Muse is a wonderful! Great people to work with. They’re price was competitive and not over blown at all. They did a fantastic job and even came back a month later to check a few spots for touch ups, not a lot of companies around that care like that!! My home is new construction and they made my yard look great and perfect for my kids to enjoy. Thanks Muse for the great job y’all took great care of us. I would highly recommend Muse you’ll be glad you did. I’ve worked with many contractors through out my home building experience, they were one of the best ones to work with.

Jeff Muse was my contact....but only when I initiated. Other than to come for an estimate, I never saw him until he came to be paid, and he never supervised the work. Estimate was $5827; I paid $4300 because: Only 51% of the bushes were delivered (only in max 3gal containers instead of the 15 gal containers quoted), only 77% of the slate chip area compared to quote; no top soil as quoted; no rock beds as quoted. The only reason I even saw a drawing before the work was because I requested it. No tags left on plants so I didnt even know what they were except the Crepe Myrtles. No instruction on how to care for them - at quote, I was lead to believe there would be little required, which was NOT the case. Crew leader never spoke to me unless I asked questions: never knew when they were coming or not. Crew used a neighbors brush area for a bathroom, left chicken bones in the street, and used my lawn furniture during COVID without asking so I had to disinfect. When completed, the bill arrived as quoted, so I had to insist on these adjustments. Even after I reduced payment by $1500, I still feel ripped off.

Havent seen a job yet that falls short of great quality. Great work every time.

Couldn’t imagine these guys doing a bad job. Too notch and we would use them over and over again. For any of our own are needs.

I worked for muse Landscaping for 2 years and was told he takes care of his crew leaders. I guess driving the truck, leading the legal workers, and trying to please the customers with what we had and could do is not considered a crew leader. This hole company is nothing but lies. I had many customers tell me when I got there they have been trying to get whatever it was they needed done for weeks and some months. Only to find out it was the first we had heard about it. The only person jeff cares about is his bestfriend pays him to do nothing for the company and has his back while he runs over yours. I was told if you had a problem to talk about it but when you bring it up to him he automatically shut it down. When it came time to better my self and family and do the right thing and tell him face to face it does nothing said I cant get my 2 vacation days because I left the company the vacation days was the only real thing I had working there. My personal opinion but I wouldnt trust any thing jeff muse says

I called Muse Landscaping about asphalt milling, the next day Jeff Muse called me and told me he had a better product that was like crush and run. Jeff told me, I would like it on my driveway. Jeff called a little bit later, telling me the product have small chuck of concrete, was that okay, i told it was. So they delivered the product (Waste Concrete, found out later, that he get it for free)a little later. I was told they would tail gated, they dont .They dump it over about 20 foot of driveway.. I called Jeff and told him what happen, he told me he would send a bobcat over and charge me $75. I agreed. The operator did a great job of spreading the material. But it was so wet. The next day the product was still very wet, I was great stuck in my driveway. I contacted Jeff and he ask me what i wanted. I told him I want a driveway that i could drive on. I told him to do what he felt would fix the problem, so a couple of hours later the bobcat and dump truck show up with a load of crush and run. They spread the product out, I waited about 4 hours to drive on it, it was better but the vehicle was still sinking in the driveway. The next I ask Jeff to remove the product. He told me that he would come by and look at driveway, he told this 3 times, he has never shown up. He texted and told that I got everything for free, but my check had already cleared the bank. Jeff Muse can do a good job if everything go correctly, but if it go bad, he will blame everyone else. He lied to me several times. The picture are of my driveway. I would not use this company, the owner Jeff Muse is not a good person, will lie quickly.

Not bad but definitely not the best a little pricey but for the most part pretty good work
