Oscar performed the initial service on our outside home. When he got there he first explained what services he would be performing and answered all our questions before beginning the service. After he performed the service he explained what expectations we could have with the results and again answered all our questions. Oscar is a very knowledgeable individual that knows his business well. We were very pleased with the professionalism he demonstrated. Oscar made reaffirming the decision we made to use the service a positive decision. We would highly recommend the service to our friends and would definitely recommend Oscar.

The last 3 times they were supposed to come out, they didn’t show and didn’t call. Then showed on a different day. They don’t get the spider webs down they are supposed to and we have to remind them they are the ones who put the rap poison boxes out and to check them. We are currently looking for different service. One employee , Oscar, is the only one who actually does a good job. I request him but they send someone else. Not happy at all.

We’ve used Aptive for about a year and have always had great service! They send reminders a few times before their arrival so I don’t forget which is super helpful. Every technician that comes by is super friendly and explains what they are doing and about how long it will take. They come by four times a year for general maintenance and I’m able to have them come in between visits if something needs attention. We love having them as our pest control!

They are great about using tech to give you advanced notice that your service is coming up with a few reminders. They fixed the ant problem and I have them do quarterly treatments to keep all at bay. Been using for a year or two now, no complaints! Great job!

I have been using Aptive for several years now. They always let me know about 5 days ahead of time when they plan to come via call, text and email. If it’s a day that is inconvenient for me they have never had an issue in changing it to a day that I am available. They are always courteous and have no issues coming out here when there is an issue after my service for no additional charge.

Brandon from Aptive was great, he was very professional and knowledgeable! He notified me when he was on his way and upon arrival which allowed me time to let our four legged family members take care of their business before he got started. I had a few wasp trouble areas around the house that I had observed and Brandon was sure to take care of them along with some others I didn’t see.Shout out to Kay’La for doing a great job on 9/22!!

Raul was the best technician that has been to my property. He was very polite and explained everything he was going to do regarding the services. He did the service and then returned to give me a recap of exactly what he did. What areas to stay away from for a short period of time. Reminded me the services were covered - so if I saw any pests or issues to contact the office. He was very cordial very confident in the services provided by Aptive. I will be requesting Raul for ALL of my service calls if he is available. If all service technicians were like Raul......you would have more business than you would be able to service for sure. Very pleased with this technician. Hopefully you are able to retain his services....he is a HUGE asset for your company. As well as Abbie who sold me the contract. With these two together.....hopefully, I will be a long-term customer of Aptive!! P.S....I have NOT seen an insects inside or out...since my property has been serviced.....so far so good!

The Technician was very professional as well as extremely through ensuring all the square footage was covered since I had break through interruption due to weather. I am a frequent customer and get service every 2 months and it is rare I get this much insect traffic!!! So, they did extra coverage treatment to ensure both inside and outside I wasn’t impacted. Kudos to both the Technician for great service and the company for sending such a great representation.

The sales person that came to my house was very friendly but when I asked if what I had to sign was a contract he wasnt very clear in explaining what obligations I had by signing. I would think if you come to a neighborhood that isnt suppose to allow soliciting in the first place and offer home owners a discounted first treatment on their house, you should do that first treatment and THEN if they are satisfied with service have them sign a contract for services afterwards. Also after the first treatment I was walking in my backyard and a very large, very visible ant mound that had been there before, when I stepped on to it ants came pouring up out of the mound like nothing had been sprayed on it. The technician was on time though no problem there and the sales person was very professional.

Didnt remove dead bugs from wall. Sometimes they check home other times they do good job. Different person ever time. Sometimes they ring bell and ask to do inside, most not. Three years and half the time I get notice to come. 7 of 12 months.

