It is remodeled with the express car wash. There are free vacuum as well. I enjoy washing my car over here. Yes, it is clean n shine as the name!

Its okay. But looks like theyre need more help. Only 2 vacuumed & not doing good job. They usually do better job than today. Hopefully its just today issue. Outside looking good. Im not sure about use their service. $17 for wash with vacuum is not cheap at all for job they done today.

Paid for the extreme works. My truck is still very dirty. It basically needs a full wash. Very disappointing. I realize I should have walked around it but I have never had my truck leave so dirty after paying for a wash. Normally I will find a few small issues and just wipe it down with detailers mist. This place is super close to my house and while it is convenient they do a seriously lackluster job every single time. Dont expect them to clean your windows properly they have never managed to do it when Ive been there. Everything is at done and its extremely frustrating. You would be better off going somewhere else.

I went there to cancel my monthly wash. They gave me a receipt which said No Sale. It did not mention anything about cancellation. I got charged for next month again. They said they dont know anything. Ultimately, I had to order my new credit card.Also, They dont vaccum properly. They dont put the doormats in its original position and they are always unclipped.

8/04/17Weve wash all of our vehicles here for the last 5 years (minimum). It just acured to me we have never left a review.This car wash is the best in our area! Beats all surrounding areas within a 20 mile radius going in either direction.Thank you! Worth every dollar! We appreciate the care that goes into detailing our vehicles.

$7 for basic wash, did a good job and they did a quick hand dry. I would go again.

I specifically asked for a exterior wash, window cleaning, and surface wipe down. The exterior and windows look great.. my surfaces don’t seem to be touched. Dust still on my radio, console not wiped down, I did the 19.99 deal. Whatever that was. I wasn’t given another option or anything. Just wish I could’ve gotten the surfaces wiped down, I would have paid more for a better package.

Good for the basic $6 wash, paying anything more is not worth it. Have gotten the $20+ wash and always disappointed. Last visit sealed the deal to never get more than a basic wash. Car was still dirty, back seat wasn’t vacuumed. My fault for not inspecting before I left, however was one of the first people there when they opened, seems like employees would do there best work. Oh well

Service is Quick. The staff are careful with your car. Reasonably priced. Go early when they open on Saturdays. Detailing is very good and a great value here. They are glad to answer questions and will listen to your needs.

Decided to walk in here for a car wash - Ive been here before and have definitely liked their work. Brought my Toyota in for a basic was - decent price $16.99 for interior and exterior. Denise at checkout in specific is super sweet and you get a fragrance with your car wash! Every single person Ive run into during my visit here have been super nice, helpful, and welcoming. This will definitely be my go to car wash from now on. :)

Been coming here for years. Place is fairly fast but worth the wait. Fellas give youre car a good wipedown and cleaning. Prices are good and you leave feeling pretty good about your ride.

Always have to be after them to wipe certain areas of the vehicle. I really like the manager, but the people are more interested in sight seeing than cleaning your car

They have lost a repeat customer. The cleaning was ok. (just ok for being so expensive) But other things were done to my car on purpose and was very unprofessional. I will NOT be going back.

I typically stand outside and make sure everything goes the way I want, so based on that I give 2 stars. The price was reasonable and the staff was nice. The quality was substandard. I paid $26+ and my glass was not cleaned nor my console shined. Considering I told them to leave the backseat alone, they didn’t have much to do.

Its fine. Its not expensive, the staff were friendly, but there were a lot of missed spots that I had to take care of on my own.

Tried this place for the first time and it’s more expensive that my old spot and they’re not that great! I could’ve done a better job. I will not be returning, I’ll just make the drive to my old car wash. (had the super wash)

Reasonable prices for the service provided. What amazed me was that they found a $20 bill under one of my seats and returned it to me. I had no idea it was there and they could have just as easily kept it for themselves. Will definitely go back.

I just got my car washed here and would not recommend. They are not friendly and most of all I cant tell if my car was washed or not. They did poor job. Wasted my money! I need to find another place to get it re-washed.

This is a horrible wash to go with. They high for one, what wash don’t have free vacuum with wash and it’s $6.00 to vacuum in addition to the wash that’s not good. The people were ok though.

12/23/18 3:39pm Woman at the counter was very Friendly but the wash looks like my kids washed my car. My kids are 10/11. I had to follow up behind the crew wiping down my car. I asked for a rag and wiped down sections of the car that was dirty. Back bumper was dirty, water running down on every door. The interior has sections of the windows where you can see they did not wipe down. Overall all 👎🏼 Got the Xtreem choice, I should of just used a garden hose though.

Id been here twice before and all was well. Today I paid for the highest priced wash, and also left $5 in the tip receptacle. They didnt clean the inside of the door where the dirt was obvious, the car is bright yellow after all. I figured Id go back next time and explicitly ask for this. But then when I got home and walked around the passengers door, there were smudges that had not been cleaned. Complete waste of almost $35 and I wont be back. Too bad as its not even a mile from where I live.

Payed for the extreme wash and the extra interior wipe down. Needless to say the interior didnt get wiped down the inside of the windshield still have dust from before I came though the wash. Exterior was left to air dry leaving water spots all of errands the car. This place used to be my favorite place to go for a quality wash on my BMW but after 3 bad experiences one after another Ill just take my business elsewhere

Quick and efficient

Took my car to have it cleaned before trading it in and they scraped up the leather seat. I spoke to the manager who first told me they didnt do it then said it would take him a day to repair it. So much for getting a good price for my trade now!

