I pay $30 2999 to be exact and the job was terrible they left so much on my car. I know it was bad shape because of all the bird stuff on it but still when I pay $30 I expect it to be clean completely clean. I have a feeling they got mad because they were trying to give me to get the higher up one and they didn’t do everything they used to do so this is for sure I will not be going back there I’ve been a customer since 2010 and to have this happen is just a bad impression on me

I went in next door at the auto shop and was given a free full service car wash for changing my brakes (both car wash and auto shoo are family owned and operated) and was very impressed my the professionalism , cleanliness and attention to detail . Left car spotless and young man did a very thorough vacuum inside (something which many car washes miss). Even though this first time my service was free , they have earned my business , looking at their prices it is very good value for the service they are providing

I have used this location for nearly 15 years. Essentially since they opened, over the course of multiple management/owners.I had a clay bar wax and detail done over a month ago. I debated leaving this post, but i just noticed that the custom dog mat that was made for my car was damaged when they removed it, and nobody even bothered to tell me. I was annoyed when i got the wax to begin with, and felt it was poor quality, and they misled me.I called a week ahead of time to schedule a clay bar wax with a particular employee. I was told no problem, please call back a few days before to schedule, and i did. I specifically said i wanted a specific employee to do this work. The morning i dropped my car off, the employee was not there at the time. I mentioned this person to the sales and manager people at least 3-4x. I left my car and came back 4 hours later.When i got back, someone i didnt recognize was using a liquid wax and buffer on my car. I was told the employee did not come to work, and someone else did the work. nobody bothered to call me to confirm this was ok to have someone else do the $200+ dollar job.The work itself was poor quality. I had to show them several areas they missed on the hood, bumper and grill. They did not bother to clean my wheels, and told me they were faded. This was odd as my wheels were dipped less than a year ago. I took a towel and wiped my own wheels clean while they watched. All four wheels. The inside was ok, but they did not leather condition the front. They said they did, but i pointed out to them that the back seats looked wet, and the front looked dry. So they did the front again.Overall it was not worth the money. Add that to the fact they misled me about who would do the work, and did not bother to confirm it was ok. Finally, i notice a month later when i go to put my dog mat back in the back seat they destroyed a strap. I will not be going back.

Car wash service and interior vacuum and wipe resulted in damage to the car. The manager refused to take any accountability for the damage and said if I am not satisfied, I don’t have to return!!This place was much better a few months back. Avoid!

Great place to go when you need your car cleaned! Groupon is what stumbled me upon here, and I’m so glad! The car wash was very detailed. I loved that I could see my car the entire time, and with the purchase of the Groupon, you get a free air freshener. Staff was so friendly. The wash didn’t take long at all, and there’s a great waiting area. They have snacks, and a tv. This was my first time here but definitely not last!

***DO NOT COME HERE*** I brought my car in at 10am after calling ahead to check prices and making an appointment. I was told it would take 2 hours. Requested a later lunch break from work to allow extra time for my car to be ready when I got there. Sat in the lobby my entire lunch hour + 45 minutes. Eventually had someone from work come get me because 4 hours later it still wasnt ready. The gentleman that I had been in contact with since arrival estimated only 30 more minutes at that point. I told him I would have to come back on my break at 3 and he was POSITIVE it would be ready by then.... Except it wasnt. Waited another 20-25 minutes for them to rush carelessly to get my car ready to go. The interior was much cleaner than before but everything had a thick greasy layer of whatever they use. My trunk had not been touched except to be used for a trashcan and to store my sopping wet floorboards that were put on top of a stereo system I had back there. It wasnt until I got back to work that I noticed a brand new dent on my back bumper. I was in a desperate need for my car to be detailed but I will not recommend this place to anyone ever. Appalled by their unprofessionalism. Will post pics later.

Waited over 40 minutes for my car …Very disappointed with the service , they did not bother to even clean the side mirrors and the cup holder had coffee spill still in there .. waists if time and money

Always been a decent car wash until today... paid $70 for the handwash on outside and a detail inside... got the car back and outside was average job but the inside was horrendous. They didnt touch it, all they did was wipe the dust off my dashboard. No cleaning products or vacuum what so ever. I came in for a State Inspection not knowing what to expect in this process as I’m pretty new to TX. As fate would have it my engine light came on the week of and the gentleman explained to me that it would need to be cleaned out before they could inspect. Come to find out it was an oil change needed. They explained everything to me and got the oil change completed and gave me follow up instructions for coming back to get the inspection done. I’m really glad I chose this place and look forward to entrusting them with my cars future maintenance. They were Very professional and straight to the point!