As a customer I have had to work hard to receive services. My appointment was canceled by the company via text and I had to reschedule it. When I called the rep had no idea what I was talking about even after payment was drawn. The next service I received another text that a dog was in the yard and they could not perform the service. I took off work to be at home and never saw the technician during the hours they were supposed to have performed the service. The last service it was raining and I was told I had to schedule a follow up service so the yard could be treated. I am cancelling service as soon as my contract ends. Very disappointed

I have been using them over a year now, they are always on time and the technicians have all been great! The first time they serviced my house they got rid of any wasp nests they found and since then they let me know that they didn’t see any and event checked with me if I noticed any that I wanted them to take care of. My last service was on a Wednesday in late July and just about 3 days later I noticed dead spiders and flies outside on my back porch and even a dead cicada on my front porch so it’s good to know it works!

Service was great and the technician was very friendly and attentive and helpful. I would definitely recommend this company for people having issues with pest. I called and got same day service I truly appreciate it especially with all the spiders that I had been seeing and having to kill

I called Aptive Environmental after receiving bad customer service from another pest control company, and was blown away by the level of service committed and the price offered. Not only that, they were able to get me scheduled for the very next day. When the service techs arrived, both were extremely friendly and professional. Brad was extremely thorough and educated me on the treatment I was receiving. He inspected and treated my attic for rodents and treated the interior for general pests, while the other service tech thoroughly cleaned and treated the exterior of the house, including the yard. I was so very impressed and pleased with my service and feel much safer in my home!

We have been using Aptive for over a year for quarterly inspections and service. We are very pleased with their service. All of the technicians are friendly and courteous. They check in when they are on the property, ask if we have any issues, then do their business. They check out when they are done to let us know if they found any problems or saw any reason for concern.

The technician that came was great. I did call in the morning for service and was on hold for some time and decided to request a call back as it was an option. Left number but no call back received. I had to call later that afternoon to get a hold of an operator for service. After getting an operator, everything was taken care of and service was scheduled. But I think the initial phone service needs some work. Hold time is quite long during this and previous tries.

My appreciation for this company started with the service manager who came to my door and patiently sold me on the company. Through honest answers to my questions, I found I could save money with Aptive and get more service than what I was getting with the company I used before. The appreciation grew with the first service call. My tech was extremely knowledgeable and walked me through not only what he did, but also pointed out entry points for pests I have had problems with. He gave me suggestions as to what can do to help prevent their entry. I had never had a pear control service do that before. I also have to say that I like that the notes for my property are saved including my preferences as to what time they will come to service my property. I am very happy I made the switch.

Theyve always been responsive and will re-service if needed. I have only had them out a couple of extra times in my years of being with them. But no problem getting them back out. Theyre very knowledgeable about the type of bugs. I have and would recommend them.

Lorenzo performed my quarterly service. He was courteous, communicative, and thorough. He walked through the property with me as I explained the areas I had seen activity around and my particular needs. Then he performed the service and followed up with me to explain the actions he had taken and his inspection findings. He was a pleasure to work with!

Avi was the salesman who knocked at my door. I dont let anyone in my house. We talked outside briefly and his professionalism and respect got him an invite inside. His knowledge, honesty and genuine love for his job reeled me in. Then, Christian comes by to service the property. He was awesome as well! Very knowledgeable, very respectful and was prompt. I clearly have a No Soliciting sign posted at my front door. I pointed this out to the young man who came to my door and asked to see his soliciting license. He asked if I would give him a few minutes if he showed it to me and I agreed. He did have a soliciting license from the city. He was polite and personable but one reason we have No Soliciting posted is that I will not buy something or sign up for a service from someone at the door. I will do my research before doing so. These employees going door-to-door need to be taught the meaning of No Soliciting and respect that when posted.

Service never really worked and we actually had an increase in pest. They rope you in with a few cheap services at the beginning and then make you fulfill a contact. The techs always seemed nice which was the reason for two stars.

This review is just for my most recent service appt. I’ve had them for about a year Andy most recent service was the best I’ve ever had. The young man who came was prepared, asked questions and was very professional. I was about to cancel but I think I might just wait a few more months and see.

Hunter came by today and told us about their program. Now a days it’s kind of scary to just give out your information but he made me feel good about the company and services. Very nice and informative which swayed my mind. About 45 minutes later Arthur came to do the spray and treatment in the front and backyard. Very funny and nice guy. Even let my son tell him about all the ant and spiders jumping around outside. I’m so glad he will be back to do further treatments on the yard. Highly recommended.

