I always have to call and remind them for my scheduled service in every three months. They finish entire home(inside/outside and backyard) within 5/10 mins. And their service is not good. Their treatment does not do anything, not effective. I am waiting to complete my 2 year contract then move to the another service provider.

We have been using anthem for about a year now. They have are always very accommodating with my schedule during my pregnancy and now with my new born. I also have a toddler so between naps and meals it can get crazy. They always call when they are 15 minutes away so that helps me get everything together so I can leave as soon as they spray. Preston was our tech today as with all the other techs we have had they are all very nice and professional. Thank you for keeping bugs out of the house. :-)

I was a customer with them for over a year. They would come and do a good service. When we signed up with them, they stated that we did not have a yearly contract and could cancel when needed. We my husband and I called to cancel 4 months ago, they stated that they had no record of the call and that we were in a 2 year contract and would need to pay to get out of it. We stated that is not what we were informed of or signed. We fell on financial hard times and needed to cut expenses. When we spoke to them to discuss further that we have this issue and need to cancel service, they stated that they would charge us for the remaining services and then cancel. We asked to speak with upper management and were told we would get a call back. WE NEVER RECEIVED THAT CALL and they charged us. Now I cant afford groceries for my family. I would NOT recommend them. Not professional, only in for the money.

Pretty terrible service honestly. The people they send out are very inexperienced. They are young adults and that is fine but they are just so inexperienced. The first guy they sent out had only been working like a week or two. I know this because I asked him how long he had been working.If you they are going to send someone that new out you would think that would at least send someone to train them right? Nope, it was just him. And he was rude and he did had an attitude like he did not even want to be there.I requested they send someone more experienced and they send out someone else on the next trip. He said he treated ant hills and knocked down wasps nest but we still had a bunch after he had came.Cancelation fee for me was like $250. It would of cost like $300 to keep going with the service for the contact I signed. But I chose to cancel anyways rather than just deal with them any longer.Customer service was fine, but the actual pest control service is bad. Do your own research on who to hire instead of letting one of their sales people pressure you into buying when they come to your door to try and sell you.

I consistently have problems with the service not calling or even notifying me when they plan to show up. They will ring the doorbell and if you’re not out there in 5 minutes they are gone. They need to call and notify homeowners when they expect to be in the area. The inside of my house has been left untreated for months and is consistently getting bugs in it. DO NOT use this service as they are terrible.

This company is new to me. I was impressed with the sales person and the feel of the smaller based business. He gave more insight to the actions and usage of chemicals and the why of it all. I was comfortable with what he was offering and I feel as though I had been informed . I have done business with bigger companies , and left to feel only the price tag and not the service. The person that has done the initial run was helpful as far as information ,but somewhat sloppy and not very thorough with the application of the product. It was a very hot day and the mosquitoes were horrible. Hopefully the next application, in thirty days will prove to be a better experience !

Preston was my service person. He was polite, friendly and eliminated a wasp nest and 2 mud hornet nests inside my windows. I highly appreciate him and recommend him. Thank you

The technicians are always friendly & make sure the answer any questions. They almost always give what I call little nuggets. For example, the today he told me that wasps never return to old nests. I have been using this service for almost 2years and would recommend them.

This company is a scam charging outrageous price. They were charging me $150 quarterly just to leave bugs on my home. Then told me I would have to pay a fee of $250 to cancel out the service. On top of me paying a company to take care of my bugs I had to also purchase my own pest spray and treat my home. Do not recommend this company!!! I called in several times trying to cancel only to be put on hold asked to leave a message and never receiving a call back. Poor quality and poor customer service luckily another company came by and was able to actually take care of my issues for a very feasible rate and perform more of a service than anthem.

I do not ever write reviews. But this business should come with a warning as a scam. The list goes on.... Service doesnt work (ants have stayed in my yard with a year of treatment). That is if they even made it out.... (still unsure) Techs say they come out yet have never been seen on property. No one answers phone calls.The workers mostly only respond via text. There is not clear communication on cancellations. When you do talk to someone they try to use there recorded phone calls as evidence (yet read it off to fit their agenda and leave out key information) All while talking to a Rude manager. Please do not use this company. They are only looking to pocket your money.