Really nice guys! This is my go to spot to get my oil change and inspection done. Prices are fair. When washing my car I’ll get the $40 hand wash which I absolutely love that they have that as an option. Whenever I have a simple & small request, they definitely take care of it for me.

Scratched my brand new car multiple times. As they were trying to prove it wasn’t the car wash, it scratched even more. To resolve the issue, they told me it would be too much of an ordeal with the owner and to kick rocks. They continued to charge my monthly membership for 6 months even though we were contesting damages and I was no longer using their horrible services.

I love this place for car wash and inspections, I had a few questions about my car and they talked me through some stuff, gave me some tips, and double checked my fluids to make sure there were no problems. Harry and his staff are so kind and I love talking to them

I came for the first time a couple weeks back and have been coming consistently since. Great work for a good price. The customer service definitely was one of the highlights as well.

My 2020 white Camry was damaged at this car wash. I took it right over and the manager Mike said that it his word against mine and that it “could have been something from the road” that caused it. I told him to look at video and he said that the cameras won’t show anything that small. My car sits in a garage at home. I would have noticed it because of the black mark. I’m so upset and will NEVER EVER go to this car wash.

They informed me the carpet and seat extraction would cost 49.99 over the phone. When I show up they changed up the price and said its only for one or the other. Not sure whats the point of calling ahead and getting the information first just to show up and have them change it.

The wait for an Inspection was about 4 hours. I was able to drive somewhere else and get a State Inspection, then drive to another place and get a car wash and detail, all before they would have been able to even start on my Inspection.Not Recommended. The staff wasnt even all that nice. They werent rude, per se, but they werent really nice to a potential customer, either. They seemed all too busy to really care about another guy wanting an inspection and a car wash. They didnt even ask if I was going to want a car wash but seemed to think the only reason I was there was for an inspection, but it wasnt. I would have bought their best car wash. But no, they were too busy for me and I went somewhere else.

I gave a three points. Everytime I go they never ever clean the rear window in the inside. Front windows still have streaks. So yah not to happy

I go here often. $4 car wash is good. Free vacuum is great. They need a little more space on the lot, but the location on the corner is optimal. A good addition to the community.

Last Monday, we had our car washed at Midway Car Wash. Subsequently, we noticed items missing that were in the car. Upon returning to Midway Car Wash to inquire if they had the missing items, the supervisor looked all around and then inquired of the employee at the vacuum station who said he did not know anything about it. The vacuum employee then turned around and one of the missing items was stuffed in his back pocket! The supervisor stated he would contact us regarding remuneration. Subsequent follow-up calls to the supervisor and general manager have not been returned. We recommend avoiding this business.

I used to wash my car here almost every week,but now they charging $12 on what I used to pay $8..really, 50% increase on price?? ? Sorry,butI will find another car wash with a fair price.

The past few times over the last 12 months I have been here they are lacking in staff and they dont seem to care if they have any business or not. Cars are not washed to level they were before all these changes. The staff literally ignored me this week and I tried to leave but couldnt get out of the line then some guy comes out and offers to help me with my wash but never said sorry about making you wait 5 minutes just to get my car going to vacuums. Took me 30 minutes to get my car done and they were not even busy.

The absolute best place to get your car washed. The people are the nicest i’ve ever met in any shop that i’ve ever walked into. Their prices are incredible too, I will never wash my car anywhere besides here no matter what. There is also this very handsome worker named Ah med, he’s so charming and will take care of you no matter what.

I was very impressed with the detail service that I received on my vehicle. I took my brand new car out into the middle of no where south Texas and got the inside and outside covered with dust. I saw some great reviews on the details here and thought I would give it a shot. Wow! It was totally worth it. I got the car back cleaner than when I drove it off the lot. I am hard to impress when it comes to getting my car cleaned and I left here very happy. I cant wait to take my wifes car in soon.

