When we first noticed that we had bed bugs we did some online searching and calling around for pricing and found that the pricing was crazy expensive. We decided to tackle them on our own, we did everything you can imagine that we read online and some things would work for a little bit but they always ended up coming back. We finally decided that it was time to get some professional help. Amazing people. We did a heat treatment in April with the 2 year warranty and it was worth every penny. Chris was extremely patient with all my questions and professional. We had absolutely no problems until this month which was obviously brought in from somewhere else. They offered to come by the very next day, a Saturday no less, and sprayed. We have seen no other signs since then. Highly recommend!

I cannot express how thankful I am that had the unfortunate opportunity to use this company. About 2 weeks ago we discovered we had bed bugs, and we have a newborn coming towards the end of the month. Chris was amazing and explained everything we needed to do prior to treatment. We found out we had bedbugs and these guys were the best option we found to take care of them. Chris, from Heat Pest Services was so professional! He rid our house of these awful devils! I was in tears when I met him because we bought sprays, mattress covers, powders and it seemed as if we purchased every product that consumers could legally purchase. Those darn bugs went away only for three of four months. We were so proud that we had saved hundreds of $100.00 and killed them ourselves. Or so we thought. The bugs showed up again on another couch and in another room other than the original places we found them. They were in full force and we finally decided that we had to call to call in the professionals. Chris explained that we were unlucky like someone with a flat tire. Our house was spotless so cleanliness had nothing to do with our infestation. If you have never experienced bed bugs they are the worst pest ever!!!! You cant sleep! You cant rest! Put luggage on bed yesterday after trip.... and low and behold last night I got cluster bites on back, arm, and stomach. Decided to not let it fester so called ASAP because of reviews. Chris came out to help. How’s this for honesty- he couldn’t find any evidence, besides the bites on me, that we have bed bugs or fleas. So, no service today but liked his honestly and knowledge so I scheduled a quarterly peat control service with him for mid- February. Very professional! The Rep who came out to quote and do the job, Tyler, was very nice and helpful. We were able to get service scheduled very quickly, but there was NO pressure from Tyler. I was just ready to get these suckers eliminated! Austin at the office helped us out as well and was very nice and responsive. We had to coordinate quickly and they were eager to help us make it easy. I truly recommend them! Weve seen no more pests since the treatment. The only reason I didnt give it 5 stars is the cost. It was much higher than I anticipated for my small area - but one zap of heat vs. weeks of spray treatments is a no brainer! And you get a guarantee on top of that, just in case.

We have had the best customer service experience with Chris and heat pest services. We had a big problem last June and Chris was prompt and polite and also discreet with the treatment. He did a follow to check on our home as well. Well our daughter said she had seen one in her room that I guess got picked up somewhere and here we are over a year later and he came back out within 24 hours and immediately addressed our concerns and fixed the issue no questions asked.