The gentleman were on time. They explained everything to me and detail. They honored the price that was given. They were fast and fluent in their work. For my first time experience I was very satisfied with their job. Looking forward to working with this company.

Great service they come each quarter and do pest control. They always ask if you are having and specific issues and work to remedy them. They will do indoor and outside. Pricing is also good. Would recommend.

Ive been using Anthem Pest Control for a year now. I am very pleased with the level of service they provide. I have not had any insect issues since we began the service. They are considerate and very informative. If looking for a good Pest Control company that wont break the bank, I recommend giving Anthem a try.

Had sugar ants on edge of kitchen sink and window. Michael figured out where they were coming from and spread out a gel buffet for them..the ants magically multiplied and ran to this gel and died on the spot. He explained that others would go back to the queen and the others would expire as well. This morning not an ant to be found. Just what I wanted.

I have used this service for over a year with pretty ok results. I was told that the first contract was 12 months. After the first year my services were to not auto renew unless I notified company. Not commutation letting me know they renewed my contract. Today I was billed for service preformed today...I have been home all day and no technician has been here. I was billed for 3 months services. No answers when you call the office , no matter the time of day. I have requested that my account be closed and refunded for the theft committed today. Looking elsewhere.

If you like to hand out free money just go do that at a charity not here because they just take your money and disappear.

The tech that did my quarterly treatment was Antez Ward. He was exceptionally professional. He articulated everything he was doing. Very informed about the product. Was very pleasantly courteous. I would highly recommend!

I was very happy to have Anthem at my doorstep, they offered a great service plan at a great price. Service was very prompt they showed up exactly when they said and their service was exceptional. I am very satisfied with the over all professionalism and courtesy they have provided.

This company is terrible, the worst pest control company I have used actually and I have tried several in the metroplex. The sales guy made all of these great promises and then delivered none. They had to come back after my second service because their technician failed to complete the service and did not notify me that they were on the way to my property. I specifically asked the technician to get the spider webs (part of their job, stated so by the sales person) and he did not comply.I received a call from a technician this afternoon stating that they were on the way to my property...umm when was I notified of this appointment? His response was that they scheduled it this morning. I received no notification of this appointment- not an email, not a phone call, nothing. So they also make appointments for you and plan on showing up without bothering to notify the customer.Now that my contract is up, they are trying to say that I owe them for cancelling... I had a 12 month contract and it is OVER. When I asked to speak with a manager, conveniently there is not one available (its 3 p.m on a Wednesday). This company is out to scam people and they hire incompetent technicians. The lady answering the phones was equally rude and hung up on me. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME.

They didn’t provide the service but charged my credit card. This service was supposed to be the third visit but no one came to the house but reported back to the office that they provided it on the exterior of the house. This claim was while We were in the house.I throughly disappointed.They have rescheduled it for next month. I will update it after I receive the service.

I have had Anthem Pest for almost a year. I recently had Billy Long treat my lawn and interior house and let me tell you. He did an amazing job! He covered more areas than what my previous guy was doing.I am going to be requesting Billy Long to treat my location moving forward. Please ask for him to get top notch service! The servicers and sales people were great....now that we have tried to cancel they are ignoring our texts and calls, they say someone else has to do the canceling and will call us but doesnt, and they continue to send a technician anyways. Not cool, we fulfilled our contract.

Andrew Aguilar came out to my house today for the initial pest control service and treatment. He did a great job. Very thorough and professional.

*Edit...so today, 7/31, they didnt show up (as confirmed by my video cameras), but I was billed another $119.08. So thats $366.98 in total. They are supposed to come out 1 time per quarter...but they have billed me for 3 trips in a 4 month time period.- Anthem called 8/2/21 to let me know they serviced a home close by but with my same address. They have rescheduled my home for service.5/6/21:Im seriously confused about the way Anthem Pest Control charges for their services. Although I am on a Quarterly plan, they made their first visit on 3/30/21 and sprayed the outside. I was charged $128.82. Then, they came back 37 days later on 5/6/21 to spray the inside (no charge for the inside as I didnt have it done the first time they were here). While here to spray the inside, they went ahead and sprayed the outside again, and i was charged another $119.08. So, on a Quarterly Plan, Ive already paid appx $250, and have been signed up for their service less than 2 months.I will say, the Techs (Andrew and Isaiah) were very professional and did a great job. But the payment schedule is a mystery to me and Im waiting for somebody to call and explain the process, and to advise as to when my next appt is scheduled (since they automatically book appointments for you without first confirming whether that date will work).Great Technicians - but the payment plan is a mystery to me and its not a transparent process for the customer.