This place has the most amazing customer service!I stumbled on it on my way to work, I was greeted with a smile and the different packages were patiently explained to me. They offered me a coupon package and I was able to be discounted same day! The service is super fast and efficient, and even in the cold they take their time with your car. I took my car in mid afternoon because my service engine light came on. These guys were very nice and helpful. They had my car diagnosed within 15 minutes or so. After fully explaining to me the problem, I agreed to have them fix it. They even took me home since it was going to be a few hours. The problem was fixed and the price was very good. I am a customer now with my vehicles. Its been a long time since I have had customer service this excellent. Great great job!!!!!

Great value for money on groupon for 3 visits. They do good work pretty quickly, though sometimes they use rags that smell reused too much or old damp like smell cleaning the interior.

Yesterday was my first time here I paid for the express wash (36.99). I received below par service. They were busy (totally fine so I dropped it off and went and did a quick errand with my husband.) When I come back the guy who cleaned my car yells across the lot saying he was looking for me - okay? I told cashier I would be back soon. He then said OKAY so your tip to me needs to be in cash so get cash back. I hadnt even seen the car, so already feeling rushed I did what he said and gave him the money. I then hop into my car where I am already disappointed because I still see hair everywhere in the car and streaks on the windows. I then get home and there are still BUGS on my grill and the guy didnt even vacuum my trunk. I could have done a better job myself on my car. I get its MY fault for running out of there since I already was yelled at and pressured. I am disappointed because the reviews were good, but I had such a horrible experience. The only positive part of this experience was the cashier was very nice to me. Will never be returning here again.

Ive been a loyal customer for 13 years. Their employees know me by name. I took a gamble to get my car wash with a 10% chance of rain. Of course hours later it rained. I knew for sure if I came back they would take care of me. Silly me, I came back on the same day, less than 24 hours and they do not honor me for at least a basic exterior wash. I had my receipt, workers recognize me from earlier in the day. The owner would not budge. Seemed to not care about customer service. Tried to convince me to buy another wash package. Also expressed it didnt matter to him a loyal customer would never do business here again. Needless to say Im in search of a new car wash in the Plano area.

Ladies! If you want to get everything taken care of at one place you have to come here. I got an oil change, filters replaced, an exterior wash, and interior detailing in just over an hour. The price was great and the quality was excellent. Go see Moe and he will take care of you. He gave me coupons for my next visit and made sure I was updated on the progress of my vehicle as I waited. On top of that, they have comfy chairs and a super clean bathroom in the waiting area. I will definitely be back.

I have been going to midway for the past couple of years, and I can not put in words of how well their service is and how they treat me. Very pleased with everything they do for me. Today I came in for them to work on my car and I told them that I needed them to have my car done before a certain time. Although it was very challenging to get the work done in that time frame, they respected what I asked them and did everything perfectly on time. Would rate this place 5/5. Amazing work.

This location will be straight forward with you about whats the best equipment, the best prices, and the best decision in their opinion for the situation. Cars can be costly. Not a bad experience but not the best. I asked for the premium wash and said “if the dash treatment makes the dash shiny please just wipe it down and do not add the treatment.” They added the treatment. They did a good job but just did not listen to me. I had to go home immediately as I was not able to see well out the windshield as the dash was reflecting the sunshine really bad.

This place has changed a lot since it was purchased by another person. I loved the guy in the auto body shop. He was great. I found the management at the car wash rude to say the least. I found the sales manager pushy. I told him exactly what I was looking for and asked how much. He kept offering me upgrade after upgrade telling me my brand new car needed to be buffed. I dont think so. Guess he thought since I was a woman I didnt know what I was talking about. They were really busy and as a result did a crap job on cleaning the carpets on the inside of the car. Sad, cause I really loved that place. Moving on.

I towed my car to Midway Auto Center in hopes of my getting my vehicle running with paying as little as possible. Amer and Sam were very helpful and made sure my car was finished as quickly as possible. I had my car checked out and repaired very quickly and I was able to get my car back on the road quicker than I expected. I paid half of what I wouldve paid at any other shop and could not have been any happier. My car needed an AC compressor and a tensioner and I walked out paying less than $400. I could not be more satisfied.

Came across this place and decided to try it out. They did an amazing job on my car detail and always take their time. I would recommend Midway to anyone looking to get a car wash that it worth the money.