When they come its effective treatment. Most of the time I never know if they actually came or not because there isnt a knock on the door or a doorbell ringing. They supposedly come and then charge your account. When they have come out and knocked on the door they are usually friendly people but doesnt happen every time...

Aptive was great in the beginning. Then things went south fast. I called & made an appointment. They never showed up. Then I called the next day to reschedule. Aptive was still a no show. I called to ask why, they informed me that I was never assigned to a drivers route. Then they reschedule & never shower up. Considering they charge $114 quarterly it was cheaper for US to cancel our contract & pay the $199.Why keep letting them make more money if they dont show up & do the work. Save your money & look elsewhere. Dont say no one warned you.

This was the quarterly service. We rarely see any type of bugs in our home. Since using Aptive, we no longer have any beds pop up in our yard. Very pleased with their service and with the technicians they employ. They are always very professional and friendly.

The first time we use their service it was very thorough, they would sweep the way these spiderwebs from our eaves, they sprayed very well and we were very happy. They still spray for insects such as ants etc. and we have not had over a continued problem. But they no longer do spiderwebs,Hornets etc. and we have a big problem.

They are vey friendly and professional! He clearly addressed all the questions that are being concerned. The initial service went well. The inspection covered interior as well as exterior areas of the house. It is at no cost for the inspection. Very happy with the service!

Nick came to the house during the appointment window (on time) and provided an overview of the service. He patiently walked through the house with me as I pointed out all the spiders that were inhabiting all the rooms. He went over all the spots I pointed him towards and ensure he covered all corners and crevices. He also cleaned all exterior walls and the garage and sprayed all corners. He mentioned I would start to see dead bugs over the next two weeks and they will be back in 6 weeks for another service. They also offer free visits in between if bugs decide to take over my world. Be careful! The person that was servicing my lawn did a horrible job. There were five piles he completely missed. Also the sales rep locked me into an agreement that I was not aware of. The cancelation fee is a ridiculous $199 and services are ridiculously priced at $139. Not worth it at all.

The guy was very friendly and told me all that he was going to do then followed up with me afterwards about the areas hed treated for wasps. He also assured me that the inside treatment was safe for our dog and how long we should wait before letting her outside. Overall, very helpful and nice.

Hold time is ridiculous, one of the reasons I want to stop my service, was on hold over 15 minutes to be told I had to talk to the loyalty dept just to discontinue service. They come out dont advise they are there so i can target areas we want treated, For 400 a year they should do in and out the house, Unhappy with price as well.

The Aptive technician, a Team Lead from Austin, was attentive to the needs and went above and beyond in service.It wasnt the typical spray-and-go routine.In addition to spraying the property, including the outside of the fence, he used granuals as an additional measure. He re-baited the kitchen for ants. He treated all the windows and doors, removing 3 wasp nests and cobwebs, and sprayed citronella to deter mosquitos.By far, the best service from Aptive.

Aptive is an unicorn but not only compared to other pest control companies but pretty much all companies when it comes to professional services. From the minute you meet the well dressed, completely educated, professional salesperson who gets you signed up to the servicemen who work your home environment building a barrier to the scheduling, follow up, phone calls, billing … everything. This is a Rolls Royce in a horse riding world. While every other company is reducing their service staff, automating all phone calls, putting you on hold 45 minutes before the first human speaks this ONE company is doing it differently, utopian-like.I mean hey it’s just pest control but I wish it was my doctors office or restaurant I had lunch.I sure hope they’re making millions in profit … because the rest of the business world needs to take heed.I chose Aptive because I was asked, I stay with Aptive … because they do their job wonderfully .. and they give me hope. :)

Always professional and always asks what issues we’re having if any with insects. They do a great job inspecting all areas around the house and yard and applying the proper spraying to control all our insect issues. They always explain what they have done prior to their leaving and always careful to explain not to let the dogs out until the sprayed areas have dried.
