Armstrong is very helpful with any questions we have. The website is quick & easy to use. The pickup and delivery service is next day. If we have items that need to be added to a box they are more than willing to do this. No problems, we have been with them for about a year.

Armstrong Archives has been our offsite records retention vendor for several years now. They are very prompt with pickups and deliveries. They have revised their website a few couple of times in length of time weve been with them. Each time has had improvements. Their customer care staff is excellent! They are always willing and happy to help us navigate changes on the website and help us order what we need.

My company has been a customer of AA since 1999. We have always had prompt and efficient service, and even though we are attempting to go paperless, there are still a lot of paper files that need to be stored off-site. We have more recently (within the past 5-years) begun using their monthly bin container shred system which also works well for our office. We are and have been very pleased with AA and hope to continue our long running business relations.

Their fee schedule is very reasonable and honestly it is the best one in the DFW metroplex. Each time we have to pull a record from storage it is always done quickly and efficiently.