The only good part was the price and going through the machine wash. Afterwards, 2 guys wiped random spots on the front and sides of my car but left the back window full of streaks, and spots all over the driver & passenger side windows.. Even though they say they leave it spotless. Never again.

I like this place if I just go thru the car wash myself...but to pay $26 for someone else to clean it was not worth it. Like my car was still dirty and I was asking myself what did I pay for exactly? Someone to just come and put their dna in my car...like not worth it at all

I am giving them four star in spite of a very bad experience. For normal car wash, a good place with a big waiting area. Locally owned businesses but make sure if you are looking for a detailed service they charge you reasonably. They quote 80 buck for my sienna but ask me to come back as it requires 3 hours of service and I was late. When I visit there after couple of days they said it would be 120 as it is a minivan. Their owner was very rude. Ultimately I have done the same service at a nearby carwash and they charge me 80

Be warned, i have an acute eye for detail. Having said that, i was just here and there were several spots missed. Bug guts still on the headlight, tar smudge still on front, passenger door panel still sprayed but unwiped in one spot. Charged for wash and wipe down, yet i was rung up for just wipe down. It was promptly handled, but a little annoying. For far less than half what i paid, i can do a better job so i wont be returning.

Soooo I just came home from the car wash... and washed my car.After returning from a road trip, we had amassed the typical bug genocide that accompanies said trips. Since I feared retaliation from the Bug Rights Association (should one exist), I went to have all evidence of wrong doing removed from my car. I chose Star Car Wash based on the positive Google reviews.To make a long story short: they essentially just ran the car through their car wash, which is identical to the ones typically found at any gas station, and then Windexed the windows. As a result, very little dirt/bug bodies were removed.This isnt a big deal if youre using the relatively cheap car washes at said typical gas station. It *is* an issue if youre paying $20 for that service.When I got home, I grabbed a sponge from the kitchen sink and wiped everything off the car in one swipe. This says to me that they didnt even try or quality control their own work... for $20.00.Do yourself a favor and save your money. Either do it yourself or find a more competent car wash. This place was not worth the time or the money.

Always get excellent service here. Used to take my cars to another wash in trinity mills and midway but I got tired of having to go back and complain that they didn’t get all the bugs off of my car. Star car wash takes the extra time to prep the cars properly before going in the tunnel.

The windows are horrible can still see the dirt where the wipers hit the side of he windshield. A 5 year old couldve done a 100% better job!! Do yourself a favor and dont go to this carwash!

Friend got the top wash here for 26 bucks and then had to point out several spots they missed on his truck. Also, 26 bucks apparently doesnt include a wipe down of your dash or they did that poorly as well.

I guess if you just need a quick wash a dry this is your place. If you need a deep clean and detail..dont waist yoyr time!!! I spent $80 and waited 2 and a half hours. The good as visibly dirty and with a little spit came clean. Dead bugs all over the front grill and review mirrors. Water spots on outside mirrors. The inside door jams still dirty as well as the rocker panels. They offered to do it again bit it was closing time and I did not have time to wait another hour or more. They should have done it right the first time. NEVER wastingmy money there again!!!!

Its okay if you are unable to get to the car wash at Hebron & 121. It seems Star Car Wash empaphasizes what you dont get with a basic wash rather than what you do get. I understand upselling, but if they are offering a basic wash then they should be proud of that service rather than downpalying it. I will say the employees are always friendly and they do hustle to get your car dry quickly. I am not a fan of the tip station in the outside waiting area. If I think an employee has gone above and beyond, I want to tip him/her. And I have done so. Overall an okay place but there are others that offer better value.

They did an okay job for the amount I spent. Still dirt left inside and outside. Didnt clean the cupholders out or any inside, other than a quick vacuum.

Do not go here. Untrustworthy, mediocre service, and horrible quality. Rain and a vacuum hose can do a better job than these guys. I had my headphones go missing here beware!

I just left Star Car Wash and I am less than pleased. I have been a customer for 12/13 years and it seems things decline more and more. I pay for the more pricy wash hoping to get better service. Well that doesnt really work out real well.At best the cleaning is half ass. I point it out and a language barrier appears. I take back to the front and another poor attempt is made... I have to do this everytime. I finally just settle for it and leave but I cant do that anymore.I decided to take a few pictures of this wash to remind myself that the conveniences of them being down the street does not out weigh the poor job they have demenstarted over the last few years or so. If you need to see it, Ill send you pics... if not, you might try a different place... sorry to Star! I wanted to keep using you but I just cant pay the money and get such poor service.

I only do exteriors car washes, they have great customer service and the machine does a great job cleaning my car! Hand dry after even with low 6.99 exterior car wash....

This car wash is the most unprofessional car wash I have ever been to. I went to get my car washed and paid $12 which is supposedly the super wash where they vacuum the inside, dry the exterior, and amerol the wheels. I had to do ALL the work myself. It was my first visit and I received NO DIRECTIONS on how the service worked or how to proceed. I asked numerous questions and only received 1 to 2 word responses. When I asked about the vacuum service the unattentive, rude, and unhelpful cashier advised me that I pulled in the wrong lane and didnt offerto correct the issue. HOW WOULD A NEW CUSTOMER KNOW THIS!!! THIS WAS A COMPLETE WASTE. SAVE YOUR $12 AND JUST WASH AND CLEAN YOUR OWN CAR OR TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE.
