Im never home so I only know my tech by phone Yet he is very personal Always ask if Im having any issues with fleas bc I have many stray cats outside Yes he remembers that! Personal but very professional! Each time ask if I have any questions or concerns Tells me everytime ill be sure to get the back bc I had told him thats where I take my dog out!! Also tells me each time if I have any problems call and hell come back, take care of any problems free of charge This is my first time using a exterminator but my aunt recommended Northwest and she was correct Ive had no issues with fleas which is amazing Escpically with so many strays around! Mosquitoes are shockingly down They usually are awful And they quickly took care of termites!! When you call each person that answers the phone is always so pleasant, professional and kind!! He is very knowledgeable about his task - providing information concerning the ants and spraying for them inside and out. He even located their nest! We especially appreciated his ability to fit into our schedule and get the job done in a reasonable manner.
