about a driving job and we did a road test, I passed the road test but I spoke to him a bout the employer whom I trusted by paying close to $65, 000 for a truck and the recruiter said to me, I have to verify employment. I dont want you to contact this employer because he will defame my reputation.I was looking forward to driving with DHE.

Not serious , app at 10:00 and I was here at 7:00 , they ask me to wait appointment time , ok . They let me in and gived me a dock at 10:00 , stayed 1:10 in dock they did nothing , unloading those trucks, I came to them to ask what is going on. They said that my appointment time on papers “Budweiser “ doesn’t work , they have their own appointment list , and they try to work me in ... 🤯🤯🤯🤬Now they started ..

Spent the rest of my clock here. I arrived on time for my appointment, 3 hrs later they hadn’t even started yet. Three other trucks had come and gone and I had to leave the trailer to find somewhere to park. This is the last time I will come to this terribly managed location. These people costed me another day away from home.

We arrived early for check in n got a door immediately. We had to drop the trl n unhook n go back around and park on the street til they call u to let u know u done. We got there at 1:30pm n left out at 6:43pm. U have to enter from 233rd St. Im not sure if u can park overnight on the street, u can try.

In and out in an hour great place lunch truck come out front 5 stars

DRIVERS! Do not try to work here. Youve been warned. All the equipment is old and junky. From the beginning; they dont have trucks, (for you because you are a new employee). Later, they act as if their JUNKY trucks are the Holy Grail.
