The whole team did a great job. I had spilled coffee in my car Owner Sylvia and Front Desk Receptionist Mary both looked into the car and gave me the best suggestions for the spill. Job well done no smell was after the detailing the team members did they treat customers very well like family members. Definitely will be getting my car wash here. Best detail shop around! My truck looks better than the day I bought it. I was very happy with the finished product and even let me walk it before paying was even mentioned. And this was for the base package! Great hospitality, great atmosphere, great company. 5 stars all the way.

Perfection did a good job on my Volvo that had a dead rat in it. They got the smell out 100% and detailed the rest of the car to look like new. It was definitely more expensive than the carwash details I had done before but the quality was there and I feel like I got my moneys worth. It feels like I have a new car.If somehow a rat hops in your car while camping make sure to get him out before he dies!

After driving 2100-miles with my dog in the backseat, my truck was filthy. Perfection Auto Detail cleaned up my Toyota Tacoma to make it look brand new inside and out. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, I would highly recommend their services

We bought a used vehicle from Carvana and turns out some critters had nested in the hood liner. Perfection Auto Detail removed the liner and took out the nests then disinfected the liner. They also blew out our air system, power washed the engine and disinfected the car. I did not know there was such a service as disinfection of a car. The car smelled cleaner and newer then when I had received it and now I have no worries about what germs couldve been lurking about inside the vehicle.

Amazing experience with Perfection Auto Detail. My car was littered with dog hair that I deemed impossible to remove. Not only were they able to remove ALL of the dog hair, but they made my car look brand new inside and out. Easiest 5 stars of my life. Would recommend to anyone in the DFW area.

Absolutely amazing service. I’m honestly amazed. I had mold on some of my floors and seats that I honestly didn’t think would ever come out but the car looks cleaner than it did when I first got it brand new. The girl working the front desk and phones is so nice and helpful and I think the prices were very reasonable considering the time they spent on it and quality of the work. I did a lot of research before I booked with Perfection Auto Detail and Im so glad I did. The previous owner of my car (my dad!) is a cigar smoker and I cant believe they got that smell out of the car! It looks absolutely amazing and I honestly felt like it was a very fair price. I had texted the number on their website super late at night but they still responded. I needed a midday appointment because I was going to ship my car afterwards. They were very flexible with getting my appointment and they placed me ahead of others because I needed it done by a certain time. I recently had to find a place that offers car detailing near me so I could prepare my car for a Car Show. I googled business and went there with no appointment. I was lucky to find these guys who cleaned my car from top to bottom. I couldnt be more satisfied. The price was good, too. They will be the only one washing my 2020 Corvette.

The did great job for interior detailing, but I ask for engine wash and they didn’t do it. I needed to argue too much with manager to make them re do it . So I recommend you re check that they did everything for you before you leave and I don’t recommend engine wash with them just do the interior they do the interior very good but not the engine.

I can not recommend Perfection Auto Detail enough! They are absolutely wonderful. The service is amazing and they get the job done. Talk about going above and beyond. We took our Subaru for a deep clean /detail as we had just had a rat invade our car during the winter storm. They took the whole thing apart and left it as good as new. Here is how good the car looked... we tried to sell out car a couple of months before and the dealership offered us X amount of money (not what we expected) ... after we picked up the car fro Perfection Auto Detail, we tried again and they offered us 5K more than before! They even asked for the info on who had detailed the car they loved it so much.

I was really excited to come here, I was charged $175.00 that includes auto detailing with cleaning the trunk, shampoo the seats and mats and a hand wash of the exterior of the car. They did not do the trunk at all, left my seats not 100% dry and after 3 days my car smells humid. They did not clean thoroughly they were some spots that you can tell they were not clean. I only have 1 year with my car, a 2019 Toyota. It was not filthy, therefore I was disappointed of the lack of work they did. My car was 6 hours in the shop with them and they did not complete it. I was suppose to go back, but not only would I waste my money my time as well because I drove over 30 minutes to get my car detailed and they disappointed me. I will not be going back.

