Went in for a quick shipment. Didnt ask the girls name as I thought itd be on the receipt.She was good! She seemed like she enjoyed what she does, was very pleasant, welcoming and informative. I mean I know its only shipping a box but she totally made my day or errands much smoother. Sorry I didnt get your name but Im the one who shipping stuff for my clinic. I hope you know you were awesome!

Busy little FedEx location but customer service was a 10. Didnt know it was so close to home. Staff very helpful.

I recently had an excellent experience with this store. I needed to print and bind a couple large PDF books and print some invitations that I had designed myself - I was having terrible problems getting these invitations done - FedEx was the third service I tried. Jesus was super patient with me and helpful with advice on my options. Char worked out my print project to make it look great and I was able to get it all done, somehow with less cost than if I had ordered it online! I am posting this review out of gratitude and I will definitely visit this location again! It is a teeny location but they still manage to do very good work with a kind demeanor.

Because of the liberal panic, their one and only computer (for printing services) is shut down due to social distancing. It isnt near anything else in the store or within 6 feet of other services. It shouldnt be shut down.

A complete ripoff. I spent $1,121.90 to send boxes that needed to arrive for an event by 10:30 am at the lastest. I paid extra to get them there at that time. I was NEVER told that the delivery time was not guarenteed. Of 17 boxes only 6 were delivered ontime. So 11 boxes were delievered late and 2 of them were not delivered until the following day, which ruined our event. When we called FedEx just asking for a discount, not even a refund they basically said there was nothing they can do for us. I then called this location as this is where we sent the boxes from, just to see if there was something they could do and basically recieved the same response. If this is the way you treat your customers, then I do not want to have anything to do with FedEx ever again and I hope those of you reading this will rethink your shipping needs. USPS, you have just gained a loyal customer that spends a ton on shipping!

Staff is horrible

Great Store and Wonderful Staff, Jesús helped with my order and he was very thorough and professional.

They dont seems to accept drop offs cor fedex, dont bother wasting time just go to the fedex inside walgreens on josey near by they accept the drops off without any hassel.

Majority of the employees are scrambling to put on masks when someone walks in and today the lady working the front didnt have a mask on at all. I will be using UPS until they decide that the health and safety of their customers actually matters.

The manager of this store may know FedEx rules well, but she should not be in management or working with the public. There is more to a good employee representing your company than one who just knows the rules. I have tried this location for the third and final time over a six month period. Even though she was quite rude the previous two times, I was determined to smile at her and try to make the situation pleasant. She again went after my packaging and refused it before I was within six feet of the scale. I have been selling online for years and NEVER had this happen at any other FedEx, UPS, or USPS....never. As usual, I had to drive several miles further and take my package to a different FedEx location where it was no problem. This manager either needs to be fired, sent to corporate offices, or at the very least be required to attend classes on how to be polite and kind to other people. This is a pitiful situation for FedEx, and I cannot believe they have not removed her. One would think FedEx would prefer having helpful, kind people serving the public in their name.

I had a very simple order involving BW prints, including some lamination, as well as a 4 page fax when I went in to pick up my order. The order placed online was not done correctly, and had to be fixed by a counter associate. Unfortunately the production supervisor, Pre, had a seriously poor attitude, and didnt appreciate it at all that Id discovered fault with her work. She then proceeded to give the wrong price verbally for services rendered, and had the audacity to call me rude for being confused by the change I was given.I will not be back to this location, and with employees like Pre staffing their stores, its no wonder FEO/kinkos has faded into irrelevance, and become the poster-child/ running joke of retail for poor customer experiences.

My first time at this location.... very small but you can’t judge a book by its cover! With a major project deadline for tomorrow - Makenzie saved the day! Phenomenal customer service!!! She went above and beyond in helping me come up with some super creative ideas that will add significant value to my presentation for my company’s new product launch! It’s very rare nowadays to receive a customer service experience worth writing a review for... and this young lady definitely deserves the kudos!!! Thank you Makenzie.

Paid $160 to have something overnighted and its not here. I AM FURIOUS AND CANNOT SAY ENOUGH BAD THINGS ABOUT THEM. it was medicine and now I dont have it all weekend. CANNOT DEPEND ON THESE PEOPLE, worthless! This is completely unacceptable

I hate Fed Ex... I came here just to ship a package and they told me that my packaging wouldnt work because of a small empty space and wanted to charge me for paper filler. Such a lack of customer appreciation.

The girl working there was pleasant and was able to come up with a solution when I forgot bring my USB to print confidential information.

They were having trouble with an employee transaction and instead of helping a paying customer the employee was the priority! Ridiculous customer service. They could have been packing my item while waiting on their computer employee situation. In addition I was holding a heavy item and the employee did not even offer to place it somewhere while I was waiting.

I had the displeasure of speaking with a rude McKenzie on the phone and she provided the highest level of horrible customer service during my entire phone call to be as unhelpful as possible!Thanks for providing the worst customer service ever!I will not patronize this facility!

My package was lost & they wouldnt help me find it. They only pulled up the website & told me what I already knew.

Very disappointed with the service here. Walked in while FedEx Ground was scanning in front of me. Attendant refused to take packages to the driver because their arbitrary cutoff time was already passed, even though the pickup was not complete yet.I had to ask the driver if she could take it and she said of course, I havent left yet.