Terry was very knowledgeable and patient with all my calls and questions. The process to be heat treated is like moving out and back in but if it kills everything it is worth it. Derrick was very nice and polite and also answered any questions I had throughout his process. I’m pretty sure I have PTSD from these little creatures. I had no idea until this experience how easy it it is for them to be brought into your home. They have nothing to do with clean or dirty because I keep my house spotless. The servicemen at Heat Pest Control were very nice and cordial. They came out and did an inspection and was able to tell me how long I had the creepy crawlies in my home. We set an appointment and had to reschedule once because they were on a job that took longer than they expected. They called immediately when they saw they were not going to make it at the agreed upon time. They came out the next day and treated my home. That was two weeks ago and I have had no signs of the pests. The treatment was very expensive and they dont offer financing but they do accept PayPal which is very convenient. When I got home I had to put my mattresses back on the beds and move some furniture. They also left my back door opened which they needed to because it was VERY hot in the house which tells me they did what they said they would. But I wish they would have let me know so that I could have my neighbors be on the lookout for any funny business while I was away. Other than that, I am pleased that the bugs are gone and I have the added security of an 18 month warranty if these creatures are introduced back in. I appreciate the personal service I received. We had a small infestation (or so we thought) on our bed & were managing it well. However, the bugs had gotten into our couch & that was beyond what we could manage. We needed professional help. 7/8/19 Wow, thank you Chris. We had a small infestation in our master bedroom but chose to have the whole house heated as we have a grandson who comes to visit every week. The anxiety, guilt, anger, fear, and helplessness a person feels who has these creatures is excruciating. We had booked an appointment for chemical treatment with ABC Pest Control but decided to call Heat Pest and WOW, heat treatment is the way to go. Chemical treatment takes several weeks and Heat takes one day. We called Heat Pest on a Friday at 8 pm and got a return phone call Saturday Morning from Chris. Chris came out that evening and talked us down off the ceiling. He was knowledgeable, confident, reassuring and did the treatment that night. We had been staying at a Hotel since Friday and were going to continue to stay at Hotel through the weekend. Chris is amazing and while Heat treatment is expensive, it was no more expensive than ABC. It would not have mattered to us one way or the other as we had to get this resolved. Thank you Chris for all your help. You are a wonderful person to deal with. I will update this post in a month and up to a year to let google world know if those @#$%% bugs come back. I feel strongly they will not. We have slept in our bed 3 nights in a row, well, actually husband slept in bed 3 nights while I only did last night. I finally decided to use The Art of War on my fear of bedbugs and take control. Since I don’t feel the bites I wouldn’t know if they are biting me, but , my husband knows! No bites, no marks on sheets, nothing. Very pleased with Heat Dallas. We had bed bugs throughout the house. They came promptly and did a whole house treatment, except they didnt realize we have a closet off the bathroom, so they closed the bathroom door when they heated, so it did not kill the ones in the closet. We later found some bugs on clothing and a few other places. Before we realized the closet was missed, they came back a couple of times to spray, but it became apparent more was needed.We scheduled for them to come on a certain day to heat the whole house again (for no additional cost). My wife waited for them, but when they did not show up. I called Steve and he apologized that they were way behind because of rain and wouldnt be able to make it that day. That was a huge pain as it takes a lot of work to get ready and we wouldnt be able to reschedule until the following week. But they did come out promptly then and we are now bug free. They really stand behind their work.

Been meaning to write a review. This company is very polite, professional and prompt. I called them out to do an inspection (which was FREE!), after a bed bug scare. First company I called confirmed my findings was indeed a bed bug shell. But I decided to get a second opinion first if I was going to spend that kind of money on treatment. So Heat Pest showed up and examined the shell, which luckily for me ended up a carpet beetle. I was still nervous about it so they took the time to pull up pictures and explain to me the differences. They continued to search our beds and reassured us that we did NOT have bed bugs. Hallelujah! Thanks for being honest and taking the time. If we ever have any issues in the future we will definitely be calling Heat Pest!

I tried getting rid of the bed bugs on my own for MONTHS. I finally got so fed up that I Googled bed bug treatment and found Heat Pest Services. Within 72 hours of my call, my home was 100% rid of the bugs. Steve and Jay were the best. They were punctual, fast, and thorough. They warned me that my home would literally be torn apart when they were done, but it really wasnt as bad as I imagined. Clean up was simple, and I am still bed bug free. Its expensive, but well worth it. If you ever have this issue, dont waste your time and money trying to rid them on your own. Call these guys.

I was wanting to prevent my father from entering the house but since the door was unlocked he was able to come in.Luckily he did not turn on a.c. or anything.

Chris, the owner of Heat, came out 2 hours after we first called, conducted a free inspection, and told us he didnt find any evidence of bed bugs. We had a small infestation in our master bedroom. We were expecting someone to move in soon and needed to resolve the issue Asap. Tanner took great care to come give us a quote and explain the process. He answered all my questions and many calls and helped my family feel confident we were making the right choice as it is expensive. While I have seen no bugs, I am very unhappy with the disrespect shown to my home by your worker.Our house was basically trashed. We still are putting it back together.I had broken custom blinds, a smashed lamp shade, half the electricity off in my home requiring extensive electrical work and other items just thrown on the floor throughout the house.****************************************Update 11/2717Our local rep Steve has been working with us to make things right.The bugs reappeared in the living room and he came back and treated it again and we have seen no more. He was careful with the house and there was no further damage. I would give him four stars(****) and am happy to do so.The main company is a different story. They have not returned my calls, apologized or paid me for the broken blinds that are costing $250 to replace.The low quality of customer service on their part makes it impossible to raise my company rating.So if you are in Dallas Steve is someone you can work with. Anywhere else you will have to seek advice elsewhere. The company was not happy with my first review, but did I hear from them? Nope.********************Update 11/28/17Steve has made good on paying for my broken blinds. The bugs have thus far not reappeared.So I am raising the rating for Steve to four stars.Your local rep was apologetic, worked with us on the timing of the payment and says he will pay for the blinds. He also said he talked to his worker.We were warned that the house would be disrupted, but this went beyond that to disrespect. I understand that to get at all these bugs you need to get everywhere, but perhaps a second worker to help with the moving would be wise.I have not rated you on Yelp, due to the pledge of cooperation by your local rep.I also left messages at the hq number that have never been returned.I give you two stars based solely on seeing no bugs.

