Best detail I have ever gotten on a vehicle. These guys are for real, super nice with great customer service. I would trust them with any vehicle I own. If you need a great detail with no spots missed then this is your team.

One Way Detail on Bankhead Hwy is $10 cheaper for all detail types across the board and cant be much worse. Temple Car Care is good if you actually want the job done completely. 1Stops work spoke for itself, charged $65 for mini detail and they didnt even vacuum up the DRY baking soda underneath the only 2 seats in my van. Completely ignored the mold. Didnt even bother wiping off all the dirt on the bare metal floor and plastic trim. The owner edited their original response where they told me I was lucky I paid $65 for an incomplete job. Btw Ive done better than this w baby wipes and a shop vac in 30 minutes, dont tell me its impossible when you lack basic attention to detail.

I went on Saturday before noon to get a car wash. The customer service was awesome and most importantly my car and wheels were very clean!!! They took the time to make sure I was highly satisfied. I will definitely go again and I highly recommend!!!!

My family of four, along with my big pit bull, took a trip to the beach over the weekend. My car was a mess. Dropped it off at One-Stop Detail and picked it up squeaky clean.Thank you for great service and affordable prices!

I would give them zero stars if it was a choice. I came in as a new customer asked for a exterior wash & floor mats vacuumed at 1:20pm. The lady said it wouldnt be longer than an hr. I came back at 3:30pm & my car was still not finished. I told the owner that I wanted my car finished or not because I was tired of waiting. She said that it would be finished in a second. I asked why was it taking so long. She said that when I came in & left they put every other car in front of me since I left. She said they automatically do that when someone leaves their car. I asked for my car again she said that it would be finished in a second. Ive been here an hour & counting now waiting on my car. Never coming back again.

The worst car detailing and customer service I have EVER experienced. Very unprofessional and unorganized. They had my car over a 2 day span, a total of 12 hours, and still didnt meet the expectations for the price I paid and for what was promised in my package. Let me add that I told them multiple times what time I get off of work and would need my car back and I had to track them down both days and they were LATE returning my car BOTH days. They also returned my car without the key fob the first day (glad it didnt shut off) and I had to go over to the shop to pick it up, which caused me to be late picking up my child. I basically paid for more stress to be added to my life by choosing this shop. PLEASE go somewhere else!!!!!!!

Visiting Carrollton with my Jeep.Off roading the acorn road trail all week and needed a washSearch on google resulted in several local shopsSome if not all with mixed reviewsI took a chance and wound up on the front apron of #1 Stop Detail.Immediately you will realize this is a small old school car washEverything is done by hand under the direction of the owner who supervise and inspects all work with great detail.Inside the shop , nothing fancy but very pleasant conversation and some comfy couches. I was delighted to meet the owners mom who has a amazing sense of humor.I quickly realized that I stumbled onto to more then a car wash but a meeting place who welcomes all like neighbors.It is refreshing.It is americana30 minutes later my red Jeep is sparkling in the sunlight.I am sad to leave this place that I my never return to.If you are visiting the Carrollton area, need a car wash , dont hesitate to visit #1 Stop Detail, and experience the charm of this shop for yourself.
