Perfect delivery! The gentleman called me about 20 minutes before arriving to let me know that he was on his way. And although he came by himself, AND had to park half way down the street, he didnt complain at all. Even asked me exactly where I wanted my items (3 theater chairs and a hood for my Toyota Sienna). He even offered to leave the wooden pallets because I had to have my items left on the ground in my underground parking space temporarily. Awesome Service!

Please be aware of this company. Once they get your shipment and lose it or can not find it you will never see it again. Their customer service just hung up if you try to figure out what is going on. We will need a lawyer to get it done so maybe it is better just to hire someone else to avoid problems with them.

Small yard but easy off of the freeway and the load was good.

I usually give bad reviews on here when a business burns me, but Id thought Id give these guys a shout out for always coming through with deliveries. I also love the ease of dropping off as they dont have incompetent people ignoring you while you wait. Its the best shipping terminal Ive been to and trust me Ive been to all of them in So Cal.

I live in a bad neighborhood in Inglewood. The driver left the heavy equipment on my driveway with my 90 year old grandparents. When asked by grandma what to do he answered “not my problem!” I got the video and audio from my security cameras. They left a $7k package on my driveway!!!! They never called me to verify that!!!! Not good customer service! Horrible service

I am absolutely livid and I want to let everyone know how absolutely disappointed I am in R&L Carriers. No intelligent company should hire this unreliable and unprofessional, fly by night company. Their truck a was supposed to pick up equipment between 12 and 4 pm at our facility. My guys spent 2 hours moving the equipment to be shipped out to the street side so it could be easily picked up and would be out of our way to bring in new equipment. At 4 pm I sent an email and was told they would be there in a half hour. At 5 pm when I asked the status, all I got was that they would be there soon. At about 6:30 I saw the truck drive by the equipment that was setting next to the road and continue up the street. A few minutes later I saw the truck go by again heading south, again driving by the equipment setting next to the street. A short while later about 6:40 or so, I received a phone call from the driver asking for the address. By this time I had started moving the equipment back into the site so in told him we were closing. His response was “ that’s good” and hung up on me. By 6:30 my staff was gone and I had to spent an hour and a half bringing the equipment back into the site by myself which would have been overtime if I was paid overtime. I fit as much as I could in the building but there was significant equipment that had to be left unsecured because there was not enough room for all the combined equipment to fit in the secured area. My suggestion is to find a company that is reputable and will stand by their commitments.

RL Carriers Has always been a consistent company always on time and all of our customers happy with there service we ship at least 10 pallets a week with RL and we could not ask for anymore. They have great prices and service. 5 STAR COMPANY!

The best freight company out there

Hi,I.spoke to Craig today, about a delivery which I was picking up from one of their Vendors whom had just confirmed previously with me that the Delivery which was rufused at the site was actually at their location, ready for pick up....So today,. I make a new Friend, Craig from: R+L Carriers??!!!!!Thanks again CRAIG,. Have a Great Weekend. . ..

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.1) R+L did not honor their 4 hour apt window. Showed up 2 hours late with a drugged up driver no less. I was told that he did arrive and left because we were closed but was down the street - still took him an hour to come back. No phone call letting us know he was onsite in the first place.2) Driver was obviously drugged out. We could not understand anything he was saying, his eyes were red, the driver & his phone reeked of weed. As he pulled out his phone he dropped a rolled up dollar bill. No wonder why it took him an hour to come back.3) I was told the wrong information about what was needed for the package to pick up. All I was told was to prepare a packing list. Driver shows up asking for a bill of lading which I was not told about. The gentleman who apparently was the drivers supervisor, told me he was going to email a bill of lading for me to fill out - never sent the email.Good thing we did not allow the driver to get our package. If they cant get their act right in the beginning, imagine all the nightmares that would have happened during delivery.

Very nice people, Driver Marco was picking up From us 1 pallet today in Bell Gardens , very professional and very very friendly . 10 Stars to driver !

Does a pretty laid-back place but no place to park your truck.

The place my freight was going didnt want to accept so I was able to pick up and drop my pallet at this Carson location where all of the employees were super helpful!
