I loved the woman in the store she was so nice and the cartridge was way cheaper than the store and great quality!! I can tell no difference in quality but big difference in my pocket! I even got some Christian resources for an outreach program I have for free! What a wonderful place!

So let me tell you about what I experienced while visiting Cartridge world. I needed new ink for my HP printer that was purchased about two months ago. So I happened to be driving past and seen this place (I was headed to Target to buy some initially) I stopped and purchased two one color, one black. I get home and removed the old cartridges and placed the new ones in. They didnt work. So I called she stated it was an issue with HP and the printer sometimes doesnt recognize the new remanufactured cartridges (I honestly didnt know they were remanufactured). So said I could come in and she would make it work. Fast forward a week later I call and she says I can come in. So I pack up the printer, grab the original boxes and the receipt (no refunds only store credit). Anyway I walk in she is apologetic and states its HP and my printer must be old and something about HP not following laws about their cartridges. Well 6 printer cartridges later and a phone call to her tech guy (who had me redo everything Ive already done) its still not working. Im frustrated as hell at this point. She then tells me she has to order more. I said how will that work youve already put 3 colors and 3 black cartridges and nothing. She then states well I can give you store credit. At this point Im done. I said what an I really going to need from this store where nothing works? I removed the cartridges and packed up my printer and left. Moral of the story get your ink cartridges from Target or direct from HP.