Always professional, I love that the product is organic and not harmful to my pets or Son. I only have a minor concern when it comes to it actually working as well as Id hoped, in between services, we tend to see more insects, after the service before last anew one, earwigs, appeared. So that was new, never had those before.Otherwise, good value, great service!

Expensive and I dont think any bugs that are residing at my place ever die. Also, they will screw you over for more money! They are a dishonest business that will take advantage of people. Look elsewhere for pest control

Have used anthem for about a year now. Good service. Shut the gate like they usually do but unfortunately forgot to put the recycle bin and trash cans back in the right place. Caught the dog trying to escape but luckily was not able to.

I have been impressed with Anthem since I switched. They were cheaper than my previous company and ultimately turned out to be a better provider. Every tech has focused on the bugs in the areas that we have pointed out and regular treatments have all but stopped our flea and and issues.

I have been using Anthem Pest Control for over a year and the results have been great. I no longer have spiders or ants inside my house (I live in a rural area). If I need inside treatment, all I have to do is call them before they arrive to service my property. The staff is always gracious and helpful. I recommend this company 100%!

David did a good job and he was helpful with the problem we are having. A little bit too chatty and he didn’t leave any sticky traps inside my garage door. I would prefer a two hour window, rather than 4.

They miss appointments and then reschedule without telling you when. if you miss the appt (meaning they only spray outside), you still owe the full $100/mo (which Orkin told me is insane as they do it for $100/quarterly) they try to make you think you have a great deal but theyre just swindling you. Theres one girl in the office who is terrible at her job. While they might be nice, theyre bad at everything else.

We have been with this company a year and service is not good. If they had minus ➖ ⭐ Id give them a minus 5. They scheduled a tech to come out and nothing is done. Then you have to call back because like today its raining hard. They dont treat the yard. This business is just a scam to get your money. If you call to cancel your contract they charge you $150 and you cant cancel until your next appointment. Which is 3 months away. I will never use a service like this again.

Could not get a hold of anyone in the Dallas office. Needed the inside sprayed but didnt know what time they were coming. Tried to find out but didnt answer or return my phone call. I will not use them anymore.

The technician, Anton, was excellent. However, the time initially agreed upon was not met, and no one called me to provide an update....I had to call them. This was no fault of Anton.

I was told I was going to have my entire yard sprayed for all pest. Either the tech is not spraying as he should or your product is not as good as you advertised I would really like to know.

I found that I had more bugs after they would come service than I did before. They said their pest control stuff was bringing them out and killed the waterbugs, but I found that the feral cat that lives on my block to be a more effective bug killer. I also constantly had ants all over my yard, regardless of their treatments. Id advise someone to buy their own correctly sized product from a box-store before paying for a small amount of pesticide to be spread over a large yard... I watched a tech hand spread my yard, which is an oversized corner lot. Their services are not worth the expense.

Scam....Scam...scam...scam...made it clear that we were only going to need service for 1year about lease is only1 year. They insist our agreement is 2 years. Dont use these scammers. Their tech lied e about servicing our home,no one came in as indicated on his workorder.

He presented himself to be very knowledgeable about Anthem’s products and services, explained how their features and benefits separate them from their competitors, while seamlessly integrating within the personable conversation. I feel that he went above and beyond by also being very personable. He also pointed out a wasp nest that I hadn’t been able to locate before. The tech wrote that he swept my eaves to my house as part of duties performe but was lying because there were 2 different bees hives that he missed.. I call him back from the same phone number he used to call me with his ETA. I left him a message and didnt return my call. im still waiting for them to make it right. also they treated my house right before a huge snow storm that lasted a week and as soon as the weather cleared my house has been full of insects. its also very hard to reach a representative to complain to

Firstly, I loved Antez, very respectful young man, secondly, I hope the insects will go away, I dont like ants and wasps. I dont know about quality and or value yet, first time use antem.

Anthem is a great pest control company. They have always been easy to work with and have great customer service. I have had to have the come back once between services and it took care of the problem with no issue.