Had to treat my house for bes bugs. the tech was good, he was able to identify where the main problems were, worked with me to address my financial situation, and got the house treated in a relatively short amount of time (took about 5 hours, but advertised as 8). havent had a problem since, i definitely recommend.

Chris recently treated our Master Bedroom and Bathroom for bed bugs. After failed treatments from multiple companies, including using our regular pest service, the situation was just made worse. Chris and his team explained everything top to bottom, then heat treated our master and sprayed most of the remaining part of our house. He even came back after hours to spray after we found a few stragglers. He is very professional, and his service is excellent !!! Rates are very Competitive. Excellent service. All bugs killed with first treatent. They treated everything in the house well. No issues.

My wife had severe hives and allergic reactions to an unknown cause. We discovered bed bugs and thought that the cause. Our tech Steve came out in three hours and began treatment of the house within an hour. We were back in our bed that night; the hives and bed bugs had completely disappeared. Highly recommended.

This company’s service was excellent. I was horrified to find bedbugs, and they were extremely informative and timely. I found out late friday night and they came saturday to assess, and sunday the job was done by 10 pm. They were extremely responsive and even came back to treat a crate I had forgotten to tell them about. They answered all of my questions and responded to calls quickly if they couldn’t answer. Also, a month later i messaged a concern, and i received a response within minutes. This company cares about customer service! I do recommend writing your questions down throughout the process, because you can get really tired getting the house ready and your fatigue makes you fuzzy. For instance, I bought some online spray and mattress and pillow covers and they said not to use any of it because they can’t guarantee 18 months of bedbug free if you dont use their products, and covers only mess up the chemical treatment. Thank you Chris! Great service at a reasonable price. I recommend your services to anyone with bedbug issues.

I have a 6 year old and 17 month old. One night we found a bed bug on my 6 year olds pillow as she lay on it, asleep. A horrible sequence of sleepless nights, nervousness, panic, and WASHING and DRYING and throwing so many of our belongings out ensued. We paid a large exterminator company (the one with the white and green logo) $1,400 for their bed bug treatment. After being stood up twice for our pre-paid treatments, we decided to look elsewhere. I found Heat Pest Services on google and called. They were so helpful and informative and customer-service oriented that I decided to give them a shot, even though we were already out so much money from the prior big-store brand exterminator that failed to show. IT WAS WORTH IT. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME ON SPRAYING. If you can afford the heat treatment, go for it. Chris did a great job for my parents house and for mine. He took great care of us and was prompt and knowledgeable. He worked very hard to ensure we got great service. He also answers his phone, is prompt, and does what he says he will do. I wish we had known to call Heat Pest Services when we first realized we had a problem! Would have saved us so much time, money, loss of possessions, and heart ache!

I have not seen ANY bugs alive since they came out. Was expensive but well worth it. Now I can sleep without worrying about being crawled on or biten.

These people know what they are doing with bedbugs. If you have bedbugs, call them.I had a really bad infestation at a rent house I own. I did a lot of analysis of different options. Especially for bad infestations, you want heat combined with chemicals. These guys will do what is necessary, mostmost ot I talked to will not. And they are not as expensive as others that would.You dont want to do it yourself, its not safe and its not effective. Yeah, I know, even though Heat is not as pricy as others, its still not cheap, but I looked at renting the equipment and buying the propane to heat the house. You dont want to go there, you arent going to save yourself money.Six months bedbug free. Im happy.