Just ok nothing special. So I went cause I wanted to get some swirls out of my hood.Was told to get paint elite level 1.Package says paint correction, exterrior car wash and dry, clay bar, wax, wheel and tire, glass, exterior trim plastic and tire dressing, exhaust clean and polish and complimentary interior whip down.I didnt notice when I went to pick up as I was on my lunch and had to get back to work. When I looked it over later on a few hours later. Found areas that were missed and not really cleaned plastic trim and exhaust clean and polish were not done . Didnt get swirls out and just looked ok. Spots were missed. Left over waves from polish.Some of the pics I didnt upload as you have to shine the light on it and all it did was reflect on the pic so you couldnt see very well.Not long after my review someone did respond to my disappointment and dissatisfaction. They did call me on Monday which was the next business day. Slivia apologized and we discussed the issues. I took my car so she could see it. After that we set up a date so that it could be corrected.I got it back this morning and it looks amazing. 180° from before. All the time everyone was so nice and understanding.Thank you perfection auto for the great job, from everyone that worked on the car to the owners. Ill be back.

First time experience at Perfection Auto. Their level of care and service was amazing. They showed the amount of grit that was on my paint, even after the wash and suggested going with the clay bar. It made a huge difference. Definitely will be bringing my business back here in a couple months. Customer service is outstanding.

This place is the best. I requested a service thru Google one night and got a response a few minutes after. They where able to fit me in their schedule for the following morning. I purchased a new vehicle and the dealership didnt do a great job at cleaning it which is expected. Theyre only good at selling them. Ill definitely be returning here to get my car cleaned regularly. I did my research before I reached out to them and all the reviews are true. Except for those that few people wrote that are obviously untrue and probably came from shady competitors out there. Thank you guys for being awesome.

These guys did great. My car had a lot of pet hair that I had tried to remove and got frustrated and quit. They got it ALL out and my car looks as clean as it’s ever been. It was pricey but sooooo worth it.

We were turning our Rav4 into DFW for shipment and was denied due to pet hair inside the vehicle. called them at 1030 am and by 6 pm the whole interior was like a brand new car. We turned it in the next day and the agent at turn in was amazed and commented how again it looked like a new car night and day. I gave the contact info for this company to the turn in company because i was in a bind and hopefully this can help another.

Perfection Auto Detail is appropriately named! They took time on the phone to answer all of my questions and let me know what to expect before I arrived. This was my first time having my Honda professionally detailed, and it was really important to me to have it feel like new again. Theyre friendly and courteous, theyre very thorough, they showed extra care with my belongings, and they really went above and beyond to accommodate me and make me comfortable as I did some of my work in the waiting area. Their service agent Candy, called us and advised us to get our seat leather polished too, we had earlier gone with simple detailing. She was so right the car looked new. I took my 2016 Toyota Tundra to get interior detail! It was pretty dirty, I had recently taken the truck to the yard and got a little muddy! I dropped it off and couple hours after I got a text saying it was ready.. when I saw it after it was like a brand new truck, everything was so clean! I even had like a greasestain on the headliner and they took it off and left like it was brand new! Definitely 5+stars! I will for sure be back to get the exterior detailed!! 100% recommend!!

My Lexus LS460 had a gritty film on the entire exterior because I had run it thru a cheap gas station car wash. Perfection did a hand wash, wax and clay bar. My car now feels silky smooth to the touch on the outside, cleaned the inside too. Absolutely perfect work in every way.

Car completed in a timely manner, friendly staff and fair pricing. Work was done well, got an interior detailing along with engine detailing. Exterior car wash was included as well.

Got caught in a recent hail storm and parked under a tree for cover. Avoided significant damage, but my car was completely covered in sap from the beating the tree took during the storm. Connected with Perfection the following morning via chat, and got a response before the listed business hours. They picked my car up within the hour and it came back sparkling. I should have taken before/after pics, as the difference was remarkable. The cost was more than I would have preferred to pay, but for the level of care, attention, and results, the price was absolutely fair, especially considering the extensive sap coverage and the potential damage that kind of contaminant can do to a paint job. Very satisfied with my experience.

My car was vandalized by someone who poured paint all over my front seat. I was so worried I would never get it back to normal. I wish I had taken the “before” photos for comparison. I came in for a hand wash but decided to do the clay bar treatment package. I think they call it the “Perfect” package. Skeptical at first, but I stood in the shop and saw how they worked in other cars so it put me at ease. Little did I now, when I walked in to pick up the car, I was picking up a new car. I could not believe my eyes. The guys and gals were great. I got to meet Susan and Sylvia and they were friendly and professional. Overall I’m very happy with the entire experience. Give them a try, I don’t think you will be disappointed.

FIRST and LAST time customer with this business. Friendly staff and my engine looked beautiful. BUT as I go to my car for my lunch break today I notice the hood trim sticking out. I opened the hood and it completley fell off. I visited yesterday 05/14/20 so I know their detailing had something to do with it.

These guys did an AMAZING job on my Corvette. I questioned whether or not the full detail would be worth it, but they more than delivered!
