I needed a main part for the electrical system in my RV to be delivered but I didnt have a physical address so I found out this place I can pay 5 bucks to and have a package shipped to a young lady by the name of Caroline help me out the package arrived early they called me promptly, I arrived a couple hours later gave them $5 flat talk to ray the owner about some Knick knacks they have a great store full of little tidbits of things. People Could spend a long time looking at everything here. Check out the pics!

Ray is an absolute delight. Ups store failed me miserably so I came to this store. I was in a rush because I was on my lunch hour and had wasted half of it at ups. Ray notarized 4 documents, made copies for me, mailed my documents and sold me some stamps. I was in an out in about 10 minutes. Excellent customer service. I will be going here from now on.

This store has everything you would want from a gift shop, and even more because Ray is hilarious! There’s just that great feeling of love as soon as you enter and anything you need help with Ray has got your back! Smells better than bed bath and beyond in here! Would rate 10 stars if I could! They even have high quality CBD shipped straight from Oregon!

Great local place that can do just about anything. Better than UPS, in my opinion, and more convenient than going to a big box store (if you need to fax something).

Terrible experience! Brought 2 pkgs into store, very different weights. I had just printed return labels from library, didnt have tape in car. Needed assistance taping labels to boxes. Walked in, asked Caroline if she could assist, and weigh pkgs. Caroline weighed pkgs, said weight for purse correct, weight for vacuum incorrect. I replied, Well, thats their return label, should be fine. My concern was the purse weight. Asked if she had it from there. She said yes. I left. Later found she shipped the vacuum to a customer/thief I cant even reach now. Shipped purse to Fingerhut. I emailed the store several times, trying to understand what could have possibly gone wrong. No response! Went into store, no apology. Was told they were not responsible because I had brought in preprinted labels. The whole printed out label for the vacuum, clearly stated what was being returned. Obviously the manufacturer box, with pictures of the floor cleaner all over it, was the correct box for the floor cleaner label. Also, she had just confirmed the shipping label weight for the purse was correct so there was no confusion which label went with what. Furthermore, she should not have said she had it if she was at all confused. I understand mistakes happen, but be aware, I received no apology, was just told, they are not legally liable.

I needed to have something notarized in a time crunch and every place I contacted in the short amount of time charged $25. When I called I spoke with Ray and he informed me it was only $6.00 so I hurried to the shop and when my husband and I walked through the door we were greeted by Ray immediately. His shop is amazing and filled with home goods as well. I bought a stamp and mailed my letter right at the shop. He even offered to make me a copy just in case I needed it for the future. I recommend this shop to everyone.

Excellent shipping facility - they offer a variety of options - USPS, UPS, FedEx - and their prices are reasonable. If you ask them, they will tell you which method of shipping is fastest or cheapest.My packages always get to their destination - the guys are friendly and easy to work with - I have not had a bad experience with them. I will continue to do all my shipping with Ship N More.

This place is a landmark in Carrollton, Tx!! and is a HUGE convenience for all you shipping needs. Everytime I come here, I’m in and out, and he takes care of all my packing supplies that I never have to make sure my packages Arrive safely, and on time!!!

Slow, non-welcoming, and over charge for fax services. They also have posted a free gift with a good review. When asked about the gift, he said well, we usually give honey, but I dont have any. Have a good week. Didnt appreciate the service received & its a first and last for me.

I went in yesterday to buy two large boxes to pack up donations from Grace Lutheran Church for Camp Jon Marc. I figured Id spend $10 or more on boxes. The owner had some recycled boxes that he gave me for free. What a good neighbor!!!

Ray is awesome! He runs a full services that allow a person to work from home, fax, notary, shipping, etc. The customer service is outstanding. I have been using Ship and More for a long time and consider him and Ship and More my business partners.

I am SO thankful I discovered this gem! Standing in line at the post office is horrific! The staff is very helpful. I get in and out quickly with plenty of parking spaces.. No angry people circling or yelling for a parking spot like the post office. They also scan, make copies, email, and fax.I discovered that I can also buy greeting cards and a few specify gift items, pack them up right there and ship them off.Also, the family that owns this I have found out supports their local school, PTA, and sports organizations, volunteering many hours helping kids.Thank you!!!

I have used this store for over fifteen years and have always been very pleased with the service I receive here. However, in the last year the store utterly smells like cigar/pipe smoke. It hits you the minute you walk in the front door. I ship packages to boutiques who do not want their items to reek of tobacco oder so I will have to find another store. Such a shame.

I shipped an item here on Saturday because I hadnt realized it was after 12pm and the post office was closed. I shipped 1 item that was less than a pound, I asked for a tracking and was charged almost $10 flat rate. The post office wouldve charged me $2.50 for 1st class shipping (Ive done this before) with a tracking number. As of now, the Monday after, at 7:30pm, it just days shipping label created?! Seriously? ! Never again!!