This is the only car wash I take my cars too. Ive been coming here for the past 4 years. The staff there is amazing and very friendly. You can tell they put in the effort and care about their customers. My cars always come out clean and spotless. Great customer service. Their details makes you feel like you got a brand new car straight from the dealership. I want to thank them for always putting up with my dirty cars and transforming them into new ones! What else can I say, Midway Does It All!!

I took my car here a few months ago for a quick interior and exterior wash. I had to point out a few issues with grime and road muck that wasnt removed; which wasnt a big deal. What was a big deal was that everything in the interior was wiped down with some cleaner that left everything greasy and streaky. I ended up re-cleaning everything they had cleaned after the fact. If you do end up going avoid any of their premium services.

I was in search for a new place to take our family car and came across this place as a 5 star. I was very pleased with my first visit from the moment i called just to get an estimate on their pricing for what i was looking for(a thorough detailing). Although I had no expectation of being anywhere for 2+ hours, it flew by between multitasking on getting services on our car after the wash and being taught some GREAT tips on caring for our car. I greatly appreciated the two gentlemen that handled the counter in the car wash area and the auto area. They were very pleasant to speak with and took good care of me with all my questions and concerns. Harry, one of the owners, made it a point to give me the ins and outs of taking care of our car the best we could and even checking out some things to give us an idea of what needed to be taken care of. There is nothing more humbling in customer service than when a team takes the time to go above and beyond to make sure a customer is comfortable and satisfied every step of the way. We will definitely be back and hope to become long time customers.

I went to get my car washed on Ladies Day! The package was the GOLD package and of course it was on sale. Trust me when I say you get what you pay for. I got in my car and immediately noticed my passenger mirror had not been touched. I asked the attendant as I was leaving to please wipe it off. Then as I was pulling out of the parking lot I notice my windshield had not been touched either. The GOLD package comes with molding and trim cleaning and it was still dirty when I left. They are rude, rude, rude. I wont go back.

I spent $189 for Buff and wax on the outside. They did the job, but not detail, they skip few spots on the roof and around and on the signal lights. I bring back and ask them nicely to correct the issue and the manager come out and give me hard time. He said he doesnt want me to come back and complaint I make a mistake to come here at first.

I get the $8 car wash with hand-wipe every time. I even got the $50 complete hand wax once. Really liked it. Will surely visit often. But sometimes they miss a few spots so, only 4/5.

I had a great experience here, getting a wash, vacuum, and interior wipe down, which took about 25 minutes during a fairly busy time. Service was very friendly, and I was enthusiastically helped when I want sure about their process during my first visit. Employees were upbeat, and did a great job for what I thought was a good value. The waiting area is big as well, and had plenty of seating.

Don’t use this car wash! When I got to my car it was still dirty. Water spots all over it, dead bugs were on my bumper - like really big bugs. I asked the guys for a towel so I could clean it myself - after I’ve spent $35 to get it washed. Once inside I noticed the drivers side window had scratches in the tint, all along the interior door panel. The manager came out and said there was no way they did this, that they only use towels. He called the guy over who cleaned the interior and he said I have bad tint. Seriously? Ill never go back here again.

I decided that the retailers either really dont understand their job or its poor training. Even after spending $143. And showing them the second time where they missed dirt and grime, I still have dead flies and debris in my rear window. Rear window glass is dirty. Not doing that again

Have a big truck and aftermarket wheels, purposely fitted for a drive in the car wash. Driving in, the attendant starts waving his arms and calling, can you move your truck out of the line it will not fit!! Thank full enough not to expend my money there. A mile down the road different place, polite customer service and measuring tape in hand, guys walk out to welcome you

Best car wash in the metroplex! My fiancé and I have come to this place for years. The prices are reasonable for the service you get, which has always been exceptional! There have been a few times they’ve been nice enough to spend a little extra time on an area of concern at no extra charge. We recently moved from the area but drive the extra few miles to use them! They will not disappoint!

I went in Saturday and spent $30 to have my car washed and cleaned. I was disappointed that when I went to get in I had to ask the guy to clean the dirt from the door jam. Im not one to complain or make a big deal of things but there were still a couple of little pieces of leaves on the floorboard carpet and when I stopped to have lunch I noticed dirt around the license plate and under the trunk. Maybe I was expecting to much for my $30. But I thought that should be enough to not have these little issues.