We had an incredible experience with Arizona Heat Pest Services. This team is nothing short of amazing. Austin was excellent in communicating the process and was able to get us scheduled quickly. He was super helpful with answering questions and follow up after our service as well. He set us up with Steve, who drove a couple hours to do an extremely thorough inspection of our home... locating (within a few short minutes) bugs we could not find for days (and bugs other companies didnt take time to find). Steve educated us not only on the process his company uses, but also the science behind it... as well as sharing valuable information he had gained on these bug enemies over the last two decades of work in this industry. He was very compassionate toward our situation and listened to all our concerns/questions. We came to like him personally and respect him professionally. We had interviewed two other companies and decided to contract Arizona Heat because they offered the most thorough course of action and a much more extensive warranty (18 months!) ...as well as an optional extended warranty. James came out to do our work. He was personal yet professional, taking time to once again listen to us (we were traumatized about being in this situation!)... James was very discreet (we had outdoor work going on at our house/neighbors as well). He went over our home in detail... making sure to eradicate any and all bugs from our home, while being mindful to maintain our privacy. I cannot communicate well enough how exemplary this team of professionals is ... they are second to none. We are so grateful for the way they treated our home with the utmost care and handled themselves professionally and with integrity, personally yet professionally. I was told by Orkin I had bed bugs. They (Orkin) wanted me to store and also throw away most of the items in my home. I needed a second opinion and that is when Tyler came over (within an hour of calling him hysterical) He inspected my place from top to bottom, and told me I did not have bed bugs. He could have easily sold me a treatment package but he chose to be honest. If I ever had a problem I would call them and recommend them to everyone!!!!!!!

Honestly, he is mine and my husband’s hero!We had a bed bug issue that started late June and we hired another company to come out and exterminate, well all they did was spread the bugs around. I found Heat pest services through google after watching heat treatments done on YouTube. I called Chris one day, unbeknownst to my hubby (bc we had already spent a lot of money through the other guys) and asked about pricing and heat treatment details.Chris let me basically vent to him about my horrible ordeal with the bed bugs and the other company.I was desperate for REAL help!I was going crazy. Did you know that there is no chemical pesticide that kills bed bugs in all their points along the life cycle? Any company you hire that tells you their poison will kill the bed bugs is not telling you the whole story. But check it out, HEAT kills bed bugs and their eggs at all points in the life cycle. DEAD. My boyfriends house has been infested for about a year, and they have used every household poison/bomb over and over. If they were going cheap with a professional service, they would have hired a pest control company that just uses chemicals, when in fact most of the bug killing is what you do washing and drying and vacuuming the whole house. And they keep coming back...Inevitably my boyfriend brought some hitch hikers to my house and several weeks ago I started waking up covered in bites. From the pattern I knew what they were. I sprayed poison all over and around my bed and the floor under it, looked for them at night with a flashlight, and generally wasted a lot of time and effort that did not stop me getting eaten alive while I slept. After several hours of research online I called Heat Pest Services.Heat Pests representative came to my house with his flashlight and tore my king size bed apart until he found a nest of them that came running out of my box springs when he poked them. They were sleeping way down there totally oblivious to my poison. So my boyfriend and I both scheduled an extermination and let me just say the bugs are DEAD. Neither his massively infested house nor my minimally affected house has had a single bit human since the heat was turned up on those blood suckers. Plus there is an 18 month guarantee, which I hope I dont need.The only downside is how they have to get to the bugs is turn your whole house over. Like I said, mine were down under the mattress and box springs. So when they get done you come back into a hot house and have to put your furniture back right. Small price to pay for not waking up every day with whelps and bites all over my body.I did not compare prices but I suspect this might be a tad more expensive to start with but will pay off over time when they dont come back.The staff was thorough, professional, explained in detail verbally and in writing what I should expect and what was expected of me. Everything was just as they said it would be. I definitely recommend Heat Pest Services if you are one of the unlucky ones who gets these blood suckers in your home or business.

My family and I moved into a mobile home with a severe infestation of bed bugs in one room...the bugs were in the walls behind the panneling and it almost seemed like they were never going to go away...heat pest services had to come back three times till the bugs were gone but they stuck with us until the issue was resolved. Their tech Jose, was always quick to respond and schedule another treatment at an early date..They were out once a week for three weeks in a row. Ide recommend this company for anyones bedbug issue.
